How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Not matchmaking
Not matchmaking and when it does I can’t play anything. Sometimes it prompts to keep or mulligan but that’s it. It times out after that A reverts back to the main screen

Online matches not working
On IOS, online matches not working. Crazy / freeze at the stage of deciding turn order. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, no change.

Ranked Match Opponent Timed Out - Stuck in Match and Cannot Exit
While starting a ranked match, I chose my starting hand and continued. My opponent timed out but the match did not end. It also will not let me exit the match/concede. I have to restart my game completely to get out of the match.

yargle day death by vanilla
I have twice now won a game where the only creature spcells I cast where Vanilla and I have casted 5+ creature spells each game. I have not gotten the achievement.
1st game I reanimated my opponents creatures and used ninjutsu.
2nd game I casted 4 different vanilla creatures but casted 3 of them twice.26 votes -
Companion list unavailable
After the last update (2026.54.40.5293.1221064), I'm suddenly unable to select a companion for my decks. The list of companions is blank (although I have like 12+ unlocked companions), only the preselected companion is visible. I'm playing on Android app.

hi, sparky keep coming back every time i go in the home on the game. It happen on pc and ios. How do i fix it?

Sound bug on iPhone. Half of the SFX are missing.
When playing on iPhone it sounds like half of the sound effects are missing, in particular the sound when creatures attack or block. This started happening two days ago, and I’ve tried messing with the sound options, restarting the program and device, and even reinstalling.

Sparky wont go away
Sparky came back about a 2 updates ago and it wont go away and there is no option to turn it off. I completed the tutorials years ago, there is no reason for this feature to turn itself back on.

iPad life/hand issue
Playing on an iPad. The life counter interferes with the cards in hand. Chopped and sometimes very difficult to select a card in hand.
iPad Air 13 inch.

Manifest and water bending
A manifested creature with waterbend adds the waterbending’s additional cost requirement in order to flip it. You may tap creatures to help pay for this cost. I believe we should only need to pay the mana value. Ex: Benevolent Water Spirit from an Abhorrent Oculus trigger.

Death by Vanilla achievement not received
After playing 5+ vanilla creatures and winning (2 separate games), no achievement was unlocked. Please fix and reward the players who did it.

Invalid Deck: Decks cannot have more than 15 cards in the sideboard. It says this when I have more than 7.

Avatar: TLA Sealed Event - Bug
It wont let me continue on to making my deck when trying to play in the sealed event. I signed up and paid the 2000 gems but now its stuck and theres no button to move fwd with an archetype.
The sealed event still does not work for me. Everything is up to date and it looks just like the photo i sent you. Is there anyway to resign me from sealed on your end to reset it?

game does not progress passed the choose who goes first
Game starts to count down from 30:00 while trying to choose who goes first unable to do anything. Then once it reached 00:00 started to count up

Matchmaking failure
I waited over five minutes and could not get an opponent, and when I entered a match, I could not see my cards.

Can't enter games for long time (cancel after 11+ min) or can't play when entering
I can't suddenly play. Got up to 9/15 wins, but now I either can't join games or when I rarely enter the game I don't either get cards. Or when I get cards, the game is frozen waiting on opponent to decide if to mulligan, even after the timer has expired. Tried ranked and regular alchemy with two decks. Restarted phone. Fixed game files. Checked that I have latest update in Google store.

Online matches not connecting.
Online matches on IOS are freezing at the stage of choosing which player goes first. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, no change.

Cards not showing in game
Cards do not show up in the game interface, either for myself or my opponent. The playing surface / arena is shown but there are no cards in hand, no library, no graveyard etc. I'm unable to take any actions and the timer visual starts ticking down. I can't even concede the game. When I click concede nothing happens so I have to restart the game and then the match is gone.
