How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

My opponent wouldn't lose in ranked matches, no matter how much damage they took.
I dealt massive amounts of damage, and he still manages to beat me because the match doesn't end.

ban thassa's oracle.
ban thassa's oracle and ral 10 minute combos in general. I know theyve won, but now that someone can report me for not sitting through is unfair. 5% perfercent it could fizzle, and i already just go *** and leave till they either win or I time out if they don't out of boredom because it's not worth my time. if i lose fine. if they fizzle fine. but, why should i wait for them to cycle cards out of my finite life to find out? this is a problem me and someone else would more quickly quit the game…

Missing trigger ability
The enchantment loading zone from edge of eternities is missing trigger ability with bristley bill, spine sower from outlaw thunder junction and moss born hydra from foundation

Outrageous Robbery not turning up my (owned) face-down exiled cards at the end of the game
My opponent cast Outrageous Robbery on me where X = 3. I won the game next turn, but the three face-down exiled cards that I own (under opponent's control) were not turned up after the end of the game. In a paper game, I would recover all of the cards I own before going to the next game. The reason I think this matters is that it could have been useful information in a best-of-three scenario, where I would want to know which of my cards my opponent chose not to play. That information would give me a strategic advantage,…

Second mission tutorial, Gobelin opponent not playing
I'm starting to play Magic, and learning to play on my phone on the App MTG. But on the second tutorial mission the opponent isn't playing. Is it because I didn't attack on my turn?

Update always aborts
Since the Nov. 3, 2026 update, the Arena client on my Windows PC has not been able to update properly. Every time it tries to update, I get the attached error. I've tried deleting the MTGA folder on the hard drive, but a fresh install still runs into the same problem. When I try to uninstall Arena through the settings/apps list on Windows, it says it can't uninstall because the installation package isn't available. I've attached the screenshot of this error, which shows that Windows is looking for an older version of Arena.

Pull from the grave bug
When I play the card " Pull From the Grave" it doesn't do anything. I have the conditions met with at least two creatures in my graveyard. It uses my mana to pay for it and places the card in the graveyard but it doesn't return cards to my hand or restore life points. It doesn't even show me cards to be selected for return. I have seen this bug in multiple games and it really ruins my strategy.

Does not respond to input
The system does not accept input when the screen appears as shown in the attached image.
I'm having trouble logging out.

Opened pack with mythic wild card but didn’t get the wild card added.
Bought and opened Fractured Reality Mythic pack. Opened Mythic wild card but it didn’t get added so I could add a Mythic card.

Interface text
Draft game started with no Text on opponent's cards, simply displaying "Rules Text". Later on my drawn cards as well. Modal Popups not readable. World like an Event refund.

Sideboard in best of one games
Can I say I'm pretty sick of learn cards in best of one games? What's the point of using the sideboard in a bo1? Pioneer has become full of easy win tutors and it's not funny at all. I can understand for bo3, I mean I use my sideboard and you can use yours, at least I can try some counterplay or something like that, but sideboard should be totally blank for best of one, it's just a cheat.

The mana from eldrazi temple gets spent before non conditional colourless mana by the autotapper. There is no good reason for this.

Let us play one more turn when the opponent concedes
Just have a super basic ai always press pass turn and let us swing for lethal, its so infuriating building up a board ready to kill and then not getting to do it especially when you have a quest that wants you to deal damage to your opponent. probably also a good idea to add a popup that says your opponent has conceded, would you like to play one more turn?

MTG Arena’s Shuffler and Matchmaking Are Undermining Confidence in the Competitive Ladder
I have played enough Magic to understand variance. I understand mana flood. I understand mana *****. I understand unfavorable matchups, bad draws, mulligans, and losing streaks. None of those things, individually, are evidence that anything is wrong with MTG Arena.
What I increasingly have a problem with is the extreme inconsistency of the Arena experience over large numbers of games, combined with the lack of transparency surrounding some of the systems operating behind the scenes.
