How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

ALGORITHM NEEDS TO GO AWAY
GET RID OF THE ALGORITHM! Balance the game with the ban list like the good lord intended. You have collected enough of my money to hear me out on this. I’m sick of crafting decks just for them to be targeted by the same cards over and over. How is that fun? Remove the algorithm and let us play the game.

I CAN'T ACCESS MY ACCOUNT
Hello, I'm reporting an error that's been driving me crazy all day, trying to find "possible solutions" that aren't working. Yesterday, while playing a game, the app unexpectedly closed on my iPhone. To my surprise, this morning when I tried to log back into my account, I couldn't get in. I got a black screen with the message "Unable to log in
Authentication failed for X: Timeout."Before trying it on my PC (Windows), I tried clearing the app's cache, uninstalling and reinstalling it, trying with mobile data and Wi-Fi, and restarting my phone. None of those things worked. Then…

Not receiving any gold for daily wins
Since this morning I haven’t been able to progress daily/weekly win progress or mythic ranking even when I win games. It also shows me as being sparky rank 0

Have been 1 win from Mythic in Standard twicw today, won my games and neither time was promoted to Mythic!

Dont gain my rank when winning on construct diamond tier1 4pip
I dont gain rank or get winning bonus but If I lose I lose my rank and If I win again after that I get everything as usual but this bug only happen If I almost promote to mythic i.e. diamond1 4pip

Quest not advancing
I have a quest to cast green and black spells. No matter how many I cast the quest is still showing 0 of 20.

rewards
Rewards and experience not given for appropriate progress and actions. Have played 10 games across the accepted formats and have received no credit for winning or playing lands.

Winning does not Count
Winning does not Count after any type of game. After a game is finished both victory and lose screen take a few more seconds than usual to appear and then my wins just dont count. zero progression for battle pass, daily/weekly rewards, ranking....just nothing. Without those rewards im not interested in playing at all.

Threshold indicator on Shoreline Looter doesn't work
Shoreline Looter has a Threshold ability that activates when there are 7 or more cards in the graveyard. However, the indicator on the corner of the card doesn't change from 0, despite there being multiple cards in the graveyard and the ability being active. This only happens with Shoreline Looter; other creatures with Threshold (in the same deck) don't have this problem, which has happened to me in PC and Android during Standard Play and Sparky matches.

Draft glitch causes 2 random cards to be selected if dragging a card when timer runs out
Windows 11. To trigger this glitch, click and drag a card during a draft, but do not let go or select it. While still holding the card, allow the timer to run out. The game will not select the card you are holding, but will instead select a random card (whatever the AI recommends). Now your user interface is glitched. You are unable to click or drag any cards in the next pack. Your only option is to click "Select Card" and take another card the AI suggested. At that point, normal selection is once again possible until you trigger…

Bloom Tender is a mythic but needs an rare wildcard to craft :/
To craft an Bloom Tender u need a Rare Wildcard even tough it´s a Mythic - this cant be right :P

Game freezes on iPad after latest update
After latest game update on newest iPad and iOS - game randomly freezes making you think the opponent is stalling but it’s actually me that has stalled and only able to regain gameplay after restarting several times during a game. Unplayable on iPad after this last update 2026.57.0.4042.1241037. Works fine on windows pc… but I play on my iPad

Game freezes constantly on android now
Game freezes up seemingly for no reason constantly now despite me repairing game files twice. Here they are supposed to be resolving their own trigger, and i have no mana and no ability to interact but it states its waiting for me to do something even though i can do absolutely nothing and it then times me out for inactivity.

Cant even finish a single game without screen locking. No point me even starting events atm.
Im hearing others with this problem on ipad and android. All since last update.
Am i to assume Arena are abandoning us on these platforms?

Sparking and no daily quest
Sparking keeps appearing in “You have a quest to complete” every day, and the daily quests are not showing up—only the 15-win missions are appearing.

Priority glitch/stall,
As of the latest update, when playing on Android, there will any variety of effects that will proc priority. You see the yellow aura around the opponents HP, signaling priority. I wait and wait, but then the yellow timeout counter pops up. So it's their priority, but I'm the one timing out? I know it's not my service. I might say it's some form of hack/cheat by the other player, but I've been playing for a few months and this issue has only just popped up since the last update. Numbers aren't readable
