How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

    Tamiyo, Inquisitive Student (planeswalker) +2 ability says "Until your next turn", but each activation stacks until you are attacked the next time, regardless of how many turns has passed. See attachment or imgur link.

  3. Advanced Achievement - Taste of Power

    Used vital Mythic Wildcards for Oracle of the Alpha just to complete this achievement. I finally cast a Mox Ruby after seven games. I knew it would be worth it to have another achievement locked down. I was very disappointed to see that I did not get credit for accomplishing this feat. What did I do wrong?

  5. Soaring Sandwing plainscycling

    I am unable to plaincycle soaring sandwing. the card as written has plainscycling, however when I hover over the creature, the reminder text does not show. Other land cycling creatures have the reminder text show for their cycling or land cycling ability.

  6. Dune Drifter Incorrectly Reanimating cards when it is Reanimated

    My opponent casts a reanimation spell (tune up or back on track) targeting dune drifter in limited. Both times after they did this they were able to return a shefet archfiend (7mv) with the dune drifter effect (x or less where x is zero because it wasn't casted. I casted a screenshot of the board state after this happened where I lose because of it.

  7. Using Exhaust Multiple Times

    I just played in a Premier draft. Both me and my opponent were able to use exhaust more than once. As you can see, my keen buccaneer has 2 counters on it and his boom scholars have been triggers multiple times. I feel like I am due a refund for this event too.

  8. Songcrafter Mage Harmonize Bug

    Songcrafter Mage is bugged when giving Harmonize to a card with bargain, you are unable to cast the card if you have something on the board that can be bargained, it doesn't let you submit 0 for the may trigger.

  9. Unable to Click in Mac Client after KTK Update

    Even after fully uninstalling, manually deleting all MTGA files off my hard drive, and doing a fresh reinstall, no mouse clicks are registered in the game client. It loads fine, the Home Screen displays, and I can move the mouse cursor, but there are no hover animations -- i.e., hovering is not recognized -- and no clicks are recognized either. The game is totally unplayable.

  10. Karakyk Guardian Not Losing Hexproof

    Opponent had a Karakyk Guardian in play and cast Piercing Exhale, causing the Guardian to deal damage to one of my creatures. The issue is that the Guardian did not lose hexproof so I was not able to kill it after the spell resolved.

  11. Awaken Bug with Clutch of Currents

    Awaken Bugged with card, Clutch of Currents is bugged, that awaken cast mode always causes auto tapper to tap the land you target to get counters and become a creature, even with full control. Resulted in a loss at 6-2

  13. Indebted servant Bestow Bug

    After Indebted Servant is bestowed, once the enchanted creature dies and the Servant becomes a creature as it falls off, it does not join the row of other normal creatures but instead hides under them like it’s on its own layer, making it hard to target, tap, etc.

  14. bloodthirsty conqueror & Enduring Tenacity infinite combo

    As the title says. It seems that Bloodthirsty Conqueror heals the controller for the damage it does to an opponent. Enduring Tenacity damages your opponent for the amount you heal. And there it goes on... and on.... and on... until they're dead, of course. So not infinite in that regard... still. It appears that Bloodthirsty Conqueror is a trouble card.

  15. Can't use Ultrawide Fullscreen

    Ever since the last update, ultrawide (and other unsupported screen resolutions) are now resetting to non-fullscreen mode every time we switch to a new scene. I press Alt+Enter to go into fullscreen, hit Play to search for a match, the game loads the searching scene and exits fullscreen, I press Alt+Enter again to enter fullscreen, the game scene loads, the game exits fullscreen again. It's really frustrating... Before this update, I believe I only had to manually enter fullscreen if I made changes to the video options and only because ultrawide resolution is not an actual option.

  16. BUG: Exhaust Abilities may be used infinitely during opponent turns

    Exhaust abilities can be activated any number of times during opponent turns. No Elvish Refueler was on board when I encountered this bug

    How to reproduce:
    1. Play any card with the Exhaust ability - I used Stampeding Scurryfoot to produce the bug
    2. Activate an Exhaust ability during your turn
    3. Activate the same Exhaust ability during opponent's turn
    4. Repeat.

    Platform is PC

    Actual results: Able to activate Exhaust ability as many times as I have mana to pay for during opponent turn.

  17. Notification badge on Store tab never disappears (new bug introduced in v2025.46.20, 18 March)

    Since updating to v2025.46.20, the notification badge is always displayed on the Store button on the top menu (i.e. the orange dot doesn't disappear even if I click through every tab).

  18. missing mastery pass rewards

    The mastery pass rewards do not pay out anymore

    The mastery pass winnings do not pay out. The normal bonus mastery track pays out normally but the mastery pass does not. I should have received a number of rewards for lvl's 38 and up but got none, not cardpacks, no orbs and not the merry beasty.

    please fix this.

    Taste of Power Achievement not getting credited: I am trying to get the Taste of Power achievement. I bought an Oracle of the Alpha, the only source I know of for playing the Power Nine. In Historic Play que, I cast Oracle, found Timetwister, and cast it. The spell resolved, my opponent refilled his aggro deck hand, and finished stomping me. I thought at least I would have the achievement but no, progress still 0/1. What am I doing wrong? I believe I should have gotten the achievement.   20. Unable to sideboard in game 3 on mobile

    In a ranked Bo3 match, between games 1 & 2, I was able to access my sideboard and make changes to my deck. In between games 2 & 3 however, when viewing my deck and sideboard, I could not add cards from my sideboard into my deck by tapping them; I was able to remove (or add additional copies) cards from my deck by using the + and - buttons, but could not replace them with cards that were in the sideboard and not the maindeck- obviously though, I could not register fewer cards than legal, so I was unable…
