How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Excessive daily victories required
I just needed to let you know that this amount of daily victories you demand is just ridiculously absurd. I takes a LONG LONG TIME to finish. In any other game you can complete daily tasks much faster and the rewards are generaly better. Guess you should reduce to ten, maybe. Or it should be at least 15 matches played, not necessarily won.

Gold Pack Progression dont work.
I have 6/10 on gold pack's to get a new gold pack and i dont gett eny progression to get a new pack.
I did buy 10 takir dragenstorm, 13 phyrexian and 6 zendikar rising and im stil missing only 4 pack to get a gold pack now.

Bug Arena Direct
Like someone today my arena direct vanished just after ive paid and make my deck, i have even not play with, and 6000 gems vanished... i want my gem back please. Thanks

Changing companion is broken. No companions show to select. Along with the changing deck type hidden in the background.

The new Lorwyn video that pops up after opening an email (and is unclosable) is bad!
So I came into arena today.. I saw that I had messages. I opened the Lorwyn one, and was presented with an unstoppable cut-scene! WTH! I came to play not watch a stupid video. It acts like I should be able to quit the video (or at least fast-forward it, but I can't.
Please don't ever do this again!

Jump In manabases not handling hybrid mana correctly
My MWM Jump In combo is Gliding+Hei Bai.
Every non-land card in that deck is castable using only white mana. But because Hei Bai contains hybrid mana cards, it's classified as a three color deck, so the system stuck in 3 forests, 3 swamps, and 4 multicolor taplands to "help" me cast my cards.

Spark Tutorial Fairy Stuck
The Tutorial fairy is stuck in a loop after finishing the tutorial as she gives the introduction to quests following beating the Bolas boss. It repeats every time I enter the home page, even multiple times per game session. Uninstalling and reinstalling has not solved the issue. Clearing game assets has not resolved issue.

Black screen after upgrade to version 2026.55.0.5391
I just updated th 12th of January to the new version 2026.55.0.5391 on a Android 16. After pasing all introduction screen of initialisation I get just a black screen wothout any information

Constant waiting for server and disconnection
Have had constant Waiting for server and disconnections from games without the ability to rejoin. Games freezing on my turn unable to play cards then timing out and the other player playing cards before i get disconnected. 7 out of the last 10 games I've been about to win the game then out of nowhere get a waiting for server error and disconnected. Have closed and reopened the game multiple times which hasn't seemed to help as it keeps happening.

Impossible to do anything, the time drops down.
I was playing on my phone (Android) and while playing my 3rd match of the Cube Draft, I got this problem: I was not ablr to act during the opponent turn (I had an instant to play). I just saw my time drop down...
So I closed the app and reopened it. It took a lot of time of course... and when I got reconnected to the match, I had lost my turn also. I lost the turn after.
I am unable to get the log from my phone, when I click on it nothing happens.

A large number of Badgermole cubs forces a draw when casting a spell
Give us the steps to reproduce the buga. Have 4 Badgermole cubs, 3 earthbent lands (swamp, forest, island), and one normal land.
b. Cast Doppelgang for X=4, targeting 2 cubs and 2 lands (at least 1 of them a swamp).
c. Resolve the 8 Badgermole cubs onto 8 of the newly copied lands, leaving 1 swamp not Earthbent.

moonlight processionist and blighted nightmare abuses laggy ui for eot triggers to get free time walk effects
opponent used moonlight processionist and blighted nightmare (with inquisitive glimmer and mischevious lookout) to create 80+ triggers on the end of turn stack such that when he ran out of time for his turn and eot triggers were going off, it took so long it invaded my turn and made my time diminish. then the end of turn timer triggered and started going down. my opponents eot triggers were still going off. sound stopped when the eot timer ended, while the opponents triggers continued going off. eventually they ended and i was ready to start my turn. Add Planar Standard format to Arena
Planar standard is a fan format comprising of Foundations plus the in-universe sets from the last two years. It provides a welcome relief to those who would rather opt out of Universes Beyond. This format would be a great addition to MTG Arena. More details can be found here:

Bug with leovold and palantir
I had leovold in play, opponent had palantir with 3 counters. At end he targeted me with palantir which should have resulted in leovold triggering and drawing me a card. Instead, it skipped my choice and millet 3 which resulted in a game loss got me since i was at 3 life only. I think i should have gotten a card and he should have not due to leovold restricting his draws. Please fix.

opponent has too many cards
this is the last time that i will post about this I am no longer going to play arena until this is fixed. I continue to play against opponents who have hacked the game in some way that they have too many cards in their deck. You have lost a customer. Its pathetic that this has been allowed to go on for so long, but then again, I should expect your company to put out a shoddy product and charge people for it.

The One Ring problem
On arena cube when i play sheoldred and one ring the game doesnt gave me prio on my upkeep to answer the trigger of lose life from one ring and i lose the game. This happend twice

Destroying blocking creatures and not being able to attack
I was under the impression that if I destroy a blocking creature, that my attacking creature will be able to attack. If this is true, I am being prevented from attacking with said creature after destroying target blocking creature.

Draft event quality
I will not waste my time or money on your draft events any longer. After years of trying to enjoy these drafts I have to say that it is incredibly disappointing that you haven't made some sort of fix to help with the fact that we can't play within our pods. I understand that time constraints don't allow it to be possible restricted BUT there could be other means tested to help. The fact that I face FOUR very stacked Black/Green Elf decks in a row. Severe lag in shop and mid week event bug
When tapping on the store icon on an android device, the lag is so severe to open the shop, the game freezes, same with opening packs and the this current mid week magic event for 2/18/2026. I have not found a work around yet, this happened after the pre order tmnt update.
