How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Purchase bug

    I would like to purchase the welcome bundle, I get into the bundle screen, click on 5.49 euros (I live in England, not sure why it doesn't say £), sends me to pic ''Screen2'', I click on 5.49 again and it sends me back to the original screen, in an endless loop each time I try.

    Edit: I forgot to mention this happens with any transaction, not just the 5.49 welcome bundle

  2. Bug Report – “Keep Hand” Option Missing During Mulligan Phase

    I am writing to report a serious bug that has made the game unplayable for me. In Best of One matches, when I click "Play" and enter a game, everything proceeds normally until the opening hand phase. At that point, I am prompted to choose whether to keep my hand or take a mulligan — but the option to “Keep” my hand does not appear on screen.

    As a result, the only option available is to mulligan. This continues until I have no cards left in hand, causing an automatic loss. This issue has occurred six times already, and due…

  3. kavaero / bringer of the last gift

    I was playing standard match against kavaero / bringer of the last gift combo.
    oppo had Kiora, the rising tide and a town greeter on the board when kavaero was cast.
    there was 2 bringer of the last gift in oppo grave.
    kavaero resolves entering as bringer of the last gift. the cast trigger goes on the stack.
    both our board gets sac'd and the return to the battlefield trigger happens.
    somehow my oppo ends up with a board that consists with the
    - kavaero (bringer)
    - Kiora, the rising tide (the one that was sacrificed) this creature should not

  4. Taigam Adding Time Counters to any exiled creature!! (PC)

    Play Taigam, Master Opportunist
    Play Xho Cai, Flickering Talon (commander)
    Use any "blink effect" - in my case, both ephemerate as well as Xho Cai's ability produced the following bug:
    Any creature I would exile, that should be immediately returned to the BF, is exiled with 4 time counters on it instead - even though they weren't exiled by Taigam, but other effects.. Extremely annoying and detrimental to a deck that works off of this commander's effect!

  7. Destroyed creatures do not enter graveyard but stay on battlefield

    This is a game breaking bug. Some creatures do not leave the battlefield when destroyed. They can't be interacted with, and are not available with spells that target creatures in your own graveyard. The dead creatures show the summoning sickness visual effect, as in the attached screenshot.

  8. Please tweak Brawl matchmaking

    Hello! I've written about this before, but it continues to frustrate me. I'm a veteran player, and my Brawl decks are filled with powerful rare and mythic cards. Unfortunately, I am often matched against new players whose decks contain lots of low-power cards at lower rarities. It's no fun for either of us – I'm sure new players don't like getting slaughtered by much more powerful decks, and I certainly don't enjoy trouncing new players. Please fix the matchmaking so this doesn't happen. Thanks for your time.

  9. toxril slug token surviving with -4-4 for stats

    Playing brawl
    Summoned opponents toxril from their grave with opponents necromancy.
    toxril killed opps creature.
    Toxril summoned a slug token
    Opponent played toxic deluge for x=5
    slug token continued surviving for the next turn with -4/-4 for stats the next turn until the opponent surrendered.

  10. The Seriema gave hexproof instead of indestructable

    In a match where my opponent used "The Seriema" to give a creature Hexproof and not Indestructable (see screenshot).

    Given our respective mutual "pregnant pauses" in play we seemed both very surprised by this behavior.

    I was not able to test whether or not the condition was, in fact hexproof, or merely a wrong label on the effect.

  11. When we choose to play Bo3 (Not Bo1) it triggers a glitch where graphic particles turn into white boxes, making it messy and unreadable

    Every time when playing Bo3, white box glitch/bug appears which is very annoying to witness.
    This does not happen for Bo1.
    I'd believe this is very sad for players to witness, since Bo3 is quite popular among players.
    Please fix white box bug - it's been like this for a while & this issue seems to be important in terms of MTGA user QoL improvement.

  13. Shuffle algorithm SUCKS!

    I have 4 swamps and 3 reliquary towers I my deck. The other 20 lands i have all produce plane mana and 9- 10 times you give me 3 swamps and 1 reliquary tower within the opening hand and or first 2-3 draws.
    Every card in my hand needs plane mana.

    If this happened once In a blue moon I could write it off as an anomaly, but it happens CONSTANTLY! The odds of getting 4 out of the 7 cards you have in you deck over getting at least 1 out of 20 cards in your deck should be…

  14. Galian Beast does not trigger on board wipe

    Currently in Brawl, the triggered ability of Galian Beast (Vincent Valentine//Galian Beast) does not trigger on “destroy all creature” effects.

    For example, my Galian Beast is in play during opponent’s turn. Opponent plays Ultima, sending Galian Beast to the graveyard. I am prompted whether to return Vincent to the command zone; after selecting “Graveyard”, the ability to return Vincent to the battlefield is not triggered.

  15. FF set Commander Deck do not count as FF cards

    The attached video confirms the phenomenon. It is clearly a glitch.
    I would also like to use these cards in Standard and Alchemy.

    Of the FF collaboration cards, the main ones implemented in MTGA are “Play Booster” and “Starter Kit”, but some “Commander Deck” cards can be created with MTGA wildcards. It is those “Commander Deck” cards that are in question this time.

    Those cards do not belong to any pack and are only available in “Brawl”, ‘Historic’ and “Timeless”.

  17. Etali, Primal Conqueror lets you cast FIN adventure lands in addition to exiled spells.

    When Etali is exiling cards, if one of the adventure lands from FIN is among the lands exiled, the interface lets you cast the spell side in addition to the exiled spells, even though Etali only lets you cast spells from NONLAND cards exiled.

  18. Bug - Need more processing power for duels. - Bug!

    A mix of Extravagant Replication and Doubling Season, especially with Elspeth? Causes a lot of creation of tokens.

    This is fine and works as intended, however once the number of tokens gets high, the matches often crash and/or start running slow. Multiple duels I've had end in "GreError" now, because there are just too many interactions for the limited processing power you provide per match.

  19. Banner of Kinship Shrine

    I am currently playtesting a Go-Shintai of Life's Origin deck, and encountered an unfortunate situation with the inclusion of Banner of Kinship: When selecting for creature type upon the Banner's stack resolving, there is no option for shrine, nor is there and option for shrine when expanded to all types. As you may expect, this results in a need to choose a sub-optimal creature type for my deck's build, going from a handfull of very powerful shrines, to a couple slightly buffed minor creatures.
