How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  2. Waiting for a game indefinately after game got stuck

    I was playing Historic brawl on pc and the game randomly got stuck. No actions could be taken, no turn timers went off and I could not concede. After being stuck for 10 minutes I fully closed the game and on relaunch I cannot join any game mode. I get stuck on waiting for a game on pc and mobile. The longest I waited was for 18 minutes for another Historic Brawl game. I think my account still thinks I'm in that first game and won't let me join another.

  3. Not giving priority to interrupt sage of the falls/ locust god combo

    1. have 2 davriels whisperings in hand with mana to cast them and an opponent putting in sage of the falls and the locust god with Indomitable Creativity. No priority is given in between creations of insect tokens.

    5. I was able to break force myself to receive priority by adding a stop in their main phase.

  4. Cascade broken

    I'm trying to play sliver cascade and I'm running into multiple issues. Sometimes when I cast my Commander it will cascade into a card and then not give me the option to cast it. Other times I will have my commander out and cast a 4 drop sliver which will cascade into a 3 drop sliver which will cascade into a 2 drop artifact and not let me choose to cast the artifact. This bug has yet to let me cast my mox amber even though it will cascade to the card. The last bug with this is sometimes it…

  5. HAND SMOOTHING

    i AM SO TIRED OF YOUHAND SMOOTHING GARBAGE. i DON'T WANT IT AND WOULD LIKE TO NOT HAVE TO USE IT. IT IS TOTAL GARBAGE AND DOES NOT WORK. LAST SEVERAL GAMES I HAVE HAD TO MULLIGAN BECAUSE OF WHAT HAND SMOOTHIG IS SUPPOSED TO PREVENT. ONCE CAN UNDERSTAND BUT I HAVE A REAL VERSION OF MY DECK AND IT NEVER BEHAVES THE SAME WAY AS ON HERE. I FEEL IT IS WRONG THAT YOU FORCE US TO USE AN ALGORITHIM YOU BUILT FOR BEGINNERS, I AM NOT A BEGINNER AND I HATE CHEATING. GIVE ME THE OPTION TO USE…

  6. Runaway Steam-Kin Priority Issue

    This has not happened before but in my last game on 9/1/21 at ~2:10 pm EST, I had 3 counters on my Runaway Steam-Kin. I was holding a Wizard Lightning. The game did not give me priority to remove the counters and cast Wizard Lightning. It cycled to my opponents' turn instead and wouldn't let me remove the counters for 3 mana to cast the spell.

  7. islandwalk bug

    Islandwalk was not working as intended. Opponent was able to block creature even though they had a a steam vent in play.

  8. Magic Missile Was A Dud

    I cast Magic Missile, targeting a 4/2 Wildwood Patrol creature and a 1/1 Ilysian Caryatid creature. In response, my opponent cast Fire Prophecy, targeting my 5/3 Orcus creature. I respond by activating the ability of my Skullport Merchant, sacrificing my Orcus. When the stack resolved the following happened: I drew a card, my opponent was able to place a card on the bottom of their library and draw a card but Fire Prophecy had no target to deal damage to and so fizzled out, Magic Missile sat on the stack and then resolved without dealing any damage to any of…

  9. Did not receive daily quest reward of 750 gold

    1. Played Historic Brawl after which I should have completed my daily quest. Instead got the "waiting for server" screen.
    2. PC Windows 10
    3. After restarting the game, my gold collection was not updated even though before restarting, I got 750 gold.
    4. The 750 gold from the daily quest, namely "Kill 25 of your opponent's creatures", should have been added to my gold collection after completing the quest.

  10. Network Error

    Network Error on both Mac and IOS system dated 31 Aug 2021 from Canada. Gme start but when trying start a match of any kind an error appears, like Network error or unable to resign event. tried both with wifi and 4g, internet is working just fine

  11. I am not able to start the game - after loading there is a message "Attach failed to drop other attach" and my login is not accepted

    Since today (August 31st) i am not able to start the game - after loading MTGA as usual, there is a message "Attach failed to drop other attach" and by repeating it again i get an authentification error and my login is not accepted...

  13. failed to login

    We all know the login bug we'v experienced very long. Some days ago there was an update and the issue was gone. Everything worked fine.
    Now, 3 days later it's back!!
    But now, for me, it's no "authentication failed" anymore. It keeps switching between "attach failed to drop other attach" and "timeout".
    WTF?
    After 10 times trying or so, I finally could login, but it's not going better.
    I wanted to play a match, but it said "can't join event. Please try again later."
    And if I try to go to the shop it just crashes and says "Connection lost".…

  15. Game glitched out and left creature on stack

    During a game, the interface was very messed up. One of my creatures remained on the stack from round 2 until I died, and multiple land were not tappable. Felt like a memory corruption or leak.

  17. world tree fetching slivers

    Playing historic brawl. Opponent had a sliver deck. He did not have any cards on the battlefield that would change their creature type. He used the ability on the World Tree to search for Gods. Instead he pulled out every sliver from his deck onto the battlefield. Sliver creature type is not God.

    Please fix the bugs surrounding the sliver creature type. There are many.

  18. Dark Intimations Bug

    Opponent casted Dark Intimations on me. I only had Scarab God and one insect token. I was unable to select either creature and timer ran out. Once priority passed as a result, my token became permanently tapped and greyed out but it remained on the battlefield.

  19. Reaching Mythic rank sets ranks to Beginner

    Steps to reproduce:
    -> Reach Mythic (was in Limited for me)

    Platform: PC

    Actual results I'm experiencing: my Limited and Constructed rank both show as Beginner Tier 0, both in and out of game. When I win a game, I get no update to my rank afterwards - only a "Victory" screen.

    Expected results: profile and in-game should display Mythic tier and rank; end of game screen should update numerical rank.

    Obviously this is really bad :D

  20. Did not recieve mythic card from mastery pass upon hitting level

    Did not receive mythic card from mastery pass upon hitting level 62 of the mastery pass. No prompt after the game in which I reached that level.
