Arena Cube didn't load after accepting coins, did not get coins back after restarting game
I loaded into an Arena Cube Draft queue, and all players were ready, the screen timed out to 0:00 and continued buffering until eventually the client froze. I restarted Arena assuming I would be loaded into the queue, however I was not put into the queue and it took my 4,000 coin entry fee.

Shore Up Spell Bug
In one of my games, I used "shore up" spell on my creatures but it's hexproof didn't work, my opponent passed the hexproof with "fell" spell. "Shore up" doesn't work when opponent uses "fell".

Bug Report – "Angel of the Dread Hour" (French Version) Exiles Attacking Creatures, Not Artifacts
Hello Wizards Support Team,
I would like to report an issue with the French version of the card Angel of the Dread Hour in Magic Arena.
In the French translation, the card text says:
"Quand cette créature arrive sur le champ de bataille, si vous l'avez lancée depuis votre main, exilez tous les artefacts." ("When this creature enters the battlefield, if you cast it from your hand, exile all artifacts.")However, in-game, the actual effect exiles all attacking creatures, not artifacts. This behavior directly contradicts the French card text and can cause confusion during gameplay.
Summary of the issue:The French text on the card says it exiles artifacts. The real in-game effect exiles attacking creatures. This seems to be a translation error rather than a coding issue with the card's functionality.Could you please review the French translation and update it so that it accurately reflects the card's true effect?

Ranked match ended abruptly
The ranked match ended abruptly and returned to the home screen, and for some reason it was treated as a defeat. Of course, I did not surrender.

Venerated Rotpriest - over activating!
The play:
V. Rotpriest is targeted by Obstinate Baloth with the use of Clash of the Eikons. My understanding is VR should activate one poison counter, instead it activated three.This was a straight forward play, unless I'm missing something. These were the only 3 cards activated. No special land or any other spells from owner of VR.
Advice/thoughts are welcome. Thank you

I chose Traditional Draft and the game entered me into Premier Draft.
I entered into Traditional Draft, as I usually do these days (never play Premier anymore), drafted my deck purposefully for bo3, then was shocked to see the UI for Premier draft appear. I lost more games because my deck was ill-suited to bo1 and now I'm down 1500 gems. I would like Wizards to reach out to me and refund me the 1500 gems for this draft.

Crash on +1/+1 Counter
When playing on the mobile app on my Google Pixel 7 Pro using Android 16.
Anytime a +1/+1 Counter is added to my creatures the app instantly crashes. It does not happen when my opponent adds a +1/+1 Counter to their creatures. I've tried multiple decks to see if it was Creature or Color specific. It happens to all.
This was found while playing the White deck Color challenge, but as mentioned happens with any +1/+1 counter I place on my creatures through any method.
This started occurring after an update this week.
No Workaround found.

battlefield
I just downloaded arena today on my dell, which runs on windows. I'm playing through the tutorial, but at a certain point in games cards will go to the stack and resolve there, so that they change to their on the battlefield look while in the stack side of the screen, and they will then stay there, but act as if they're on the battlefield, so enchantments will affect creatures, instants will buff, creatures will block and attack. There is a screenshot below of creatures attacking while they are displayed in the stack. This ultimately leads to some buggy blocker interactions, as it's hard to designate blockers with the touch and drag, and sometimes stops spells from resolving altogether, specifically one that was supposed to make tokens, but the tokens never appeared. The game functions fine, it's just as the user I can't always understand what's going on, as cards literally stack on top of each other, masking what is actually on the battlefield, and can't necessarily play the game because of that and other stated issues. I have already used the "repair game files" button present in the report a bug screen, and captured multiple game logs which are included below.

Adventure Spells Bugging out in Latest Patch
I tried to play two separate adventure Spells using the mtg arena app. It was Beanstalk Wurm and Beanstalk Giant. When I went to cast them there was a delay, then I was prompted to select how I wanted to cast the card. Normally the adventure is on the left and the card itself is on the right. In both cases, the cards were flipped and I couldn't select either. Even when I tried to cancel, I was unable to. I could still see the board but not select the card. My timer expired, I skipped combat, and when I was in MP2, my card had disappeared

Waiting for the server
Every time I try to edit or look at a deck I get stuck on the ‘waiting for server’ screen and it never loads. I’m unable to edit any of my decks

Choose your blockers
When choosing blockers, the game displays this "Choose your blockers" notice that actually blocks the little indicator beneath the card that indicates a creature is attacking. This makes it very difficult to see what creatures are actually attacking. There have been many times where I did not block because I did not realize I was being attacked by a certain creature - resulting in a very disappointing loss. I highly recommend changing the layout so that when the "Choose your blockers" graphic appears on the screen it appears in a place where it does not cover up any of the attacking creatures.

support for multiple accounts on pc
On a pc with multiple user accounts should the client have a login per windows account. Now I got booted out of a game on a different machine because my daughter started arena in her windows profile and ended up in my account because I was the last to play on that machine.

7/23（もしくは直近）のアップデート以降、ベイルマークの大主が場に出た時、スマートフォンアプリがクラッシュします。
アプリケーションをタスクキルし、再起動してもセッションへの再接続時に再度クラッシュします。現在の所、4-5回のクラッシュを経験しており再現性があります。
特定のアーキタイプのデッキがプレイできず困っています。機種は要件を満たしており、適切にアップデートされています。

Cheating player olav365
Olav365 is a cheating player.
He stop the match sometimes.
He spelled a creature on my turn with no mana.

Game keeps crashing after i play my first land
I am playing on mobile (Android). After the most recent update, each time I play a match the game crashes after my first land is played. If I try and reopen the app, it attempts to reconnect me to the match and then crashes again.

Walk-in Closet bugged, 7/23/25
When playing Walk-in Closet, the game crashes. It cannot be played as either side of the card.

Bug Since Last Update on Mac OS
Hi,
I have downloaded the last update yesterday. Now the software is totally bugged, it's impossible to launch any games or reach collection.
The software is fine on the main screen until I try to reach any other menu.
I already uninstall/reinstall the soft, same bug.I am on MacOS Sequoia and using Epic Games to download and launch the MTGA Soft.
