How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Matchmaking
After winning a match to move me from Silver 1 to Gold 4 my next opponent was the #11 overall ranked player in Mythic. After reaching out to customer support they assured me that the matchmaking had been "tested extensively", "working as intended", and was "a level playing field". This appears to be none of those things and should be addressed.

preventing endless matches against stale, copycat decks (like 5 games against Life Skills in a row)
If a player uses a card (the same card in any deck) for say 5 matches in a row (other than lands), they are not allowed to use that card for the next 2 matches or so.
MTG has a deckbuilding aspect and a game aspect, both of which are really fun. Playing on computers on the internet allows us to gather data on the strengths of cards and strategies, which is great.
However, those two things lead to people seeking an optimal copycat deck instead of creating new things. Players don't start with every card available, but they do…

Scry bug in draft
Frustrante, no meio de um draft, usei vidência com minha land, e simplesmente bugou, não consegui sair, perdi por tempo!! Você joga tanto tempo para alcançar gemas e ouro e simplesmente perder por tempo por causa de um bug é muito frustrante.
Frustratingly, in the middle of a draft, I scryed with my land, and it just crashed, I couldn't get out, I lost for time!! You play so long to get gems and gold and simply wasting time because of a bug is very frustrating.

Bug - Equipping a creature with 0 toughness preventing them from dying after being at 0 toughness
An opponent equipping an artifact to their creature, i respond with 'Decisive Denial' so that my creature kills theirs prior to the equip taking effect. Their creature has 0 toughness, yet the equip still resolves afterwards providing their creature with 1 toughness and allowing them to survive. The creature should've been destroyed as the 'Decisive Denial' resolved with the creature at 0 toughness, prior to the equip resolving.

People quit when they lose
People shut down the game when they are about to lose forcing you to sit through up to 4 timeouts.
It is actually event more time waiting because you have to wait until it is their turn again after the 4 timeouts and wait for the 30 second time to go off again. All because they lost and don't have the decency to concede

i have two on board and attack and it wont let me because it says opp will block and kill them
but i know i need to kill it because its going to cast a spell on their turn and win

the tutorial literally will not allow me to attack - it says dont attack this turn - even when i press attack

I can’t finish the tutorial
I can’t finish the tutorial.
I completed the 4th stage of the color challenge for every deck, but when I start the 5th appear a page with “waiting for server” but don’t find an enemy.

Can't finish 5-color challenge
More on the 5-color challenge. I am on a PC, and just started playing last week. The first 4 colors went fine. I am doing blue last, and on the last challenge I get "waiting for server" on infinite spin (with no way to escape except hard closing the program -- hence no log). I can repeat the 5th challenge on the other 4 colors, and I can play regular standard games with my blue deck. Help!

First collor chalenge, last round, can't connect to the server
Hello, I started playing yesterday on my android phone Honor 20 pro. I got stuck at the first color challenge. I can't start the last round. The game everytime shows the Waiting for the server splash screen and then hangs... forever 🙄... everything else is just working fine

World Shaper dies but trigger ability didnt trigger.
either fix the trigger abilty to work correctly, or change the ability description to be MORE specific - When World Shaper dies, land cards milled this way return to the battlefield tapped- That didnt happen when my World Shaper was destroyed by a spell. Not Exiled, Destroyed. so...what gives?

stalling
Every few matches I encounter a player that will wait until the very last second on the clock every turn before clicking continue, never resolve cards until it times out, and drag the game on for as long as possible for no reason whatsoever. This is obviously an issue that needs to be addressed. Please program in functionality to take an average/total of overall 'stall time' spent. If it is extremely high ask the opponent after the duel if it appeared the player was purposefully stalling the game for no reason, word it how you want. If the said player…

right after starting the game and clicking to play the end of the tutorial the game enters a screen waiting for server and does not leave it

How come Valkmira protection shield doesnt work on Bastion Remembrance and Dina Soulsteeper. Lost several games to that. The damage shoud be either pevented or needed to be paid with 1mana

Retrieving asset manifest
Seems like you people have been having this issue for years on multiple platforms. Get your **** together and fix it. I spent money on this game and can’t play it.
To answer your 6 questions above:
1 Open the app on my phone. Nothing else to say
2 iOS but seen people with the same issue on Android , Mac, and Windows too going back several years
3 See attached image that tons of other people have sent. After 20 minutes it says it lost server connection. My wifi is working just fine for other devices and other apps…11 votes -
Unable to connect to server to finish Color Challenge
I am playing on an Android phone, Samsung galaxy S9. Ever since the update on 5/27/2021. I have not been able to connect to the server for player verses player matches. Prior to the update I completed the Color Challenge for red, black and blue with no issues. After the update I was trying to complete the Color Challenge for white. I experienced no problems defeating the four AI opponents. When initiating the fifth PvP game, the screen goes to black and shows waiting for server but never connects. Negate Bug
- negate double vision
- PC
- When attempting to negate both double vision and experimental overload being cast the resolve option was present and the negate was yellow when attempting to counter. Basically it was not added to the stack
- Unless I have missed something negate should simply counter a non- creature spell. Why would an enchantment or sorcery not be countered when negate is an instant.
