How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Make fast mana a separate que in arena.
Hey,
I play a fairly janky and slow muldrotha deck. But i keep being matched against super optimized decks playing cards like dark ritual or vivi - extremely broken cards, that can swing a game on their own. I think there needs to be a separate que where those cards are legal and one, where they aren't. Fast mana changes games so drastically, that they should not be allowed except in **** que. Maybe its time to formalize tiers in arena? And make it apparent what cards are legal in which teir?

It is not possible to purchase items in the store on Macbook Air running Tahoe 26.1, either through Epic Games or through Steam. Would really like to be able to give you my money.

Waiting for server bug Deck building
Whenever I try to edit any of my decks, even when it automatically launches into deck builder after a draft, I just get an infinite black screen “waiting for server” and it never loads. I have to close and relaunch the app to get anywhere. I’ve verified files and reinstalled the game entirely. Reinstalling fixed it for a couple hours but it’s back doing the exact same thing again.

Time
I was just in a match where opponent, on his turn, had scute swarm and was able to play enough land effects to completely run my priority timer and make me loose a complete turn which lost me the game. That should be something that happens. The attacking player should not be able to make the defending player have no turn due to effects of cards going off and turn timer being used up. Especially if the defending player had a way to win the game next turn.

Appropriation absconse
Bug card Appropriation absconse, colorless mana does not work correctly, the exiled card asks for the initial mana type of the card.

Archon of Emeria ability still in effect despite being bounced. Played a spell, used Otawara's channel, turn was skipped
Archon of Emeria ability still in effect despite being bounced. Played a draw spell, used Otawara's channel, rest of turn was skipped as if Archon was still in play

Void winnower and Toxic deluge
If Void winnower is on the field, toxic deluge can't be cast for any cost of x that is odd, I assume because the x is being considered as part of the mana cost, and any odd costing X would "make it an even costed spell", regardless of toxic deluge being a 3-mana spell (almost) always

D&D Beyond Sleeve Offer
I signed up for D&D Beyond and purchased the Lorwyn: First Light digital bundle, which should have given a sleeve in Arena. I connected the accounts on December 8th and it indicates delivered but I don't have it in my collection in Arena.

Couldn't select Titan of Industry trigger options after it entered the battlefield
I resolved Indomitable Creativity for X=2, and Titan of Industry + Atraxa, Grand Unifier entered the battlefield—their ETB triggered as normal. I stacked the Titan trigger on top and the 4 options showed up. I selected the Destroy artifact/enchantment option but didn't submit, then clicked to view the battlefield, clicked or highlighted opponent's Veteran Survivor to see if it was enchanted, went back to the browser and the 4 options had disappeared and the submit button was greyed out—I couldn't select anything. I tried pressing Z to undo, toggled between battlefield and browser, clicked on opp's creature again, clicked on…

Magic?
Can’t feel the magic…nope. Impossible, glad I have not spent $ on this game.
This is the second maybe even third account. Rarely did I encounter any performance issues or bugs.
Playing Bof1 Standard Ranked has proven to have only 2 ways of success past Diamond :Climb over the pay-wall…. and more than likely the draw will actually represent the deck in the most random way but constructively similar as though it was real life game. Ban Paradox Engine in Brawl
Maybe one more complaint about Paradox Engine not being banned in brawl will do it. It's a cancer card and should be banned in a format that is basically identical (except allowing all planeswalker commanders) to commander where it is banned. For some reason I doubt they will ever listen because WOTC doesnt usually care about thier customers or players based off nothing being done yet but I guess it's worth a shot.

Disconnect
Mobile client will seemingly disconnect from server without realizing/notifying the user at random during matches. Happens at least during games of Brawl and Standard Brawl.
Mainly indicated by your own burndown timer appearing after taking an action on your own turn with nothing else on the stack (even playing lands can make this evident).
Closing and reopening the app fixes the issue temporarily, but it can happen multiple times per game. Unsure if this occurs on PC.
Willing to create/submit a log file for assistance if needed.3 votes -
Jump in
Since Bloomburrow I have not been able to restart the Jump in event. I was hoping that with the update of this new set the problem would be solved but I can't use my Jump in tokens.

surface
BUG REPORT
I have a surface pro 11 with snapdragon x elite.
I put in full screen. When I click anywhere it goes to windowed mode with " full screen" option still checked.This is very anoying. Please fix it

Match category bug
After I load the game and click the play button in the lower right and then try to switch from the events tab of match category to either find match or recently played the game will either suffer huge performance issues or just crash outright.

bug with a chips
The bug happens inside the app when I am using a chip deck and end up creating a very large number of chips — by that I mean more than 200 chips. When this happens, the app simply freezes, shows a message saying it is trying to contact support (or something similar that I don’t remember exactly), and then closes. The game does not register my winnings, even though I was winning and everything was going fine. The app just closes unexpectedly. This is a bug and it has happened more than once.

Gideon Avatar Missing? Am I too late to get this?
Hello! I was wondering if you knew why I can't select Gideon as an Avatar in Arena? I looked up to see if he was in the game and everything I'm reading shows that he should be available as a starter one even. I really like the character but he won't show up in my avatar list, and I can't find anything written explaining why he might not be there. I figured maybe it was because his character died canonically but would have thought it would be written down someplace or mentioned that it was available during a limited time.…

Arena skipping to end of turn
My turns in arena on my iPad are skipping phases to end of turn. Full control turns off randomly.
