1. Outrageous Robbery not turning up my (owned) face-down exiled cards at the end of the game

   My opponent cast Outrageous Robbery on me where X = 3. I won the game next turn, but the three face-down exiled cards that I own (under opponent's control) were not turned up after the end of the game. In a paper game, I would recover all of the cards I own before going to the next game. The reason I think this matters is that it could have been useful information in a best-of-three scenario, where I would want to know which of my cards my opponent chose not to play. That information would give me a strategic advantage, and influence my sideboarding decisions.

   Arena fails to reproduce the information that a player obtains from their own physical cards when transitioning between games of a match.

   I have played enough Magic to understand variance. I understand mana flood. I understand mana *****. I understand unfavorable matchups, bad draws, mulligans, and losing streaks. None of those things, individually, are evidence that anything is wrong with MTG Arena.
   What I increasingly have a problem with is the extreme inconsistency of the Arena experience over large numbers of games, combined with the lack of transparency surrounding some of the systems operating behind the scenes.
   I can play more than 60 games with the same deck over the course of a day and maintain a win rate around 78%, only to return the following day and experience an almost uninterrupted series of losses. The deck did not suddenly become badly constructed overnight. I did not suddenly forget how to pilot it. The Standard card pool did not transform completely while I slept.
   Certainly, statistical variance can produce winning and losing streaks. But when the swings become this dramatic, players deserve enough information to determine what is actually happening.
   The Best-of-One shuffler is not perceived as a simple physical shuffle
   This distinction matters.
   Arena has historically used special opening-hand logic in Best-of-One designed to reduce extreme opening hands. That means players already know that at least part of their BO1 experience is not equivalent to simply shuffling a physical 60-card deck once and drawing seven cards.
   That may make games faster and reduce non-games, but once an algorithm intervenes in opening-hand selection, Wizards has a responsibility to explain the system clearly enough that competitive players can understand what game they are actually playing.
   The recurring experience is familiar to many Arena players: one session a deck curves beautifully and produces reasonable land distribution over dozens of games; another session the same deck repeatedly floods, screws, draws redundant copies at terrible moments, or produces opening hands that seem radically different from the previous session.
   I am not asserting that Wizards deliberately manipulates individual draws to make players lose. I am saying that the current system gives players far too little information with which to evaluate these experiences.
   That distinction is important.
   Matchmaking creates a similar confidence problem
   Wizards has publicly acknowledged that deck-based matchmaking exists in unranked Best-of-One Play, where the system attempts to match decks of roughly comparable strength. Wizards also explicitly says that this particular deck-based matchmaking system does not apply to Ranked play.

   That clarification is useful.
   But Ranked Arena still involves matchmaking systems and player ratings, and historically Wizards has described MMR as a mechanism intended to find an appropriate opponent. MAGIC: THE GATHERING
   For a competitive player, the practical experience can therefore become bizarre.
   You can spend one day absolutely destroying the ladder. Your deck performs exactly as testing suggests it should. Your draws are functional. Your matchup distribution seems reasonable. Your sequencing works. You finish a substantial session with something approaching a 78% win rate over 60-plus games.
   Then the next session feels like somebody flipped a switch.
   Suddenly you're on the draw repeatedly.
   You encounter disproportionately hostile matchups.
   You mulligan functional-looking decks into worse hands.
   You draw half your lands while your opponent operates perfectly on two.
   Or you keep two lands and simply never see the third.
   Your opponent repeatedly has the exact interaction required for the board state.
   Again: any one of those things is Magic.
   Ten of them in a row is still mathematically possible.
   But when players repeatedly experience dramatic clusters like this, simply telling them “variance” isn't good enough.
   A competitive ladder needs to feel auditable
   This is ultimately my biggest complaint.
   Magic is already an extraordinarily high-variance competitive game. Arena adds invisible software systems around that game.
   The more invisible those systems are, the easier it becomes for players to lose confidence in the integrity of the result.
   And perception matters.
   If I lose because I kept a questionable two-land hand, that's on me.
   If I lose because I failed to play around removal, that's on me.
   If I mis-sequence my spells, attack incorrectly, misunderstand a trigger, or construct my deck badly, I want those losses to count against me.
   That is competitive Magic.
   What I don't want is to finish a session wondering whether I lost because of my decisions, ordinary statistical variance, matchmaking parameters, opening-hand smoothing, an unintended interaction in an algorithm, or some combination of those things.
   There should never be that much ambiguity surrounding a competitive ladder.
   Give players the data
   Wizards doesn't need to reveal exploitable matchmaking code.
   It could instead publish aggregate statistics.
   Show us land distributions across millions of games.
   Show opening-hand land distributions by deck land count.
   Show mulligan rates.
   Show play-versus-draw win rates.
   Show streak distributions.
   Show expected versus observed flood and ***** rates.
   Show matchup distributions for Ranked players at different MMRs.
   Explain exactly which queues use deck-strength matchmaking and which absolutely do not.
   Explain precisely what Best-of-One opening-hand smoothing currently does—and, equally importantly, what it doesn't do.
   Let independent statisticians examine anonymized aggregate data.
   If everything is functioning properly, transparency would help Wizards, because the data could demonstrate that the extraordinary streaks players experience really are the inevitable tails of a high-variance card game played millions of times.
   And if something isn't functioning properly, the same transparency would help identify it.
   My own results are exactly why I want answers
   I am not making this complaint because I lost three games and got angry.
   I can accept losing.
   What bothers me is being able to play approximately 60 games one day at roughly a 78% win rate, then return the next day with essentially the same deck and experience a catastrophic reversal where seemingly every match becomes an uphill battle.
   Maybe that is variance.
   If it is, show us.
   Give competitive players the information necessary to distinguish a statistically brutal streak from a systemic problem.
   Arena asks players to invest enormous amounts of time and, in many cases, substantial amounts of money into building competitive collections. Mythic players can spend hundreds or thousands of matches learning a format and refining decks.
   Those players deserve confidence that when they click Play, the invisible machinery surrounding the game is doing nothing more than what Wizards says it is doing.
   I don't need Arena to guarantee me a 78% win rate tomorrow because I achieved one yesterday.
   I don't want easier opponents.
   I don't want favorable draws.
   I want confidence that the only forces determining my results are my deck, my decisions, my opponent's decisions, and clearly disclosed forms of random variance.
   If that's already exactly how Ranked Arena works, Wizards should provide enough aggregate evidence to make that conclusion convincing.
   Because right now, for a lot of players, the problem isn't merely losing.
   It's no longer knowing what to trust.

4. colour challenge decks not being awarded - BUG

   Colour challenge decks have not been awarded after complete the challenges for all colours. I have even used my wild cards to try and craft the missing cards and this has not worked either. I have lost a large amount of my wild cards and still have none of the decks that should have been awarded. Log file attached

5. Unity 6000.3.14f1_d68c3f99a318

   I last ran Arena four days ago without issues. Today when I start up the program nothing happens for a little while. Then an error bx with the title "Unity 6000.3.14f1_d68c3f99a318" flashes on my screen see attached screenshot), and MTG Arena fails to start.

   I am running Arena on PC (windows 10 Pro, 64 bit, Version 10.0.19045 Build 19045)

   Edit:
   I found the solution. The error resulted from having the MTGA+ (MTGA-Enhancement-Suite) extension installed. Removing the extension solved the issue.

7. Ozai, the phoenix king abilities are not activated

   When attacking Ozai is supposed to gain flying and indestructible if six or more mana are unused. This isn’t happening in the game screen shot provided and is the second time this is happened

8. really have to fix shuffler /matchmaker

   The ******** is getting horrible, it gotten to the point where I have decided to follow other players exampes by just quitting the match all togeather as soon as I hit an 8 card mana run or mana screwing, when it's all land or no land the game is just not fun and if you have ever played the game you would know land runs or no land runs like that just do not happen except in your game where they happen every other game unless you play a meta deck. Which is stupid because you push the deck crafters out who buys wildcards more often then every couple of years? who builds the meta when current pros retire? You are pushing out the players you need,

9. Perpetual effects not being removed by continuous effects.

   In a live match, my opponent played Hydroponics Architect. (When this creature attacks, a random land in your library perpetually gains “when this enters, draw a card” and becomes an Island). I played a Blood Moon (All non-basic lands are mountains). My opponent got several Architect triggers, both before and after Blood Moon resolved. When they played the lands that had been affected by the Architect triggers, they were still Islands and still drew my opponent cards. Based on my understanding of the rules, the non-basic lands they were playing should have had no abilities when they entered, and should not have remained Islands.

   As a separate issue, there should be official rules for Arena-only mechanics like Perpetual, so that people can understand whether an interaction like this is intentional or a bug.

10. Jackdaw Survivor not Triggering Sibsig Ceremony

    When Jackdaw Survivor is on the field with Sibsig Ceremony. I play a flying creature. It triggers Sibsig Ceremony to destroy the flying creature. That triggers Jackdaw Survivor to return a creature to the field from the graveyard. However when the creature comes from the graveyard enters the field it does not trigger Sibsig Ceremony to destroy it.

    Hello! Recently, I purchased the card style for the Llanowar Elf (anime style - Hisashi Momose), but when I play a match, this skin does not display correctly; the standard version of the Elf is shown instead.

13. Game repeatedly doesn’t allow vivi to tap for instant speed spells on opponents turn, causes lack of removal defense and game losS.

    Game auto passes on opponents turn when I have instant speed spells I can caste by tapping vivi. Costs the game almost every time it happens and it’s happened more times than I can count.

14. No touch interaction

    Playing on android tablet. have struggled to download the new update as my button was not regifting when I was clicking download. I uninstalled and reinstalled and cleared cache and same issue. Finally I spammed clicking the download button as fast as I could with two fingers finally started the download - but all buttons are the same now. Cannot choose play, or any of the top menu unless I spam click it for over 30 seconds as fast as possible.

15. Thranduil's Company Bug

    I encountered an issue with Thranduil's company that lost me the event, so I am requesting a refund so I may redo the event. I played Thranduil's, which says that if I spot another elf I can play an additional land each turn. I had already played one land that turn, and had an elf token that got created by a saga. However, the other land in my hand was greyed out and unplayable. Not sure what caused this but it was strange.

16. part in friendship

    Just had an issue with how the enchantment "Part in Friendship" resolves in arena gameplay. Had a single non-token creature die without the effect triggering. Also had multiple creatures die with only a single effect triggering which I believe is incorrect. The platform is on PC.

    Import friction with cards not in database

    When trying to import a deck from the clipboard, if one of the cards does not exist, then the import fails completely forcing you to remove cards by a single line item each time until no more cards are listed that are not inside the database.

    Instead, it should either allow you to create the deck with only the cards that are available and notify which cards were not able to be imported because they do not exist (or were misspelt).

    The error should contain all cards that are unable to be imported at once, instead of by a single line item each time or as many as possible.

18. Can't sideboard and game crushes

    Game crashes every 30-40 minutes during games. After reentering game interface is all messed up and sideboard window is not working.

19. Opponents creatures were invisible.

    I was in quick draft that I paid for and all of my opponents creatures were completely removed from the battlefield and I couldn’t target or block them causing me to lose the event. It would be nice to at least get back the gems I paid for the event.

20. When attempting to play brawl games on my iPad I never proceed past the waiting for apponent screen. I can’t play brawl

    When attempting to play brawl games on my iPad I never proceed past the waiting for opponent screen. I have not been able to play brawl for over a year. I can not concede from or cancel the match. I am forced to restart the app in order to play in a different format. I am unable to participate in the midweek challenge this week because of it.
