Match was quit when I was about to win
I didn't manage to screenshot this, but I was in the middle of a Lorwyn Eclipsed draft game and on the penultimate turn when I was about to win, a message came up saying "Waiting for Server", and then the program simply took me back to the draft menu screen.
This negatively impacted my draft experience, especially given I had just spent money on gems to draft.
I unfortunately was unable to capture the exact moment as I was not sure what was happening until it was already over.

Deck builder glitch
I am playing on iPhone (IOS) and I have only played limited so I’m not sure if this affects constructed. Whenever I draft, if I go to click my deck box icon and check something like my creature count or card types, I cannot get back into looking at the actual deck building screen. It just glitches out and keeps popping up the change deck name window. No matter where I click I cannot get out of the look at types overlay. The only way out is to click a different tab at the top such as home or something and then I have to discard all the changes I have made to my deck. This is very frustrating and I have to go and remake my deck every time. Whenever I click the leave tab for in the overlay like I have talked about there is also a visual white spot thing that pops up very briefly.

Duplicate Earthbending Animation
Steps to reproduce:
1. Oponnent plays Iroh, tea master, and gives me control of 2 of their lands over 2 turns.
2. Opponent earthbends one of their own lands with Aang, at the crossroads (transformed).Result: Earthbending animation plays on the target land, as well as on the 2 lands now under my control.
Expected: Earthbending animation plays only on target land.Does not affect gameplay, just incorrect animation.

Incorrect set release date
Currently, on the Profile page, if one is to go to the list of cards collected by set by clicking on the current set progress, there is a bug with the data displayed for the original Ixalan (XLN) set.
Currently, the expansion shows its release date on September 29, 2018, while the original release date was September 29, 2017 on paper and November 3, 2017 on Arena during the closed beta period.
While I get it that the open beta period only started on September 27, 2018, other sets that were released during the closed beta period have their dates correctly introduced, such as Rivals of Ixalan (RIX), Dominaria (DOM) and Core Set 2019 (M19).
I understand that this is not a very relevant/priority issue, but it's also one that should take no longer than 30 seconds to fix.
Please let us know if there is a reason for this to be the case, or if it is in fact a known bug/issue that's just not fixed because it's not a priority.
As per the bug report structure as asked:
1. Open Arena ⇾ Profile ⇾ Set progress ⇾ Scroll down the set list until the bottom ⇾ Click on Ixalan (currently 4th last) ⇾ Check the release date is incorrect on the right-hand side.
2. I've verified this bug on PC, Steam and Android, but I'm very certain it should also happen on the other platforms.
3. As described above, I see the Ixalan (XLN) release date as September 29, 2018
4. I expected to see either September 29, 2017 (paper release date) or November 3, 2017 (arena release date)
5. Added, as an attachment, a screenshot of the incorrect release date on the client.
6. I haven't found a workaround, and I don't think one is possible.Thank you so much for the continued development of Arena!

Opponent activating Northampton Farm causes turn to end
Playing tmnt limited on iOS. I cast an Anchovy and Banana Pizza during my first main phase, targeting my opponents creature, opponent activated Northampton Farm in response to exile the creature I targeted. When it resolved, my turn was automatically ended pre-combat while I had mana up, cards in hand and creatures on the battlefield.

Matchmaking is not working properly.
I'm no longer being matched agaisnt people at the same win/loss as me in limited formats. Must be a big, please fix. Ive lost 4 pick 2 drafts 0-2 in a row. Very frustrating. Give me a refund if you're just gonna match people against higher elo players in round 1. At least the person should know that before purchase.

Exile face down vs Player hand distinction
I came here to report a bug becuase I thought my Fell Specter entry effect failed to trigger. Upon further review, I realized that the card I was trying to force my opponent to discard was actually exiled face down by Thief of Sanity. Cards exiled face down should have a very obvious visual effect on them to designate them as such, so as not to be confused with cards in an opponent's hand. This is especially true in cases where the opponent has no cards in hand, as was the case for me.

Rottenmouth viper
While attacking with rottenmouth viper my opponent is to sacrifice a non-land permanent. Opponent are sacrificing earth bend lands as a non-land permanent. Land creatures are still land.

Reveal Bug: card is displayed as revealed when obtained from Planar Genesis with Oracle of Mul Daya out
Planar Genesis should not reveal the card to the opponent if you choose to put one of the cards into your hand, but the card I chose was revealed.
Steps to Repro:
- Have Oracle of Mul Daya on the battlefield
- Desired card (in this case, Counterspell) is revealed on top of the library
- Cast Planar Genesis
- Look at cards, choose to put Counterspell into my hand
- Counterspell is in my hand and displayed as revealed.Expected behavior: Counterspell is unrevealed in my hand. (Opponent does not know I chose Counterspell.)

Eldrazi ruin the game
Eldrazi shouldn't be allowed in 1v1 format. They ruin the game and are completely oppressive, especially with how many ways to cheat them out early have increased.

Ban or errata bloodthirsty conqueror
These stupid 'opponent loses 1 life you gain 1 life' ad infinitum loops are dumb and completely ruin the game. Bloodthirsty conqueror needs to only happen once per turn or be banned from all formats.

Every starting hand has either 4 or 2 lands?
Either my game is broken or your game is rigged.
60 card deck, 24 lands, yet every opening hand has either 2 or 4 lands.
The average is 3, shuffling in real life as well as basic statistics dictates this as fact... yet EVERY SINGLE GAME?
Obviously rigged and the only fix is to constantly quit until my opening hand has the correct amount.

This product is so utterly bronken it is shocking:
- fix the ridiculously poor performance/ui behaviour: 4.3GHz 64GB DDR4 4GB GFX - it's like wading through treacle.
- if you're unsure - the animations suck, they take up endless time when trying to build or explore a deck - each click or action takes 30-40s due to ******* animations. people wanna go add, add, remove, scroll, add, remove, scroll - 10secs to do 7 actions for example, quick clicks n moves n selects. bish bash bosh. not ******* 40mins to change 5 cards n build one in a ******* deck.
my coputer is running full fans overhot and getting slow when it's a ****** 2d card game selection screen. ********.
if a card's already I n deck - how about a ******* hint! i'm clicking like a morn wondering why nothing' happening - ******* tell me!
don't make it so button for craft is smack bang where the screen loads after the natural ******* point to screen to click to click through from selecting a card already one of - that's frankly a ******* criminal scam trick to make people craft a second one of summin they have just to rinse them of things paid for or hard won and waste em crafting more they didn't wanna craft. get ******.
maybe on those ********* picture cards with no rarity symbol a clue of rarity somewhere on screen so I don't have to fake craft one to get the screen up to see rarity only to see I can't afford. what a ******* waste of extra efforts, clicks, screen loads, quit back to previous screen etc. etc and risk of accidental crafting if did have wildcards - just to check rarity.
srsly couldn't come up with a way to display entire ********* deck on one single screen as a pure test list? how the **** can I not manage a quick scrnsht or at a glance when I wanna see whole thing without scrolling or clicking expanders etc. etc.
furthermore - supposedly an export deck option somewhere? 3 ******* days still not found it - maybe don't hide it quite so ******* well if to exists cos jesus ******* christ - ui design basics; intuitive-quick-simple

I am not wotc ******* card nerd - I don't know the entire catalogue by heart in all variations and sub-names. here' s a genius idea - get a real dev who can do basic ******* regex and try a search that can handle name variations and missing apostrophes or common typos or alternate spellings etc. - it's really something a ******* highschool pc ;learner could code and it would be kind!

~in game - maybe a slightest tiniest ******* bit of help - we haven't all been playing 30yrs and know every mechanic and game rule and order of play etc. - why is it just doing nothing? why is there just a ******* cancel button and nothing else? why I the ******* timer burning down and terrifying me at loss of turn but there's no hint what I should be doing? why wont let me do something it just allowed me to select - if I can't afford to do that option why tf did it let me select it then sit there blankly with a 'oh, you can't afford it - well I guess i'll let you figure that out tho you cant see or check colour of mana cos i'm blocking it wit overlay?
it's a continuous blank unhelpful baffling and soul destroying when timer end s losing turns/chance for counterspell/use abilities etc. and you give I help, no clue, no hint, no info - and yet allow actions that are illegal or unaffordable or impossible to be selected and expect us magically know why the thig you let us select then wont work. frankly, ******** for leaving me playing gam after gam only to lose because I had no clue what was going on, ran out of time trying to figure out why I couldn't do what it let me select or wandering why the other guy was just sitting there when it was waiting for me. how hard is a few ******* text items on screen? this aint ******* raytraced 3d moving fps - its 2d cards. SORT IT THE **** OUT - SPOEND SOME ******* DEVELOPMENT NMOENTY YOU STINGY *****.final word: every single last one of these issue screams 'if we spent an extra decent devs worth of time on putting the effort I t think, test, make usable and perfect - it wouldn't have a single one of these issues. STOP BEING SO ******* GREEDY TI RINSE PEOLE FOR PROFIT RPONTING MY LITTLE PONT CARD SETS AND SPEND A TINY BIT MAKING IT BETTER.
NOT ASKING FOR COD OR CYBERPUNK - JUST A FUNCTIONING ******* 2D CARD GAM WITH SIMPLE OBVIOUS NECESSITIES.
ever heard of:
- playtesting?
- audience/customer feedback?
- testing on a range of real world computer environments to see how performance is?
- asking wtf is wrong from a RANGE of people - new as well as experienced or in house
- don't just look at it yourselves and go 'works' or 'yup I got it' - remember, you're building for the lowest common knowledge base player, not you experienced wotc staff - do you really not know to ******* design something thinking form pint of view of a user who has never seen or played not from your own ******* pov. legitimately embarrassing. amateur.
- don't assume. people won t fit assumptions. give info. always. is it that hard, do I really need to tell you? ok, so some people know and yes games require learning, but ******* over new people or making the learning curve steeper than necessary for what? you suck.
- this is depressing and like teaching a first yr design student who isn't even good or trying - I;m ****** if I;m carrying o because you clearly neither care to try basic ui design effort or to pen even a ******* cent of your precious ******* profits.******** YOU LAZY CHEAP *****.

p.s. just had one vain attempt t play another game - also notice: average success in selecting/clicking on cards to ctivate etc./drag - 20-30 clicks. WEIRD IDEA - perhaps make the area that repsonds to clicks bigger than 1px dead center card - seems reasnable even to make entire card sensitive to clicks. it shouldnt be a fight that makes playing a chore requireing physical exertion simply to actually get the game to respond to attempts to selct or move a card etc. - i can think of no reasonable reason why the ui shoudlnt be an eay, pleaant interaction where the mouse poitner can simply be hovered anywhere over a card and it repsonds to a click. i even missed a few turns due to timer burn outt because i ahd such a hard time getting it to recognise my attempts to clcikk a card as a block target or target for counters i lost a game where i was using an eldrazi deck with msotly blue counters a the filler colour cards 50-0. i used ot enjoy playing mtg with cards. this ui is painful and unpleasatn ot the point i'm legitimately considering never ever going near arena again and trying to get all moneys spent refunded.
my anger is only equalled by the sheer astonishment at the failiure. i mean can;t even get a 2d card game right? wotc cant make a video game verison of mtg? seriously. i find it hard to believe you really tried. smell sso stingly of we took hasbros cahs and just want to suckle on the teat without wasting money on the dedicated fans and paying customers. it's just a crying shame.

Game Crashed after randomly losing the server connection
Game crashed randomly midgame. This was specifically a Jump-In game. It gave me the "Server loading" screen and then exited. There is nothing wrong with my internet connection - I immediately ran an "internet speed test" to ensure this wasn't an issue on my end.

mulligans
Hoping someone can explain why 9 out of 10 times I have to mulligan 3-4 times because I keep getting pretty much the same hand for the first 2-3? Like seriously I only have 3 lands that are not colored and last 7 games I had to mulligan no less then 3 times to get colored lands, I get the match maker is supposed to ramp up difficulty but outright giving the game is a little much don't you think? If you want my money make a product worth paying for and since I have been with MTG since the beginning and I have never had an issue paying for the game before you guys made this atrocity , I have not purchsed anything MTG related since hand smoothing came in, And while we are at it why do you guys insist on griefing the deck crafters? we are the life blood of your company as the netdeck sheep have no reason to get wildcards when they copy the pro's decks (and I use that term loosely) that really don't use any of the odd hard to get cards. Notice its the non net deckkers that are having issues about the shuffler?

Lorwyn Eclipsed horrendous mana bases for jump in packs
Why on earth would you build a mana base like this for jump in packs?
And why not allow the player to change it for the event?
