How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

- Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
- Enter your feedback
- Add any relevant screenshots/videos

End of Season "Reward" Twice. Result in De-rank
I logged in yesterday and saw my season reward package. My new rank for the start of the season was Silver 4. I played last night until gold. Today, I logged in and played until Gold 2 over lunch. At the end of the day, I logged in to play again and got a second season reward with blank packs and got de-ranked again to silver.
Can I go back to Gold 2 please?

Unable to Use Filters in Deck Creation
Using Android, I've noticed that - when editing a deck - I cannot use filters at all.
Attempting to sort available cards by rarity or type has no effect when the "OK" button is pressed; the screen remains the same, and no filters are applied. Normally, I expect to be able to apply a filter (like showing only Mythic Rare cards), and that is non-functional due to this bug.
Of note, resetting the attempted filters and then pressing "OK" returns you to the card selection screen. I have attempted to Repair Game Files, and nothing has changed.

Jump in Marvel
Jump in marvel : after Second pick i got kicked to home screen. When i go back i to the event My first pick is now locked in and im unable to select a second pick.

Unable to Open Deck Editor for Alchemy Decks - (Connecting to Server Freeze)
Attempting to Open the deck editor for any Alchemy deck results in Connecting to Server Freeze. All decks playable and other formats can be opened in the deck editor.
Have yet to find a workaround.

Can’t sideboard
Sideboard is not working on apple phones. Have lost many games and ranking by trying to sideboard and it will allow me to add cards but can’t remove any whether they were In main deck or sideboard.

Avengers Assemble achievements, card rewards not happening.
Have completed spectacular 1 and 2, God of thunder, daring operative, and brutal brawler in the Avengers Assemble achievements but have received none of the card rewards each one of these says I should get. Needs fixing as I would really like some of these cards.

jump in event stuck
I am unable to play theJump In event again. When trying to play again, it only shows "home" after going to jump in..

Daily wins not being awarded, rank not updating or moving at all.
My rank is not changing, win or lose and daily wins are not counting towards any progression.

Unable to search cards by rarity
Description:
It is currently not possible to search or filter cards within a deck. Applying any rarity filter does not update the card list, and the interface remains unchanged.Steps to Reproduce
- Navigate to any deck (Format: Historic Brawl)
- Click on Advanced Filters
- Select any Rarity
- Click OKExpected Result
- All cards of the selected rarity (owned cards unless otherwise configured) should be displayed.Actual Result

Marvel JumpStart froze and I Can't Play
I chose one deck--Marvelous. I chose a second deck--Hawkeye, Bowslinger. Then instead of going to play, it sent me back to the home screen.
I went back in and resumed. I showed I had chosen Marvelous, but then said choose a second deck, but nothing appears. I can't click on anything to progress forward.

Unable to sideboard out

Rank Bug
It's June 1st so the start of a new ranked season. My limited rank was reset from diamond 4 to gold 3 as normal, I got my rewards, started playing. After a few games I got a win that should have taken me from gold 2 4/5 pips to gold 1 1/5 pips. Instead, I lost a pip and went to gold 2 3/5 pips while looking at a victory screen. Jump in event failure
I am trying to play the Marvel Jump In event and it let me go in and pick the 2 halves of the deck and then kicked me out to the home screen. Every time I try and go back to the event it is just stuck as seen in the screen shot attached. It also doesn't let me change picks or drop the event. It is just stuck. Please help.

Jump into Marvel Super Heroes event stops after two wins
Just here to report a day one event bug:
After two wins, the "Jump into Marvel Super Heroes" event is only allowing new buy-in, not continued play, even though the event description states "Keep playing until you reach 3 match losses". See screenshot.
