How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

- Enter your feedback

Golden Pack issue
I know you have some kind of issues going on with Golden Packs since the "Avatar: The Last Airbender" set came out. However, I just opened a Golden Pack and received gems for some rare card I already had 4 copies of. I thought the entire idea of Golden Packs was that I would be receiving rares / mythic rares that I did NOT have 4 copies of. What happened?

Bug during the tutorial
While playing the tutorial, during the 4th opponent, it has a bug.. it will not allow me to block but to move forward, I have to block.

Games Start Without Options, End Up Timing Out
When trying to play a game of standard on iPad, I get matched with an opponent and sometimes get to select my hand, but then don’t receive any further prompts. After some time, the timeout clock shows up and eventually runs out, but I still never get to act. Once the timer runs out, there isn’t any further visual indicator, and the game does not end.
I’ve tried starting a few games today and haven’t been able to get to the point of being able to play cards yet.10 votes -
Can’t Play the Game at all
Whenever I try to play any type of mtg game like historic I find an opponent but when I enter the match I’m stuck with no cards and I can’t do anything they don’t have cards either but my time runs out but the line disappears also I can’t even concede it won’t let me I’m on IOS I don’t know how to fix this and also some times if I get cards I can’t play them and my time runs out but never actually kills me

Game freezing as soon as I enter a match.

Yargle achievements do not register in any format but brawl
I have not received credit for two of the 5 Yargle achievements despite provably winning multiple NON-Yargle event match in which I met multiple conditions.

Cid rimeless
Arena is telling me that my Cid deck is invalid because I have too many copies of Cid Timeless Artificer even though it was working just fine yesterday and Cid's card literally says there's no card number restriction on him

Invalid deck error
After the newest update, my Standard deck is invalid due to a side board error. It says I can't have more than 15 side board cards but you can see in the image that it is 60/15.

Fleem Cosmetics
I bought Mastery Pass and more than 10 packs for OM1 but didn't receive Fleem cosmetics. I only have the screenshot of one of these 10packs I opened in September. I received 20 gem from the pack in which I don't have a full Rare set (I still don't have). Please also check this.

I opened ten packs of cards of omenpaths before September 30th but still haven’t received my Fleem. I’m on an iPhone.

Sparky homepage
After today's update every time I return to the homepage on Windows, Sparky appears and starts talking "Congratulations on completing spark rank..." I have tried listening to the whole speech and following sparky to the codex etc, restarting the game, as well as uninstalling.

Brawl
Since the update of 06/05/25, I haven’t been able to play brawl! I can play all other types, but not brawl. Tried repairing game files, no brawl. Uninstall and reinstall, still no brawl. What’s the deal?!? Using an IPad, up to date, but no brawl for more than a week now. Also there is no sound. My other apps on my device have sound, but not MTG Arena. Please advise. I much prefer brawl to standard/historic. I try brawl, it says waiting for opponent, then does nothing except show the timer. Please fix.

Death by Vanilla Bug
I have won 3 brawl games inwhich I have cast only creatures with no abilities(and no creatures at all) and the achievement for the Yargle Day has not been completed.

Toph profile picture doesn’t show up in game
Toph profile picture doesn’t appear while in game, instead it’s Vivian I believe. Everywhere else it’s Toph.

draft ending unexpectedly
I was in the middle of premium foundation draft on 9/28 9am, when the draft unexpectedly ended. There was no warning as usually can be seen below the event and I was unable to play the rest of my games.

auto passed my turn with lions eye diamond
playing in the new power cube i was playing storm. i cast a lions eye diamond with an echo of eons in hand. before i could sacrifice my l.e.d the game auto passed my turn before i could do anything. next turn my echo of eons gets exiled from my hand...

astelli reclaimer
MTG Arena Astelli Reclaimer's abilities are not working. it says when the card "ENTERS" the ability should trigger. I've warped , summoned and summoned from exile. Nothing happened.
