How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

Game not loading after "checking for active matches"
After fully updating and getting through "checking for active matches" the window goes black. It never loads. This is the first time I've had a "the game is unplayable" bug. Reinstalling did nothing. Please help!

Game stopped when I put creature on the stack
I was playing a ranked limited match and was in a seemingly winning position when I put a second creature for the turn on the stack. My opponent didn’t seem to respond to the point the rope appeared. I then got a message this was MY rope and when I reset the app I got the defeat message posted below. I didn’t lose internet during that time and because of this I lost 200 rank from a game I was likely to win.

Loading Screen crash
PC, windows 11. I try loading the game like normal. I get to the "loading initial scene" with the new TMNT background, the game crashes. Everything on my PC is up to date.

ゲーム中に殆ど操作ができなくなる
ゲーム中に突然停止する
アプリが完全にフリーズしているわけではなく、戦場のカードやスタックのカードを長押しすると拡大されるし、エモートも使える。投了もできる
手札のカードは触っても何の反応もない
しばらく放置すると持ち時間の赤や青のラインが表示されて、尽きると完全になんの操作もできなくなる
先に赤のラインが出れば負けてるし、青のラインが出れば勝ちになる
なんの操作もできなくなるのは投了した場合も同じ
こちらの端末だけの問題であれば、こちらの勝ちのパターンはないはず
本日から発生しています
リミテッドでも出るので辛いです毎試合ではなく、最後までプレイできる場合もあります

Freeze screen and play mid game
I've reported this several times today and haven't received any feedback, I've had several games freeze mid-game, leaving the only option left to do being exit game, close game session, and restart app. The leave game function being not a choice because of the instant the bug takes affect, it,(being a choice under the options tab in the upper right corner), isn't even available to press because it mysteriously just vanishes into the ether! Game won't pass priority successfully since the cosmetic updates to add TMNT to the load screen
Since the latest update on 2/25/26 the game seems to hit a regular snag in most games whereupon passing priority the player sees an orange rope after several moments where the action does not successfully resolve.

Bug cards gone
All my cards are gone went to make a new deck no cards are showing I need my cards back or alot of mythic and rare tokens

Unable to open game - error updating data
The game will not open, it says error updating data. My connection is just fine and functioning perfectly. I uninstalled and reinstalled the game and have the same issue.

Opponent playing on my turn
My opponent finished their turn with my T-Pro activated he ends up spamming a bunch tokens and gaining life along with a creature gaining a +1/+1 counter every time, so he swung everything I T-Pro'd and then he made 95 or so tokens and it went to pass the turn I started my turn and went to cast a spell and it turned into him swinging everything at me on my turn, that was frustrating as heck, if they end up taking that much time it should surrender on their side not end with the person having a second turn…

Single Player Rewards
Single Player Rewards
I am having a great time playing Magic Arena, especially in a busy life when it's harder to spend the time attending/playing Magic the Gathering in person.
I prefer playing single-player and against the computer (making it possible to put the game on pause because life is busy, etc.) so I would prefer that rewards (Daily Rewards, Battle Pass etc.) also could be earned in single-player mode against bots too.

Lavinia, Azorius Renegade restricts Toxic Deluge as if the X decided the mana cost, but the X in Toxic Deluge is for life paid and Lavinia shouldn't interact with it at all. It wouldn't let me set X higher than 1 when I had 4 lands and it wouldn't let me set X higher than 2 when I had 5 lands (screenshot attached)

Unable to make a move, unsure of cause
Has happened in back to back brawl games now. The opponent will make a move, I should have an opportunity to decline to make a move in response but the pass button is not on the screen. Additionally, I cannot look at any of my other cards with the expand card option or tap any of my untapped mana. The game clock simply times out with my timeouts while I am unable to make a move.

New UI is Terrible
This new UI introduced on 2/24 is terrible. Why give access to my deck to my opponent before the match starts when they can change their deck to match mine? It's clunky. This is really stupid and how did this pass any kind of UAT? This changes the game experience for me, but it's gonna be great for my wallet. I spend way to much every month on this game anyway and these changes, plus tmnt, will help with me taking a break from this game.

Freeze during play
The game freezes every once in a while without passing priority to the opponent or letting me do any action. Can only activate chat messages

product suggestion
Acererak the Archlich needs to force them to play the required tomb, i just lost because the timer bug used my timer on his turn to replay the archlich and the same minor tomb over and over and over til i ran out of time outs - a time out should not be played on the opponents turn - it is unfair
