How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

    The game is a gigantic scam. The gameplay is deeply fake. I have given a bunch of money and still it's don't worths to play ranked or events. In an ideal world you should be in jail. I will stop to give you money and I hope alla other players do the same. It's time to understand that we can't support a game if it don't worth it's money.

  2. Bug in draft

    I was playing against a player and i casted a saga that should have make him sacrifice his one and only creature but it didn't do anything whereas there was nothing to protect it in any way. It ruined my game.

  3. Mox Amber

    Mox amber produced mana for my opponent on an empty battlefield. On turn 1 my opponent played a land, cast mox amber, then cast a 2 drop. This should be impossible as mox amber should not produce any mana when the battlefield is empty.

  4. Cards that steal from your opponents deck are toxic and not fun

    Cards that steal from the other player's deck are NOT FUN to play against. Breach the Multiverse, Etali Primal Conqueror, siphon insight, etc are some of the least fun cards to play against. Make people craft their own interesting decks with powerful cards. Being killed by your own win con feels ******* terrible. When someone mills 10 cards or exiles the top cards of my deck and then kills me with my own win con I just stop playing for the night. This is a **** mechanic that feels terrible.   5. Add a “Like” or “Heart” Feature for Opponents After a Match

    After a match ends, players currently can’t interact with their opponents — which helps avoid toxicity, but also removes any way to show positive sportsmanship. I suggest adding a simple “Like” or “Heart” button after a game, so players can appreciate friendly or fun opponents without direct communication. It would promote positive player interactions while keeping things safe and anonymous.

  6. Ugin is an un-fun design cannibal

    Ugin, the Spirit Dragon is a design cannibal. Arena would be a more diverse and enjoyable game without him.

    Playing with him:

    Ugin undermines the design choices of the decks that use him. There are lots of very interesting top-of-curve spells that could be used in long-game decks. When Ugin was reprinted, the hard work and creativity that went into designing those cards was stamped out by one obvious 'best' solution.   7. Broken game Mechanics

    continual mechanics that remove one player from participating in the match should be removed, endless loops on add it, take it back ,grow +1/+1, and repeat 16 times . This should be fixed with cant be cast more than 2 times each turn.

    Did you have fun? is useless. I have given the unhappy face just to get the same issue the following game that made me unhappy in the previous. If this feature is just a click something to make yourself feel better, remove it. If it is actually there for game improvement, adjust it so it can be an improvement tool. I suggest having a multiple choice for those who choose unhappy. I suggest the following is asked when someone chooses unhappy:

  9. have brawl decks without alchemy cards

    I'd like to suggest that for those of us who do not want to play Brawl with Alchemy cards that you provide additional match making where the system attempts to match players not just on deck strength but also on number of Alchemy cards in deck. I would prefer an entirely Alchemy free Brawl experience due to how miserable the play patterns on cards like Mythweaver Poq, Chorus/Intensity, Oracle of the Alpha, Grenzo, Lootmonger and more are. But hidden matchmaking that lets me queue a deck with 0 alchemy cards and get matched against similar low alchemy card decks…

  10. Reptilian recruiter

    Reptilian recruiter r was played in my last game and its ability was bugged, it allowed the player to recruit outside its ability capabilities of power 2 or less and recruited my 9/9 altanak, the thrice called.

  11. Historic Matches are not incrementing in achievements, historic matches counter appears to be "frozen"

    After playing both historic ranked and an unranked historic game my achievement counter did not increment despite playing 10+ matches. I'm trying to work towards completely the historic achievements but it seems to be impossible with the current issues I'm experiencing on PC/iPad.

  12. Absolute Virtue can apparently be targeted and killed.

    Absolute virtue can be targeted and hit by white spells apparently, as I just used him in an alchemy deck and was defeated focus fire. Besides me supposedly not being able to be targeted yet was targeted, and dealt damage despite not supposed to be able to be damaged.

  13. Brawl is completely unbalanced

    Brawl, or historic brawl, has become a completely broken format, unbalanced, unfair and straight out unplayable. Let me elaborate. Brawl has seen in recent years the inclusion of many cards to the format. Some very positive additions include fetch lands and the MH2 elementals just to name a few. I personally was really happy to see these cards added to Arena. On the other hand, there have been some very questionable additions like Chrome Mox and the pool of alchemy cards. At the same time, for completely unintelligible reasons, Wizards decided to extend the nerfs from Historic to Brawl. So…

  14. 52 damage with 4 mana

    Not much to say other than the guys name is takaaki and played black/green, had a llanowar elf on the table and a goblin charbelcher that tapped. i had 20 health and then had -32 health. If that's not cheating, i don't know what is. It was turn 4... I had two enchantments on the table and no ceatures and only 2 mana. It's literally just cheating to go from 20 to -32 on turn 4 without a creature. impossible to stop

    Quick Draft Progress doenst count towards, when i do matches.

    It doenst say, win or lose. Either way, it doenst work. thats sad, cause i spend 5k gold and im a new player.

  16. Multiple Sheltered by Ghosts - Unable to determine which is which with trigger on the stack

    My opponent had a Slickshot Show-Off in play enchanted by Sheltered by Ghosts with an Osteomancer Adept exiled under it. They cast another Sheltered by Ghosts on the Show-Off, targeting my Agatha's Soul Cauldron. When I go to use my Haywire Mite ability to exile the Sheltered by Ghosts in response to the exile trigger, I cannot tell which is which as it only shows the one exiled card (as the Cauldron has not yet been exiled). I wanted to target the new Sheltered by Ghosts, but no matter what I hovered, there was no indication to clarify which…

  17. Draft Improvement - Make Bad Luck Less Rage Inducing

    Scenario: "1. You pay money for a draft. 2. You draft an interesting/good deck. 3. You lose the first 3 games in a row due to bad luck (or otherwise). You feel your time and money are extremely wasted, and it makes you hate the game."

    Suggestions:
    1. Ability to play until the first 1-2 wins (rewarded).
    (Give the player something in return so the player doesn't feel his money completely wasted)
    2. Ability to keep playing without rewards (until n wins).
    (Winning a couple of games after the draft has ended makes you feel less bad for losing all…

  18. Invalid card able to be played in standard

    Just lost a match to a great deck and when I went to recreate it, it says one of the cards the other player was using, Unholy Annex, is an invalid card. How can he play in standard with an invalid card?

  19. Stack Updates burn timeouts and don't allow blocks

    Setup: Walking Throne (Rabbit), 3 x Hinterlands Sanctifiers, 1 x Ajani Pridemate, 4 x Hare Apparent on board.

    As you play each additional Hare Apparent, the stack becomes so large that the enemy player burns timeouts just getting through the stack. They can't use "Resolve All" because each heal from the sanctifier changes the stack by triggering Ajani Pridemate, which forces them to click again. Even holding down the space bar has enough latency between request and response that the enemy player is forced to burn a time out. Eventually, they run out of timeouts and their inputs get skipped…

  20. Animations Running Slower than Normal

    Animations are running slower than usual. This is happening at all points in the client, including the menu and within a match. It makes games impossible, as the timer starts counting down while I'm waiting for animations. I have since stopped playing for the last month waiting for it to get fixed, but still it hasn't so reporting a bug. I attempted to attach a video but it kept failing.
