Serra Paragon bug
Serra Paragon did not allow me to play a land resulting in a game loss. It auto passed the turn after playing,

Vecna CARDNAME text error
When you create Vecna by using The Book of Vile Darkness, Hand of Vecna and Eye of Vecna, his card text incorrectly displays [CARDNAME] instead of Vecna.
Steps:
- Use The Book of Vile Darkness effect with Hand of Vecna and Eye of Vecna on your field to create Vecna Token.
- Check text on Vecna Token.Screenshot provided showcasing the text error.

Encampment came in tapped with a mountain on the battlefield
I played a mountain followed by Dalkovan encampment and it came in tapped - it should have been untapped because of the mountain on turn one. This cost me a game in a standard event. If it was coming in tapped i would have played it first. Leaving an open red makes people think you have removal card in hand.

The problem Persists
Unfortunately, even with the ban of Scholar of the Lost Trove, the problem persists — and in fact, the problem IS Persist. Instead of reducing the dominance of reanimator strategies, the ban has unleashed a wave of similar decks that are now extremely common, especially in Bo1. Persist in particular is deeply problematic (together with Death//Life), as it enables consistent turn-2 wins, which makes for an unhealthy and frustrating gameplay experience.
It is a shame, because Historic is otherwise healthy and interesting. However, this issue risks ruining it, and more importantly, it severely limits deckbuilding creativity: in Bo1, every deck…2 votes -

Paid ward cost for Meltstrider's Resolve, and the creatures didn't fight
Paid ward cost for Meltstrider's Resolve enter trigger, and the creatures didn't fight. This was in a ranked game, and I was no longer in a position to come back after this bug occurred.

alchemy packs not going towards golden packs
when purchasing edge of eternities alchemy packs in pack purchase screen the packs purchased dont go towards my count towards a golden pack

STOP THE META
You have to either allow a way to remove certain cards from your game search (meaning you also can't put them in your decks) or some other way to avoid the constant pattering of the same boring, stupid meta decks from people who have no idea how to play. Yes I'm aware how powerful creatures can get now just from someone playing a land, I don't need it to be every opponent I play against.
It is INCREDIBLY boring to play the exact same cards over, and over, and over again.

Bugged interaction between [[Ygra, Eater of All]], and [[Fade from History]]
In a game of brawl, I had Ygra as my commander; she was on the field alongside Chatterfang and Mirkwood Bats. The Opponent had five creatures (none of which had any impact on this other than being foods due to ygra), and I cast Fade from History. When it resolved, we both had bear tokens, and I also had a squirrel from Chatterfang. Due to the way Fade from History is worded and how ygra works, these tokens should have been food when the 'destroy all artifacts' part of the spell resolves.

Leonardo the balance abilities triggering OP
Leonardo the ballance ability is supposed to trigger once per turn, token creatures were generated and it triggers multiple times back to back giving +3 or more counters, not working as card text described please fix the trash

Hola tuve un problema en una partida, mi oponente uso la carta "Posesión vengativa" sobre mi criatura "Alesha, la que se ríe del hado" y tomo control de ella, luego antes de declarar atacantes mi criatura que el oponente tenia bajo su control fue dirigida hacia mi cementerio sin razon alguna. No uso otra carta y no hubo ninguna razon aparente de porque sucedio esto.

This game is complete ********.
I've played enough matches to know the difference between bad luck and a rigged system, and this is absolutely not normal randomness. The game is clearly manipulated.
Every single time my opponent has powerful creatures, the removal cards in my deck magically never show up. Every time my opponent relies on enchantments, the cards I have specifically to destroy enchantments suddenly disappear from my draws. The odds of drawing some of these cards are around 20%, yet they consistently fail to appear exactly when I need them most.
Meanwhile, my opponents always seem to top-deck…

Marking when an effect makes a spell uncounterable more clearly
Its often that I can't follow when someone is using Cavern of Souls for example to make something uncounterable. It should be added as a 'temporary effect' or specifically noted on the card on the stack. At most ive seen it say "are you sure" but doesn't explain why.
Also, I tried to counter Auntie Ool and it said "are you sure" because the creature has ward. No, the ward doesn't work when its on the stack, its the Cavern that made it uncounterable.

Traditional Draft Strixhaven Missing First Pick
I was playing Traditional Draft for Secrets of Strixhaven, and I had selected my first pick but not confirmed it. I switched to another tab and when I switched back, I was on my third pick, with only one card in my pool. My first pick was gone and did not appear even after the draft. Checking my draft logs confirms the same, that I did not take a card in the first pack. I am not sure what the cause of this missing card and auto pick of my second pick was.

Stability has got worse since I last played
The game has always been bad at reconnecting, but recently it has got much worse. Now, if I swap apps for more than just a moment (5s is too long), I drop the connection and need to restart the app (it will not succeed otherwise) which of course takes ages.
I used to be able to multitask without dropping my connection - my only worry was exceeding my phone's ram, having the phone kill the app while backgrounded and having to wait out the long initial load (including the unnecessary reconnection animation while I hear my rope burning away…

not getting response opportunity "agatha's soul cauldron"
I am not getting response opporunities to remove creature from opponent's graveyard with "agatha's soul cauldron" after for example "Breach the multiverse" or "Vanille, Cheerful l'Cie".

Keruga: The Macrosage not drawing enough cards
I played a Keruga, the Macrosage while I had 3 creatures in play with power 3 or greater: an Archipelagore that had been mutated a couple times, and 2x 3/3 beast tokens. I only drew 1 card off Keruga's ETB ability, while I should have drawn 3.

Strixhaven Pack Reward
After I was done powered cube. I went to claim my reward and I got a strixhaven pack… I don’t think I was supposed to get a strixhaven pack before the release. I got too excited and already opened the pack. So I didn’t think to take a screenshot. But I have strixhaven cards in my collection before the official release.

Splitting card types automatically in hand when they get larger than 10
When your hands get extremely large, it becomes difficult to sort through cards in time to make gameplay smooth. A simple system to either/or both- auto-sorting lands out into another pile or hiding cards by cost or type, if you know what you want to cast, allowing you to cycle through them more easily. And if you're trying to see what you have, getting rid of other types lets you read the rest more easily.
