5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Game Crashes Constantly
All on PC, game crashes when trying to re-roll quests, game crashes when clicking on "Store", game crashes when clicking on "Mastery Pass", game crashes when clicking on "Open Packs", game crashes when clicking on "Decks", game crashes when trying to select a game mode other than "Recently Played", game crashes frequently when in a match, game crashes in between BO3 matches, game won't let me sideboard in cards during BO3 even on android. This has been ongoing for nearly TWO WEEKS, reinstalled multiple times, and changed graphics display to "medium" and "low" has not worked.

WOTC DOESN'T CARE ABOUT THE SHUFFLER
The complaints about the shuffler will go nowhere. They do not care about gameplay. In BETA the shuffler was a constant issue in the forum ( before WOTC closed them because they do not care). The official response of WOTC was " Since both players are exposed to the same shuffler, they have the same experience, therefore, nothing is wrong" The DO NOT CARE about gameplay, game experience, game economy or game mechanics. The DO CARE about MONEY!!!!. Thats all there is to it - they will keep draining the pockets of the idiots that spend real money on worthless…

If I try to purchase gems, I get an infinite "Waiting for server" spinning wheel.

Sparky Challenge Not Showing

After completing the tutorial, I have not unlocked Sparky's Challenge; the event, which should appear at the end of the tutorial, is virtually nonexistent and not present on my home page. I'm not going to drag this out, partly because I think I've read that many users have had the same problem as me and this is a known bug, however I can't accept that I haven't even started playing and am already suffering from problems due to bugs in the game that will prevent me from getting rewards that I honestly don't want to…19 votes -
Shuffler sucks
The shuffler sucks yall suck at fixing problems clean house and start over this is an embarrassment. There is zero consistency and the client actively won't let you have more than 4 wins in a row. If you get 4 wins it will make you draw all lands or no lands.

gem reward
When I opened packs that gave me gems, it did not increase my gem total. The same thing happened when I just got a reward of a card that was already in my collection, which should have also awarded gems.

rigged matchmaking in normal games
Playing a deck with 0 rares/mythics in normal games, I keep getting matched against decks full of rares/mythics. It doesn't make sense.
In addition to a budget gruul that has cards with face damage and haste, I keep getting matched against lifegain and consul authority like 8/12 games, which doesn't make sense.
The machine is totally rigged, it looks for decks in which the opponent has perfect hands or cards that interact in a perfect way against yours.
The game matches in a really bad way if you're not a youtuber/whale/person with influence.

I mean I might have lost anyway but it kind of ruined my two draft games there. I couldn't even run the game till I reinstalled it after I got the Android 15 patch I'm on a Motorola 2023 edge Plus android 15

Full art lands
Hello, I purchased full art mountains in the shop for gold (LCI290) but I can't find them in my collection even by pressing the > arrow button, as if that art does not even exist. This happens for all lands and the only one that I can use as full art is the one I set as Default immediately after purchasing (MID272). Is this a common issue? I would like to use the full art lands that I spent my in game currency to acquire.

"Network Error - Unable to get collection"
Yesterday while playing a draft game, few turns into a game I got disconnected from the game (Connecting to Server" message with a circle). I restarted the game to try and reconnect, but got the error from the screenshot. I tried restarting the game a few times, and also a few minutes later, still with the same result. I came back the next day and got a game loss.

Floods and droughts
I am sick of your shuffler, I only play to get gold to play draft (level playing field and no meta). It's rubbish that I lose 3 times more games to your shuffler than to bring outplayed by other players. Don't get me wrong I am happy to lose when I'm outplayed and if the right cards don't appear, that's the joy of the game. What isn't a joy is losing to the **** algorithm.

unable to play a instant spell on oponents turn
I was unable to play a instant (Rebellion Strike) on opponents turn twice till I die on the without use the combat trick.

Hexproof but still a target
Burn spells hitting through hexproof.
Red burn spells on top of the graveyard, sorcery each opponent takes 3 damage.
Creature on my board all other creatures you etc has hexproof. So why is a spell allowed to be cast at me?6 votes -

Unable to retrieve exiled cards with Invasion of Arcavios.
I was unable to grab a spell that was under Leyline of the Void. Outside of the game includes exiled cards.

Change country in account
Due to relocation to another country I would like to use payment methods of the new country. But an in-game store on PC does not allow to change country and gives old payment methods which are not available for me now.

Vengeful Bloodwitch not triggering
A couple of times now when Valgavoth is on the field and you have Vengeful Bloodwitch and Amalia and the Amalia board wipe effect happens the Vengeful Bloodwitch life drain and gain ability doesn’t trigger even though Valgavoth gets removed from the play by Amalia.
Specific example:
Opponent has 6 life with Valgavoth and Atraxa in play
I play Raise the Past triggering life gain of the creatures returned building Amalia to 20/20 triggering board wipe getting rid off 12 creatures my side including vengeful Bloodwitch which normally triggers its ability but doesn’t when Valgavoth is on field and removed…3 votes -
