How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Game Crashes when selecting (Store, Events, Opening Boosters etc.) after update.

    When I use something other than playing a regular game, (like an event, shop, or changing a daily challenge), the game freezes and only a reboot is effective to get back into the game... This is since the last update...

  3. Sudden defeat

    I was playing THEROS Beyond Death Ranked Draft and both players had enough life, but when I clicked "My Turn", the Defeat message suddenly appeared. Since it was the third defeat in the draft, my draft ended there.
    Can I get the gem back?

  4. Opponents triggers counting down my timer after I hit resolve all

    I get that if I have priority, I need to do something and my timer starts. But after I've already hit "Resolve All", why should I be punished for my opponent playing a deck that has a million triggers?

  5. no more alchemy

    Separate those stupid broken *** Alchemy cards from the real ones, I don't need people perpetually raping me beyond comparison. Also, why the **** is there an ability that lets people conjure the same ******* spell over and over and over and over and over in a SINGLE ******* CARD FORMAT?

  6. Match resulted in a Draw despite winning

    Game is calling draw just before final blows and match ends

  7. Ranked bug

    I gain no ranked progress, its stuck at unranked. Ive played a lot of ranked games none of which i gained progress for.

  8. Lands not tapping for mana

    Asset errors abound. The tap lands were entering untapped, then in the future they wouldn’t tap for mana at all. The game was lagging and skipping around.

    Attached is a photo where the game is asking me to pay one more mana but it will not allow me to tap my temple.

  9. Impossible to complete the color challenge

    with all the 5 colours when I try to complete the last fight of the color challenge it shows the message " Network Error: Unable to join the events. Please try again later". So I tried with iPad, iPhone and Mac all with the latest update to compete this challenge but every time the same message shows up.

  11. Opponent Did Not Lose With Negative Health

    I was playing in the ranked ranks and I came across an opponent who did not lose the game after the hit points were below 0, he continued playing as if nothing had happened.

  12. Cannot enter any match

    Cannot enter any match

    To reproduce, try starting a match of any sort: standard, draft, midweek magic, etc.
    When hitting the Play button, a match is usually found quickly, then the game displays 'Entering match' status, after that one of the two things happen
    1. either the status is being displayed for about a minute, after which the Cancel button appears, and the 'Entering match' status is being displayed indefinitely. Pressing Cancel returns me to the previous menu.
    2. or the game displays 'Waiting for the server' loader and simply returns me to the previous menu.

    The issue persists on…

  13. alchemy

    As someone who has played almost every day for the past year and poured $1700+ into my Standard and Historic collections, the Alchemy changes in Historic make me regret ever playing Arena. Out of 20+ Historic decks only two were playable without swapping for rebalanced Alchemy cards, when they're not even the most broken cards in the format.

    I got into Historic because I was a kitchen table player in paper and wanted a more challenging and interesting format closer to what I was use to without using the unsightly and annoyingly cumbersome MTGO platform. Now I can't even escape…

  14. Direct Challenge and Friend Challenge bugged

    The only way to challenge friends is via Direct Challenge and you both have to issue a challenge and know each other's name. Clicking on the Silhouette in the lower left hand corner and issuing a challenge don't work anymore and hasn't since the last two updates. I have tested this on both desktop computer and mobile phone.

  15. Matchmaking broken

    Matchmaking does not work. I have tried Historic Brawl, Jumpstart, and Standard Ranked queues. I sit in the queues for minutes and can't get a match. Either nobody is playing or matchmaker is broken, both of which should be Code Red for y'all.

  17. Etali Bug

    I cast Etali, exiled Opponents Nadu and my own card. Usually both cards will be shown to cast them. This time no cards were shown, instead the action button was orange to resolve the effect. I clicked it, but then it didnt cast any of the cards exiled with etali. I lost the game because of this bug.

  18. Crash, crash, crash

    Crash over and over during some games, but not all. Took video of the game as I restarted, crashed, restarted, crashed. There doesn’t seem to be any particular event that triggered it, my iPad has plenty of memory, and it’s updated as far as it can go.

  19. Game just skipped through my turn

    The game just skipped through my turn, i had a mountain and dropped a forest, went to drag the wolfwillow to play and it just skips through the rest of my turn

  20. unable to cast instant spell

    Unable to cast spell during combat - had mana available and the opponent did not have any way of stopping or preventing the spell.
    This cost me my tournament.
