How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

    Scenario 1. When joining games
    Step 1. Settings > Graphics > Full Screen
    Step 2. Click play to wait for a game
    Result. Game gets out of Full Screen

    Scenario 2. When leaving games
    Step 1 (in game). Settings > Graphics > Full Screen
    Step 2 (after the game ends). Leave game
    Result. Game gets out of Full Screen

  2. Disconnection from game that sends back to home screen

    It's been going on for a while. During a match, i would randomly see a "waiting for server" message, that then results to fade to black into the home screen. This happens roughly 1/3 of the games and it makes playing ladder or any events impossible. I attach a file from such occasion, which resulted into a game loss.

    Please fix as soon as possible, the game is unplayable in this condition.

  3. Unable to use Card Style despite having the same set of Card

    I bought the field of Rune skin from the store and it's not letting me apply it in my decks. I can see I own it but it doesn't apply it.

  5. Game reverts to windowed mode (from fullscreen) after match end

    Game started in windowed mode, when it should have started in fullscreen. I switched it, but it would revert to windowed mode after every match

  6. No rare card when opening Foundations packs.

    I don't have anywhere near a complete collection of rare foundations cards but am receiving gems instead of a rare card every time i purchase a pack.

  7. Waiting For Opponent

    Endless "Waiting For Opponent..." loop (able to cancel after waiting for 1:10-1:20) during Midweek Magic: Gladiator Community Spotlight event.

  8. Arena freezing

    Since the last update, Arena is continiously freezing (While playing, deck building, etc...) on PC.
    I do not have this issue with my mobile device (Android).

    This is a real issue as i do not like playing on my phone.

    Please, hurry up solving this bug.

  10. K'rrik, Son of Yawgmoth casting bug

    K'rrik, Son of Yawgmoth casting bug

    Attempted to cast K'rrik with 6 lands and 1 eldrazi spawn, and 2 life

    Phyrexian casting interface bugged

    Interface described Surveil rules

    Couldn't sacrifice Eldrazi spawn for mana

    Couldn't cancel nor complete casting the spell, buttons didn't work

  11. Game ended in a draw when I had clearly won

    I was playing with Angel of destiny was well over the 35 life total needed to win, attacked, ended turn and the game result was a draw, no drop out, lag or other issue at either end that would have normally resulted in a draw. Is this a new issue?

  13. Two cards that infinitely trigger each other

    Bloodthirsty conqueror and marauding blight priest infinitely trigger each other, so once you play them both you just win the game. Could it be added that it is tiggered once per card activation to break the loop?

  14. Valkyries'call interaction with Youthful valkyrie is bugged

    Valkyrie's call interaction with Youthful Valkyrie seems to be bugged. As the card returned by Valkyrie's call are angels, Youthful Valkyrie ability should trigger but it does not.

    Step to reproduce :
    1- Have Youthful valkyrie, another non token non-angel creature and Valkyrie's call in play
    2-Have the non-token / non-angel creature die
    3- Valkyries call trigger, returning the creature as an angel, however Youthful Valkyrie does not trigger

  15. FDN Starter Decks Incomplete

    The starter decks given to us on FDN's launch are missing names and even their respective Temples.

    I got my Temple of Triumph and Temple of Abandon, but the other 8 FDN Temples are missing from my starter decks. Additionally, half of them are unnamed in the Decks menu, and restarting the client doesn't change anything. I've also heard this issue raised by other Arena players, so I know it's not unique to me.

    Please restore these decks for us. Thank you.

  16. MTGA stops responding after 9/12 update when hovering over any daily quest

    Updated with 9/12/24 update full 9 g update. When I start MTGA everything is normal. as soon as I hover over any daily quest, it locks up and says "not responding". Wiped and reloaded 3 times. no change. read the net and clears DNS etc. reboot several times. no change. using Windows 11 pro 64 bit.

  17. Arena freezes after any action

    Arena freezes if I try to do anything, e.g. re-roll quests or access the store. I'm using windows 10 and restarting didn't help.

  18. Aetherdrift Chimil Quick Draft crash / disappearance

    I paid the entrance fee, and a few picks into it the draft stopped working. I went back to the home screen to try to go back in but the entire event disappeared.

  19. psychic frog horizon hideaway event

    Suggestion for the horizon hideaway event
    Remove the gem paywall, if you cant remove it then greatly reduce the amount of gems needed, why anyone would think its a good idea to make it so users and consumers of your product have to pay a fake currency to be able to pay a temporary fake currency to get limited time offers is astounding to me

  20. housemeld

    "Housemeld" should be changed in brawl to either not effect commanders or be set up so that you can put commander in command zone. currently it makes a creature commanders almost impossible to get back to remove the perpetual effect so the opponent can effectively remove your commander almost permanently
