How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks
How to submit product suggestions
- Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
- Enter your feedback
- Add any relevant screenshots/videos
Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

Disconnect in every battle
All started games in each mode or event closed after few seconds after begin and show "Wait for the server...". Bots fight dont work too! Bot just speak, but do nothing.

Vincent's Limit Break:
Vincent's Limit Break crashes the game, and while it's on the stack, you can't rejoin the match without crashing back to desktop (no error code). Lost my match as it occurred twice on crucial turns.

Missing fleem cosmetics
I did not receive the fleem cosmetics despite meeting multiple of the requirements to obtain them

Have not Recieved Fleem Cosmetics Despite Qualifying by Participating in Multiple Drafts
I have not yet received my Fleem Cosmetics, despite participating in two drafts well before the deadline.
Would I please be able to receive my Fleem cosmetics?

Missing Renewal egg
I could see my renewal egg before when accessing my inbox. But now I don’t see it anymore.
I tried restarting the game and it dis not help.
I am playing on an Iphone with the latest Ios.

mistrise
Mistrise village is still broken. I don't know if it was being patched in this recent update, but it still is able to make the spell being cast uncounterable. It's just flat out cheating programmed into the game. Fix it.

Game Crash During Premier Draft after use "vincent's limit break" – Request for Compensation
I experienced a recurring issue while playing my Final Fantasy Premier Draft. After using the card "Vincent's Limit Break", the game (MTGA) crashed and closed on its own. This happened twice during the same event.
The first time, I was able to relaunch the game and resume the match without any major issues.
The second time, however, upon reopening MTGA, the match had already ended and was counted as a loss.
If this had occurred in a casual match, I wouldn’t be concerned. But since this was a paid event (even if only with gold or gems), this unintended loss ended my run, which is quite frustrating.
As shown in the attached screenshot, I had 2 wins before the unexpected loss. I kindly request compensation — ideally, the restoration of my Premier Draft, even if it resumes with 2 wins and 2 losses.

llanowar Elves Anime Style Doesn't Apply
Simply the Card style doesnt apply to the llonwar elves in a game.
In the collection and in the deck view the card style is applied but in game i get the standrad magic the gathering foundations stlye llonwar elves.
Can you please look in to why is this and fix it please? I have all the 4 copies of the foundation elves but its not working.
I would like to play with that card stlye if i bought it. :)

Bug: Snuff Out doesn't check the correct player when heisted
If you heist (or otherwise get to cast your opponent's Snuff Out) from exile, it checks if your opponent controls swamps and not you.
In the given log file, I two direct games were played to test this out.Bonus problem: the website wouldn't let me upload a .log file so I changed it to a .txt

Yargle achievement "Death by Vanilla" did not trigger
I created a deck with 5 vanilla creatures and then token generation and planeswalkers and winning did not trigger the "Death by Vanilla" achievement.

I have five decks listed as invalid, but none of them have invalid cards. It literally says Invalid Cards: 0

Asset error detected
As soon as I open the game after local data collection Arena manifests a problem about "asset error detected" and after the restart of the game it re-downloads all of the 11 gbs of it.

Mazemind Tome Card Style Bug
Recently purchased the Mazemind Tome Parallax Card Style at the store, however, it is not possible to apply or view the card style when creating a new deck or editing an existing one, despite owning all versions of this card. A full refund should be issued if this bug is not fixed soon.

Games Download of 11GB every time I open the game
Since EoE release, almost every time I open the game, it asks me to download 11gb of content. When it doesn't, it is stuck at "Initializing Localization Database" (I waited for almost an hour and nothing happened) until I reopen the game, at which point it starts the 11GB download again.
I've tried reinstalling the game multiple times to no avail.
I'm on M1 MacBook Pro with MacOS Sequoia.

Extreme lag after 08/07/2025 update
The menu interface starts drastically lagging as soon as I press the "play" button to the point I cannot do anything in the app after the July 8 2025 update
