Bug report
You need to update your card distributing algorithm, I counted how many times I've lost compared to how many times I've won, 7/10 I lost no matter how many times I rebuilt my deck, And it is all because your algorithm cannot make up its mind whether it wants to give you all land and no creatures or all creatures and no land, This is not the actual card game this is a phone version if you are making it on the phone you need to have it so you have to draw land every time to play a card.

Arena Mac trackpad requires double-click
Mac version of Arena is virtually unplayable. Using an M3 MacBook Pro. Do do anything often requires either a physical click on the trackpad or a double-tap on the trackpad. It's random and inconsistent which one is needed. Please fix the UI to unbreak it. Used the system wide setting for track-pad clicks. Having to first double-tap a card in hand to select, then double-tap again to play is awful.

Forced Draw
You have had many issues about forced draws, but no real good solutions as far as I can tell. Frankly, you shouldn't need this from a customer, the solution should be obvious but let us continue:
Long Chains should NOT end in forced draws. They should give the OPTION for a draw to the one who started the chain, (this way infinite loops don't lock players in a game for eternity) or the OPTION to quit/withdraw from the game for the one who did NOT start the long chain.

Not receiving gems
I'm up to 7 or 8 multiple copies of the exact same card and still not receiving gems for the excess copies, regardless of where they come from - packs, jump in, drafts, etc...
Please fix this.

Bug
"Lightwheel Enhancements" not castable from graveyard, despite max speed.
For some reason, this aura cannot be cast form the graveyard, despite having enough mana, a valid target, max speed, the proper phase of the turn, etc. It was critical to me winning the game, and I would've been very salty if it cost me.I didn't think to screen record in game, but I swear the problem occurred how I described it lol.

Rodeo Pyromancers Bug
Hi, in an Outlaws of Thunder Junction quick draft match today, Rodeo Pyromancers added mana to my mana pool, but the game would not let me cast a spell with it. I had Rodeo Pyromancers on board, four mana-producing lands on board, a one mana spell in hand, and a five mana spell in hand. In my first main phase, I cast the one mana spell, and the Rodeo Pyromancers trigger added two red to my mana pool in response. F for Foundation
Seriously get wrecked the wizard's design time should be fired for all of the idiotic unfun combos surrounding Bloodthirsty Conqueror; I am supposed to believe that people with brains designed such a card and were unaware of the vast number of uninteractable combos as a result of its presence in standard. Fire Mark Rosewater incompetent boob.

arena bug
Bloodthirsty conqueror and sanguine syphoner together is a glitch. i had 20 health, soon as my the player attacks with syphoner its game over, it keeps taking off life. ive lost many games with this glitch and its not fair for players who dont load up there deck with destroy

Kicked from Games
Kicked from games leading to losses in Draft. Loading in fine and no issues but the the game kicks me for some reason and then leads to losses on priemier draft.

Store sales
Please make it so that multiple items are itemized into one sale rather than individual drafts. When I attempt to make multiple sales for prerelease bundles my bank approves the first one but blocks the remainder until a week or three later. If multiple items were on one sale as is normal, then there wouldn't be a delay in drafting my account. Why is it set up the way it is? It doesn't make sense.

Just lost my draft due to MTG arena crashing when entering the match. I tried restarting the app multiple times, but every time it tried to join the match the app crashed.

Touchpad Horizontal Scroll in Store freezes at gaps between items.
When in the store, using a touchpad, horizontal scrolling can interrupt if the scrolling lands with the mouse pointer on a gap between items, when using two fingers on the touch pad scrolling side to side.
Method to reproduce:
Visit Store - Bundles
Mouse-over an item near the middle of the screen.
Using a touchpad, use two fingers to scroll to the right and left, repeatedly.

Magmakin artillerist
In a private best of 1 march my opponent had magmakin artillerist and greasewrench goblin on the battlefield. When he used the exhaust ability of greasewrench to discard up to two cards, it didn’t trigger magmakin’s ability to deal 1 damage for each card discarded. This has happened twice

Can we get the Yargle Day sale back?
The Yargle Day sale for Yargle cosmetics was so fast. I'm sure I'm not the only one who missed it. Can we get it back for another 24 hours? I think it's a fair ask considering all the issues with achievements not working, and since we still have a week to work on them.
Would love to spend some gold on Yargle stuff. Please bring the sale back!

possible event game mode for people who like long big set up games
Partner and I have been chatting about how it would be interesting to see a game mode where both players are immune to damage and win/lose the game mechanics for the first ~5 rounds of the game or something like that, really allows focus on set up and gives players an even playing field when the game fully starts.

Lose 1 Life, Lose whole game
Hello, I've just experienced a bug where 2 cards proc each other and losing 1 life is enough to lose a whole game.
I'm pretty new to the game so I don't remember the cards names, but basically one made you Gain 1 Life if opponent Lost Life, and the other one made 1 Damage to the opponent player if you Gained Life. This created a whole loop animation which drained my life 1 by 1.
Shouldn't this only happen once or is it intended that losing 1 life makes you lose whole game lol?

Next Game Button
At the end of each game, when the game tells me whether or not I ranked up, add a button that allows me to search for the next game without having to go to the main screen. These are small things that make a big difference in enjoying the game.
