How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Alernate styles not showing correctly
There's a bug with alternate styles not showing correctly when in token form.
Overlord of the Mistmoors doesn't show alternate artwork in token form.
Dollmakers Shop doesn't show alternate artwork on the stack when casting.
Donatello, Gadget Master doesn't show alternate artwork in token form.I'm on mac and iPhone.
Expected results are for the alternate artwork to always be present during gameplay when selected in the deck.

I have not found a workaround.Thank you

Unable to get back in after round 1 of a bo3 direct challenge match
I was playing a direct challenge timeless bo3 match, and after my opponent conceded in round 1, the game stopped working for either of us, so we both restarted but then have been stuck in the 'waiting for opponent screen' for over 15 minutes, and restarting the game does nothing

Weekly Win tracker Bug
My weekly wins have not been tracking because of a bug where it shows a task I supposedly need to complete to defeat sparky (bot match). This has been dragging out days now and I have tried skipping all tutorials as well as redoing tutorials with no luck. Can you please help me reset it as well as get my mt weekly winnings. Thank you

Cannot see cards exiled with shredder and krang during attack
While facing shredder and krang, I can not hold a click to see the exiled cards during attack. This is a big issue in deciding how to block. This bug affected my high stakes match

Mutagen Bug
The Mutagen tokens on MTG Arena on mobile are bugged. They can be activated without paying mana to ***** them, even though they are supposed to cost 1 generic mana to activate.

Why can’t I use a mythic wild card to make the Korn Planeswalker? It shows up under the mythic rare category but it’s asking for a rare wild
Please just make it so that only mythic VERSIONS of cards show up not just cards that have mythic versions because it’s not cool being unable to exchange wildcards for cards that should be obtainable

No TMNT events appearing
Only events appearing are non TMNT events. Can't get back into sealed was playing earlier.

can't play Infinity combo due to timeout
I'm playing Nadu in Timeless no matter how fast i move the equipament there is no time, the rope should wait a time after you take a game action the way it is now there is no way to play combos.

Game shutting down after some cards resolving
When Exclusion Mage or Bigfin Bouncer are resolving the game is shutting down in Starter Deck Duel Games.

I am currently unable to purchase packs
For the past week I have been unable to purchase packs from the store. When I load the “get packs” tab of the store the tab is empty, except for the option to select which set I would be purchasing packs from. No matter which set I select no option to purchase packs is displayed.

Mythic Rank Not Changing after Several Games
Playing via Steam client on Linux.
I am currently 5-0 in an ATLA premier draft.
After my first game my rank was #1512. After each game, up and including the one I just completed, it's still displayed as #1512.4 votes -

MAC Resolution Cropped in Fullscreen and requires a hardcode in steam to launch properly.

Earthbending lion sash reconfigure bug
While playing with Toph, first metal bender, I used her end step ability to earthbend 2 on a reconfigured lion sash that had previously had been earthbent and then reconfigured to Toph. The result added two +1|+1 counters to lion sash but it destroyed toph. I thought it would keep it reconfigured but just add the counters or at least unattached like an equipment.

Fix tooltip UI for stolen (Goatnapped) earthbent creatures so it doesnt incorrectly identify which player gain control of creature if dies
Goatnap + earthbending interaction has incorrect UI tooltip that falsely claims you can gain permanent control of the land if it dies. (the UI will say, "When this creature dies, it will return the battlefield under your_username's control" despite you not controlling the earthbending trigger and therefore you will not get control of it when it dies, it will return to opponent.
I am suggesting you fix the UI so it correctly specifies who will control the stolen earthbent creature after it dies. The incorrect UI led me to make an incorrect play assuming I would take the land, but…

Bitter Triumph Instant Not Instant
Had two open mana in the form of treasure tokens with a Bitter Triumph in had, 6 life, and three total cards in hand. Put a stop on the opponent's upkeep to target their Voice of Victory and I couldn't cast it. Figured I might have to wait for them to draw or take an action to be able to cast it in response so I passed to draw and still wasn't able to cast it. Opponent animated a land and proceeded to attack. Wasn't able to cast Bitter Triumph at any time up to this point. Tried sacrificing both…

Game didn't close when opponent conceeded as I cast a spell
Game didn't close when opponent conceeded as I cast a spell
I cast Combustion technique on my opponents Eclipsed Boggart, in response the opponent conceeded and the game won't proceed nor let me get the victory.
The game isn't frozen - it just doesn't acknowledge that the game has been conceeded.
I can hover over card and get information, all the information about player hand, graveyard and exiled cards is still available.1 vote -
Hexproof doesnt protect against destroy all effects
Its happened numerous times to me where i have creatures with hexproof, which in the games own words says protects against spells and abilites my opponents control, but every time my oppenents play a destroy all creatures effect is doesnt stop the spell from activating against it. How is that hexproof then?

I am not being promoted to Mythic rank even after several victories.
Despite multiple wins, my rank does not promote to Mythic.

No rewards by winning gamea (standard ranked and midweek) on 25th of march
No reward of any kind granted after victories in ranked and other events on the 25th of March 2026.
