How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks
How to submit product suggestions
- Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
- Enter your feedback
- Add any relevant screenshots/videos

draft disconnect
Draft Disconnection during picks as a result of autopicker.
There is a recurring bug where if you are holding a card with your mouse while the timer runs out for your pick, arena will both pick the hovered card and autopick at the same time.
Both cards will show up in your deckbuilder.
Then, if you try to make another pick the game will bug and disconnect you from the draft table.
Reconnecting doesnt even work half the time if you do not relaunch the whole game causing you to lose multiple picks.Honestly draft has been riddled with bugs…

Focus Fire Bugged
I have tried multiple ways to cast a Focus Fire, it's bugged. I can't. I just lost a crazy game because of it... couldn't respond to a crab ETB, so they then sunderflocked me.... It is not castable at all, not even at sorcery speed. PLEASE FIX.

Unable to open game - error updating data
The game will not open, it says error updating data. My connection is just fine and functioning perfectly. I uninstalled and reinstalled the game and have the same issue.

Can't change format of invalid deck even though it been edited to be valid
On Mac, when I edit a deck with Limited format and make if valid for Standard or any other format it won't allow me to change the format. I can see the drop down being activated but it is behind the Creatures and Non-creatures information and can't be selected. I have tried cloning the deck, and exporting and importing it back and all new copies are still Limited and no way to change them. The only way I have found around it is to literally write down a list of the cards and re-create the deck from scratch.

boiling rock rioter unable to cast allies it has exiled
When in a sealed event with the new avatar set I played Boiling Rock Rioter. I used his ability several times to exile Ally creature cards from my opponents graveyard including Appa steadfast guardian and Poxbearers. I was playing white and black and had the lands necessary to cast some of these ally spells however when I attached with the rioter the trigger went on the stack and then I was not given an option or window to cast said spells. Am I missing something?

network connection error
This afternoon I experienced power outages at home. Now, regardless of where I use my account (I tried on more than one computer and also on Steam and outside of it via the app), the game keeps losing connection.

Game Crash During Deck building
I was building my deck after drafting it, when I added a basic swamp to the list and suddenly the pointer started loading (rainbow circle) and the game stopped working completely. I can't even open the “report a bug”. If I reopen the game the same thing happens again, I'm sad that I cannot play the deck that I built now.

Manifold Mouse grants double strike to mouse. Regular damage is never assigned.
Manifold Mouse gives mouse or itself double strike. First strike damage is dealt, but NO regular combat damage. I have lost MANY games because of this. I can't believe I'm the first to report this.

Grand entryway force closes game
When playing on iOS every time I play the grand entryway card forces my game to force close. Causing my mono white deck to be unplayable

Reward Orbs spent on two Cards but not received
I earned 2 Orbs in the Secrets of Strixhaven Mastery. I spent them on 2 cards:
Witherbloom the Balancer and
Quandrix the Proofto build Decks with it.
As you can see in the attached screenshots they vanished from the Masterypage but don't appear in the Collectionpage.Thank you for fixing this

Ability to purchase a one time increase to deck storage limit
I would love to see an ability to purchase an increase to deck storage limit. I have to imagine I'm not the only one who would be willing to pay a few bucks to get the ability to store 50-100 more decks. I'm regularly pushing the 100 deck limit and would love to be able to have more than that.

Unable to add cards after draft
After drafting in deck building I can’t add cards to the deck I can only take away cards. I have to get out of the game close it and reopen it. I am using iOS

Issue in Resonating Lute functioning
Faced an issue with Resonating Lute in Secrets of strixhaven draft.
Lute in play, one land untapped, couldn’t cast my prismari charm in opponent’s turn. Resulted in losing a gameI'd appreciate a refund of the draft

Inevitable defeat bypasses ward
I had roaming throne enchanted with sheltered by ghosts. Inevitable defeat was cast upon it and they didn't have to pay the ward cost. Is this correct?

野茂みのアルカイックが場に出た状態で
土地は森2枚・島1枚があるとします。
そこで緑①のクリーチャーを唱えようとすると、
森1枚島1枚が自動選択され、緑２マナを主導で出した状態でもこの2マナで唱えることができません。

Bug with Midweek Magic Momir
Momir randomized to create Serra's Emissary, but the game gets stuck on chose card type. Active player was unable to choose card type or move on to any other game action. The match treats it as inaction and automated to defeat.

Redirect Lightning - Counterspell
Currently: You cast a spell, opponent casts counterspell, you can cast Redirect Lightning, but there are no valid targets to change the counterspell too, so things get stuck.
Should be: Either disallow Redirect Lightning to be cast if it can't retarget the spell to a valid target, or allow a way out of the freeze.7 votes -

couldn't choose some creatures to block my opponent's attacking ones so i lost my draft match :(

Randomizer Rigged
How is it possible that for the past week, I keep either drawing a ton of lands or none at all? Is this how your game's randomizer works? You charge for gems and then your randomizer just messes up the game. Feels like I'm getting cheated of my money, not even getting my minimal money's worth of just enjoying playing the game.
I see so many feedbacks and suggestions yet I highly doubt anyone in Wizards reads all these. I would understand if it is just one random game out of the blue, but almost all week I have been…
