How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

    Steps to reproduce:
    1. Build a deck with, for example, five Forest, four Terramorphic Expanse, and 8 Swamp.
    2. During a game, sacrifice a Terramorphic Expanse.
    3. Five Forest will appear on the right. The Swamps will appear off to the left. If you hover your cursor over the Swamp, it's not selectable. You have to scroll using the arrows below the library to get to the Swamps.

    Actual behaviour: when you hover the cursor over a card in the library, it's not selectable if it's towards the left of the dialog.

  2. Customer Support and Player play history

    You should have a customer support group that people can really contact. Even an email address would be good.
    I am looking to access my play history. I have recieved emails about my history but they are hit or miss. I would like to get them resent or be able to access it through my account.

  3. Login screen not autofilling email addresses on iOS 17.1.1

    IOS 16 allows autofilling on the Arena login page using contact information we have set up on “My Card”. Every time I try to autofill since updating iOS, nothing happens. I select the email address from “My Card” and the email and password fields on the Arena login page remain blank. It’s tedious to type my full email address every time I want to switch accounts. Apple says the Arena code needs to be updated to allow autofilling with iOS 17.

  4. Bug: Cards are incorrectly marked "First" when opening packs

    Cards are incorrectly marked "First" after opening packs. As an example the first screen shot where several cards are indicated being the first copy, but which are actually the third and fourth copy. This is evident when checking the inventory screen, where they are also marked "New" although the card was already in the collection and only the quantity changed. See second screen shot.

  5. black screen & freeze immediately after "loading scene" on mac

    when i launch the game, it proceeds thru usual messages until it hits "loading scene" where it turns to a black screen and freezes. there is no cursor shown on this black screen. i have to force quit the application to get it to do anything different. weirdly, if i leave it open for a long time and close/open my laptop, the black screen is replaced by the "you need to reconnect" screen. although my cursor is back here, i still cannot click any of the options, and the screen is still frozen as before. i've already tried rebooting and…

  8. Issue with casting creatures through Alaundo’s Ability

    I am currently experiencing this bug on IOS, but I have not tried it on PC yet.

    Whenever I cast a creature from exile by using Alaundo The Seer’s activated ability, the creature does not gain haste despite the card stating that it does. I’ve tested it on a variety of creatures yet none of them have gained haste on cast.

  10. Client doesnt display correctly the whole home page

    The client didnt load well and doesnt let me choose any option to play, if i restart it can be fix it but several times does not do it a its quite annoying

  11. Performance Issues when HDR Enabled

    Just in the past two days, there has been noticeable performance degradation. The UI is very choppy and twitchy. I have updated my Nvidia drivers just yesterday and have tested other games. I have not been able to reproduce this issue anywhere else but MTG Arena.

  12. Misleading Design for Card (Arena Mobile) Hidden Keywords

    I was playing in my premiere draft and the opponent played Uchbenbak, the Great Mistake which on the battlefield looks like a 6/4 with Descend 8 and Vigilance. There is not indication on Arena mobile that there are other keywords for the card. Therefore, I played a creature under the understanding that I could block and kill Uchbenbak. Then on my turn, OP swings n with impunity because there is a HIDDEN keyword of menace. Seems poor design to not include some indication there are other keywords to consider.

    When opponent play discover card (Geological Appraiser)and he choose put it in hands,the opponent hands are rebealed(at least in graphic I don't know it is correct information).After that it happened, graphic is uncorrect, such that how many hands opponent have,what card opponent play (it looks land card but they have keyword icon)

    The daily missions are not giving me any experience. I was at at least 500/1000, and after I completed the mission for the 750xp I'm stuck at 975/1000, and it's not the first time this happens. I purchased the season pass this season and after they went up with the price bug like this are outrageous.

  15. Arena not recognizing cards in collection

    My idea? How about you fix the bug in Caverns of Ixalan where Arena thinks I don't have any Caverns cards in my collection, so it's always saying "First!" when i acquire new cards, and when I go to build constructed decks i have to craft all the cards - even ones I have in my collection. Boo!

  17. Opponent's Hand Displayed as Lands.

    After an explore, opponent's hand started displaying a face up plains. I didn't realize there was an issue until they cast a Quicksand Whirlpool that I hadn't played around because I thought all information was face up. Their next draw step also added a face up plains to their hand. Please refund the event fee.

  18. Can't play cards, game stutters

    On Windows PC/Steam. Literally just can't play cards, can't drag them into play. Sometimes can work if I try enough times, but usually can't before the timer runs out. Not every match, will happen randomly, but started happening almost every game. Only started after the most recent update.
