How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. BUG! - Incredible Hulk Extra Combats and Attack

    Multiple games now the Incredible Hulk is not dealing damage when it is supposed to and it’s not getting extra combats from damage dealt while in combat. Blocked, unblocked with no interaction, it doesn’t matter. It mostly happens on the first attack but I have seen it happen in later turns too. It’s a huge disadvantage for the card to not work correctly. Fix it

  2. Card UI Badly Done - Photon Barrage Blast

    Attempting to cast Photon Blast Barrage for any large amount of mana with lots of targets is an abysmal experience. Not only does it take forever to actually cast it and try and figure out what copies of the spell go where, it also doesn't let you figure out what you've already done, because it doesn't actually target until it resolves, so you don't know what you're casting it on.

    If you have an opposing board where there's a bunch of 3/2s, 2/1s and so on, it's extremely easy to “miss” what you've targeted because the MTGA UI for spells…

  3. Turn 3 Progenitus shouldn't be possible in Standard

    Just had a game - in standard - where my opponent: Cast "Manifest Dread" into "Personify" into "Progenitus" this is just plain ridiculous.

    How are we supposed to enjoy the new meta if the board is just going to be 10/10's with protection from everything by turn three... this sort of defeats the purpose of playing MTG... I miss the days where you could play more than 10 rounds and it was still anyone's game...

  5. Bug on Chapter 2 of The Clone Saga Enchantment

    Even though the effect of Chapter 2 on the Saga says that the token copy isn't legendary the game still makes you sacrifice one of the creatures to the legendary rule.

  8. Bring Back Full Art Lands As Daily Deals More Often

    I'm still waiting around to spend my gold when the lands I want are offered again. Who knows when that will be in the next year? The daily deals section of the game should be twice as large. Half for discounted items, and the additional half for items that aren't usually available on regular days. Wouldn't make rare items any less rare because you still gotta spend 20-25k gold for a land set.

  9. Quick Draf Bloomburrow

    Hi,
    During multiples plays, I experienced some issue with creatures.
    I have a green/bleu deck mainly frogs. Once I was not able to interact with my creatures, thus not being able to attack; block; tap ..... Only the first creature that I played was identify by the server.
    During an other game, with the same deck and same day. When bouncing my opponent creature the creature will stay in play. This bug was rather strange as the creature should have had +1/+1 counters on it but the counters were not there and only the strength of the creature change. It…

  10. Can not play the card because of land bug

    I have 2 lands. A swamp and a island. But the game do not let me play a spell cost 2. One black and one blue because had a bug in my swamp. I lost 3 turns. Can check the uploaded image that i have 2 lands. The game skipped one entire turn of mine just because of the bug, then, it says that a have only one land.

  11. Show deck change history

    Hi! I would love to have a feature where we can see a list of cards removed from our decks. This would be especially helpful for Brawl where you can't have a sideboard. Rather than having to comb through all the cards again to make changes or write them down externally it would be nice to have a way to view the ones we removed without leaving the app. :)

  12. Food chain cost multi-sacrifice targets

    For cards such a food chain, phyrexian altar, Pegrian Took where permanents on field can be sacrificed for costs you should be able to select more than 1 permanent at one given time and grant one result for each.

    for example, if I have 15 1/1 green forest dryad creature tokens on field and I want to exile all of them to food chain for green mana I can select all 15 and float 15 green mana. This can also function for other similar systems such as scry I should be able to select an option for repeat scry 1…

  13. Charred Foyer // Warped Space

    Hi!
    This bug occurred on the PC client.
    I seem to be experiencing a bug with the card Charred Foyer // Warped Space with multiple copies of Warped Space unlocked. E.g. with Questing Druid // Seek the Beast The UI gives me a choice of casting either the creature or adventure half for either its usual mana cost or 0. When I select that I'd like to cast it for the full mana value, the client then asks me to select a warped space, then casts it for 0. So I can't seem to cast it for full mana value.…

  14. Cruel alliance Bug - Speedball

    Casted cruel alliance on speedball, they casted a spell and made him grow -- Cruel alliance did not resolve. This should still work - the card reads mana value 3 or less not power 3 or less. Help. I have the capture log if needed

  15. Incorrect spell behavior in game

    An opponent successfully played Heliod's Intervention on my three Skyclave Relics.
    Heliod's Intervention specifically read "destroy" in reference to relics.
    Skyclave Relic specifically lists "Indestructible". It should be immune to destruction effects.

  16. Bug - Incredible Hulk Attack

    In three games in a row. The Incredible Hulk has not done damage when it was supposed to on the first attack. Trample doesn’t go through and damage dealt unblocked was also not registered.

  17. Fix life gain timing out in a draw

    Fix the biased timer that times the game out into a draw when gaining a specific number of life counters, which clearly aren't infinite.

    It would be one thing if it was as fast as ANY of the things that are actually infinite. I can't gain 100 life and +1/+1 counters in one turn without basically losing the game, but someone with a BS infinite that does 1 damage and gains 1 life in an infinite loop can get over 400 damage without the timer ever going off.

  18. Can we have "no card styles mode/filter" added?

    Can we have a mode where you don't have to see your opponents stylized card art. Some of them are incredibly difficult to actually read or know what it even is, or mix it up with another card. Just about all of them have some card they're a reprint of is is far more identifiable. That is, if your opponent casts a stylized card, instead of you seeing the stylized version, you just see the basic version.

    Just because my opponent wants to look flashy, doesn't mean it should materially impact gameplay itself and that i should have to zoom…

  20. Leyline Axe effects break when disguised card is turned face up

    I equipped Leyline Axe on a disguised Sanguine Savior, but when I turned Sanguine Savior face up, the Leyline Axe only gave double strike and trample. The +1/+1 effect wasn't given, but the numbers on Sanguine Savior appeared blue as if they were increased.
