1. Advanced search

   Also having a problem in deck builder where I can't press "okay" to leave the advanced search page (I'm on apple mobile) depending on what filters I have selected. To recreate: select decks, make a new deck, select timeless as the format, open advanced filters, select mythic under rarity, then try to close the advanced filter page by pressing the orange "okay" button.

2. Can not edit new decks.

   I cannot edit new decks. I can edit the old ones. I can create new decks by copying from clipboard but then I cannot edit them.

3. decklist

   When trying to open decks to see the deck list it hangs up and "waiting for server" swirl just continues to swirl until I close game. I have tried opening different decks. Also, clicking on one deck and then trying to open another. Nothing from suggestions is working to reslove it.

4. Why is this stupidity still allowed?

   I'm being forced to watch these clowns go infinite and unpunished for abusing the system like this, infinite creatures, I have to manually click on everything even though I have "Resolve All" clicked, my timer running out while the other player just continues, FIX THIS TRASH. Oh and Alchemy cards? Trash, remove them all from Historic and Brawl already, if you need to create such a trash thing like Alchemy cards then KEEP THEM IN ALCHEMY.

   You guys are ruining the game by allowing people to have these infinite combos go unchecked, they know they lose so they try to force the opponent to quit by abusing the game.

5. Missing cards after update

   Recently I noticed force of negation was missing and contacted support. The card is back. But now it appears mystical tutor is missing. On arena it says that one of cards in my deck was banned which is not the case.

7. stuck on "waiting for the server"

   this started today, June 16, after the latest updates in the client and in the server

   My Android MTGA client is no longer able to go past the "waiting for the server" screen. I already did a clean reinstall and tried to connect from different networks.

9. MTG Arena biggest issues

   I would like to report two issues that have seriously damaged the experience of playing MTG Arena to the point of making it, at times, genuinely difficult to enjoy.
   The first concerns matchmaking. After a certain number of games, the system seems to start pairing me systematically with opponents whose deck is built to counter exactly my archetype. It can happen once, but when it becomes a constant pattern it is hard not to think that something in the matchmaking system is not working correctly. On top of this, there is another phenomenon that is difficult to explain as mere coincidence: when playing a specific archetype, you keep facing the same opposing archetypes, which almost completely disappear as soon as you switch decks. A concrete example: I often play Wizards in Historic, and the probability of facing opponents with Control or Mono Black Discard decks is disproportionately high for me. If these archetypes dominated the meta, it would be a well-known and documented issue — but that is not the case: public statistics show that their prevalence in the meta is entirely normal. This makes the matchmaking problem hard to dismiss: it is not the meta that is skewed, it is the matchmaking system that presents it to me as such. The result is that you find yourself trapped in a spiral where whatever strategy you choose seems already anticipated by your opponent — which drains all satisfaction and makes it genuinely hard to find a reason to keep playing.
   The second issue concerns the shuffler, and manifests in several distinct ways. The first is land distribution: it is very common to draw a disproportionate number of lands in the first twenty cards — even ten, in a deck that contains only twenty lands. The probability of this happening by pure chance is extremely low, yet it occurs with a regularity that cannot be ignored. Connected to this is an equally recurring phenomenon that is hard to attribute to randomness: when you draw too many lands in one game, in the next game you will systematically draw too few, as if the system were trying to compensate and maintain a balance between sessions. If the shuffler were truly random, the outcome of one game should have no bearing whatsoever on card distribution in the next — and yet it consistently seems to. The third issue is subtler but equally frustrating: there appears to be a correlation between the matchup and the cards drawn. In games that are already unfavorable due to the pairing, you tend to systematically draw the least useful cards for that specific situation, as if the shuffler and the matchmaking were influencing each other. Here too, the frequency with which this occurs goes well beyond what one would expect from randomness.
   The cumulative effect of all this on the player experience is severe. The frustration generated by these systems has, in my view, contributed directly to a significant deterioration of the social environment within the game. Toxic behavior has become increasingly common: opponents spamming emotes for no reason, players disconnecting mid-game out of frustration, a general atmosphere of hostility that was far less prevalent in the past. These are not unrelated problems — they are symptoms of a community pushed to its limits by systems that consistently feel unfair and beyond the player's control. When the game feels rigged, people stop behaving like good sports.
   It is worth pointing out that these phenomena are not just my subjective perception: anyone who follows the content of streamers and creators who play Arena can observe them regularly in their games. These are therefore visible and documentable issues, not isolated frustrations.
   I want to be clear on one point: I am not questioning the good faith of those who work on the game. What I am asking is that these issues be acknowledged and addressed with the seriousness and urgency they deserve. MTG Arena has the potential to be a great game — but right now, these problems are getting in the way of that, and the community is feeling it.

10. Authentication failure: timeout for Arena on iOS

    The Arena app for iOS keeps saying “unable to login” due to an authentication error, “Timeout” for my account. I was playing normally this morning when the app went dark after my match, and kept showing this error message. I reset, logged out and back in, and then later reinstalled the app, but the same error keeps happening. The app will appear as a black screen for a few seconds, then display the error message, and when trying to “reconnect” (the middle button on the display), the screen goes black and features three empty buttons. I don’t have the app installed anywhere else and I don’t have any other devices to test it on. The official site says all operations are running as normal. March 27, 2026.

11. unable to log in then something weird happens

    i cannot log in i was playing then a game ended i won and then timeout it failed to log in when i try to reconnect and when i try to reconnect this weird thing happens

12. Unable to remove cards in Bo3

    After updating my game to version 2026.59.0.6120.1270750 on the android play store, I played two best-of-three ranked standard matches. In both matches, in between games, I was able to click on cards in my sideboard to add them to my deck, but unable to click on cards in my deck to move them from the sideboard, resulting in being forced to play with a deck with more than 60 cards. This included both cards that began in the mainboard, as well as any cards added from the sideboard. I was able to click on the arrow to show and hide the main deck, as well as click on the "done" button at the bottom of the screen. Beginning in the second match, the top of the screen had this visual bug shown below. The game was restarted between games one and two in the first match, which did not solve the issue.

13. Shuffler

    Fix the shuffler. I have played paper magic majority of my life. Never have I ever seen hands like I am being given on this game. It is rigged, You can deny it but only true players know. Lets ban together to get this fixed.

15. Final Win to obtain Mythic not awarded

    I needed one win to advance to mythic; got the win and...no ranking update on the Victory screen. Looked at my rank and I was still Diamond 1 with one win needed. This was on iOS - I'm reporting here because the drop down menus don't work on my phone. Please advance me to Mythic. Thank you.

16. Error with June season rewards

    I got hit by the rank reset bug at the beginning of the june season. Today I got a message in arena that I would get the full mythic rewards because of this. I clicked the claim button. 10 generic packs appeared (they were blue with a white arena logo but no set branding) and when I went to the packs tab of arena I clicked open 10 and a blank dialog box with one button labeled "OK" appeared. I clicked on OK and then I have no packs.

    I am hoping that you can resend those rewards. It was frustrating enough to get hit with the rank reset, then have to climb back up in rank, and not even get the qualifying points for the high rank in June. Now the packs that were promised are not actually there. This is a crazy bug to have and I would have hoped that the fix was not also bugged.

17. Ranked Rewards to compensate for last month's Ranked Rewards are also bugged

    I was affected by the rank reset bug last month, where my rank was immediately reset for July and I got some bugged rewards and had myself kicked down to Silver. I understand this was a widespread bug and that we were to get mythic rewards this month to compensate. I got a message notifying me that I was getting these rewards but then when I opened it was the same bugged stuff from the beginning of the season (including 10 packs with no cards). Also, my rank hasn't reset.

18. Not Getting My Secrets of Strixhaven Pre-Order

    I spent over $50 on a pre-order and it never showed up on the packs page prior to the release that I had even bought anything. I thought maybe it was just something that didn't really matter and I would still get the 50 packs I pre-ordered. But nothing. I did not get my packs. Just to make sure that it still counted as I bought it even though my screen is still telling me to "get packs" with nothing else on it, I checked yesterday to see if it was still in the store and it wasn't. Meaning I should have gotten my packs.

20. Sothera's end step trigger doesn't return a creature if Sothera is no longer on the battlefield

    Sothera, the Supervoid's end step trigger to sacrifice itself and put an exiled creature onto the battlefield currently doesn't work if it can't sacrifice itself. If it leaves the battlefield with its trigger on the stack (for example The Mind Stone flickering it or returning it to hand), the trigger does nothing instead of skipping the sacrifice and still putting a creature onto the battlefield like expected. Since there's no "if you do" clause making the rest of the ability depend on sacrificing it, I can't see any reason except a bug that this could be the case.

    Tested on Windows version 2026.60.10 against Sparky, ensuring no other effects could interfere with what that trigger is trying to do.
