How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Problem connecting to server

    I am unable to complete logging in. From the log in screen I go to the splash art, then it tries to connect to the server, as would be the last step before seeing the main page with tabs to events and others. It used to not go anywhere, but now it throws up a problem with "loading collection". I was able to log in a few times through desperation, as I wanted to complete my decathon event before the time ran out for it. Once was when I was logged in straight after reinstalling the game, two more times…

  3. Unable to connect on wifi

    I play on Android and PC. When I am on WiFi I cannot connect. Either the servers fails to connect or get unable to get collection.
    However if I put my phone on data I can connect and play as normal.
    Tried putting my pc on personal hotspot but no dice though I think that may be a setup thing.

  5. color challenge wont go away from home screen

    I completed the color challenge years ago on this account. With the latest update it shows up on my home screen prompting me to resume. I have no intention to play the color challenge. I'd much rather the home screen display some other event that I might actually play in that slot. It's pretty annoying every time I go to the home screen because it makes me think there's an event I'm not finished with.

  6. Slow performance on Android

    The gameplay gets very slow on game (not so much on the main menu) while palying on Android. The selection of cards is very slow, the animations runs slow on frames and my turns take forever to be played as the interface is so laggy

    I played a lot in mobile while Kamigawa where the latest and a little bit while New Cappena but since I didn't played until this last weeks of New Pyrexia and now is almost unplayable.

    I used to play in a Poco F3 and now I'm using a Xiaomi 12T Pro

  7. Can no longer see keywords on cards after ONE update

    Can't see keywords neither in collection, deck building, draft, or in-game.
    I had the unpleasant surprise of finding this out during my first premier draft, where I couldn't evaluate any of the cards properly because well, they were not only missing keywords but also specific numbers associated with them which is a huge problem for Toxic values and Equipment costs.

    After that I confirmed the keywords are blank in game as well. Tried different game window resolutions and graphics settings, closing and reopening the game, but to no avail.

  8. Daily Quests Timer

    My daily quests aren't updating. The timer just keeps on refreshing. It is very annoying because I am trying to grow my account and one of my favourite things to do in MTGA is the daily rewards grind. Please fix it.

  9. I didn't get exp on daily wins,

    When winning daily wins and completing daily quests I didn't get exp.
    after logging out and in, the exp reappeared.
    and winning gained me exp again

    The Mac Client is getting stuck at Loading Decks or Store or Play button.
    this happend After update 2023.24.0.1057.986775.

    Before the update it only crashed sometimes but I could do everything in the game, please HELP!

  11. colour challenge still showing

    colour challenge has now appeared on my main splash page to resume, even though I completed all colour challenges ages ago and there is nothing to resume. Get rid of it, it is taking up space that is needed for other things.

  14. Cannot click on buttons

    Ever since the update on 12/13/22 I cannot use the touch interface of my MS Surface Pro8. The touch interface moves the cursor and interacts in everyway except clicking. When I use the touchpad instead, it will let me click on things most of the time. Though there are still random times that it doesn't and I need to select something else first before it will let me click what I want. This happens on all selectable buttons, in game, or on the main screen.

  15. Missing details (Power/Toughness/Life points

    Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,

    I´am missing a lot of card details ingame. I can´t see the Power and Toughness nor the cards name. Also the life points are not present.

  18. Difficult logging in, cannot play "can't submit deck"

    As of brothers war update I'm having a lot of troubles logging on (get 'connecting to server' for a few minutes and then told to check connection). When I can actually log in, I can't play any games, as soon as I press play or attempt to submit a deck (phantom draft) I'm told that it can't submit deck.

    I have tried: restarting the phone, reconnecting to wifi, connecting through mobile data, and reinstalling the client.

    Id love to pay y'all for some new cards but can't pay you until this is resolved.

  19. App stuck on Retrieving Asset Manifest

    Mobile app on iPhone. Posted the same a few days ago and issue was fixed for about 24 hours.
    When opening mobile app loading screen is stuck on “Retrieving Asset Manifest” then “Error updating data”

    Have restarted phone, toggled Wi-Fi, uninstalled and reinstalled app. Same issue.

  20. Cant connect to server

    Still can't connect to server and have been trying all day! I tried turning my phone on and off, uninstalling the app and reinstalling it. Nothing is working on my Google phone.
