How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. No words in options menus

    I am also having an issue with no words being in the options menus and I am using an Android Galaxy A52.

    I have un-installed the game 2 times now and it fixes it until I play a match and then it goes back to not having words in the options menu again.

    This is frustrating and hope there is a fix for it soon.

  4. Missing edge of eternities packs and renewal

    due to the huge player surge at the time of release on Arena I was experiencing a lot of lag and failed to get the first half of my Renewal Egg bonus. I relaunched the client a few times afterwards and failed to connect to servers multiple times, but eventually was about to access the shop and my pack. I was opening pack individually and experiencing large spikes in latency while trying to sift through my pulls. Eventually I decided to start opening them 10 at a time to expedite the process, but with my last 10 packs the client…

  6. Choose order for cards on the bottom of my library

    Certain cards that should let me order the cards I place on the bottom of my library will automatically order them when my library is big enough (like Stock Up). Normally this would be fine because it often does not matter what order the cards go in, however, with stock up in standard, I like playing a really durdly control deck where getting to the bottom 20 cards of my library is common. It is also common in such games for me to know those cards because of 3 or 4 stock ups and 2 or 3 temples. I would…

  8. frozen draft "waiting for server" etc....

    During a draft match, the game froze, showed a loading error, “waiting for server,” and other similar issues. I couldn’t reload the app, even after trying on another device. As a result, nearly half of the draftable cards were picked automatically because I wasn’t present. I’m requesting a refund of the 10,000 coins, and some additional compensation as well, since this has been a major inconvenience.

    I’m a regular player. I checked my connection during the issue and there was nothing wrong with it, so it was clearly a problem on the game’s end. I trust we’ll be able to…

  9. Incorrect rules interactions

    There is a bug with mutinous massacre. I cast it and selected "even".

    My virus beetle was destroyed but the token on my oponent's side of the field wasn't, and I took control of it until end of turn and lost the match

  10. Sothera, the Supervoid

    Sothera, the Supervoid did not trigger when I had no creatures at the end of my turn. This happened during my last sealed game and because of this I lost. It had 3 creautres exile with it and no creatures at the end of my turn, so it should have triggered. This was my third loss and so my run ended.

  11. stop printing creatures that have tons of abilities

    They all have too low of a mana cost to justify any of their abilities. Creature balance was better when mana cost was higher for creatures with abilities and especially when they had high power and toughness.

  12. EoE limited events

    So I just logged in and EoE limited events are back. But here’s the kicker, I got kicked out earlier mid draft and when I just went in it said Resume, but my whole draft deck has been auto drafted and is basically an unplayable pile. No way am I spending 1500 gems on a deck I didn’t draft that is virtually unplayable due to no fault of my own.

    Are we getting reimbursed??

  13. The played card isnt at the right position. It is displayed on the right side not in the middle , its the same by played lands

I cant tip at the creature who should block the attack, i played it ob my iphone system IOS

  14. Kicked out of EOE draft

    Attempted to premier draft EOE around 12:05 today, was kicked out of draft about 6 or 7 picks in and unable to rejoin the event. Used a draft token to enter and would like that returned to me to be able to draft again once the issues have been resolved! Thanks!

  15. Rare wildcards disappeared

    When I opened all my packs today, I had 6 rare wildcards. I tried to use 3 on a new rare I got that I liked and they system gave me an error message saying the server was busy. No problem, I kept looking over the cards. I tried again on a different card from an older set and it worked, but now I only have 3 wild cards left, when I should have 5. Please fix this.

  16. Packs did not open but were removed from collection

    I attempted to open gold packs from my collection - I got a blank alert message (no text, just the 'ok' button) and then my connection timed out. Upon reopening the client, the packs are gone and none of the cards appear to be in my collection (nothing is showing as "new")

  17. Draft failed midway thru

    Hello for the edge of eternity’s launch halfway thru my draft the server was unavailable and it auto drafted from the end of pack 2-3. I used my token as this wasn’t my fault I would like a refund of the token.

  19. Store User Interface Improvement on “Missable” items

    In the image with FF Avatars, there are two Gem prices, one is a lower, discounted price, and the other appears to be the original.

    In the image with the upcoming Edge of Eternities items, there is only one price for Gems, lead me to believe that once it leaves the store it is gone for good.

    Is this an indicator that the Final Fantasy Avatars (and similar priced items) will leave the store entirely or just go back to the original price?

    It would be helpful as a consumer to more accurately discern which items are Limited/One-time only/Likely to…

  20. It's July 29th, and now Arena doesn't work.

    Nothing works as it should work, is WOTC using stupid Ai these days? Also the in-game bot you can use to test decks really needs an option to pick which deck the bot uses against you with the option of the bot using a deck the user has made even. The Japanese TCG Duel Masters that branched off of MTG in Japan, their digital format (A game called Duel Master's Plays) has a better deck testing bot than Arena does lmao.
