How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Cannot log in, December 5th 2023

    I can't log into the game since yesterday. When I was playing a Quick draft match, the performances of the game really slew down, and then when the match ended, I couldn't get to the main menu. I tried to leave the game and restart it, but after having a message "waiting for the server", I have an error message telling "Error Updating DAte: Please check your connection and try again." and clicking Retry gives me the same message. I still get the same message whenever I try to log in.

  2. Match loads up with both players having zero life and no cards.

    Account freezes in this position, even if I force-quit the application and come back later. Happening multiple times a day.

  4. Fiber

    Impossible to play on PC with Fiber Optique. I can play on my Android phone with telephonic network but if my connect my phone ar home with wifi so to my Fiber Optique, i cannot play on my phone.
    So : Fiber optique is the root cause

  5. Server issue

    Pb to start the game on the 3rd and the 4th of December.
    Not a wiifi or private network issue as i can go on the net and post this report.

  6. error at launch " data update"

    The game doesn't launch on both platforms (Windows 10 and Android) despite the platforms seems to be operationnal according to your "state of the game" page.

    Before that I had deconnexions in a draft event yesterday.

  7. Game is so buggy I can't even play

    I'm so over the highly deceptive and predatory way wizards runs this app. I can't even pick the deck I want anymore I just start out the game with a completely different deck than what I selected. There are so many bugs in the game rn I've never seen it this bad, and it's been horrible the entire time. I can't even play the game is so pathetic and broken. And you want me to spend money on this? Lololol

    I got disconnected this morning and now trying again on evening always the message message "error uploading data, check you connection"
    But the connection is good. Status don't report any bug

  12. Spark Double that entered by seeking off Fragment Reality shows incorrect stats

    My opponent targeted my Horned Loch-Whale with Fragment Reality. I responded by flashing in a second Horned Loch-Whale. Fragment Reality resolved and replaced my first Horned Loch-Whale with a Spark Double, which I had copy the second Horned Loch-Whale. The Spark Double rendered as a 0/0 with a +1/+1 counter on it and no abilities (incorrect; it copies the Horned Loch-Whale) until my opponent targeted it with Lightning Helix, at which point the UI corrected itself and put a Ward 2 trigger on the stack.
    I can't attach the Arena log file because it's over 100 MB and ZIP files…

  13. BUG : can't apply card style

    I have some card style from the mastery pass. When I want to apply them to my draft deck, I can't. There's no option or button.
    Also, I have the setting "automaticaly apply cards styles" on, but it's not working

  14. Post-Game "Did You Enjoy This Match?"

    "User Interface" was the best subject I could think of for this.

    Please remove the post-game "Did you enjoy this match?" popup.
    It is, no offense intended, the most utterly useless form of feedback ever given in a game. Honestly, how much feedback are you really getting from just a happy or unhappy emoji...?

    Not just this, but even when one player or the other surrenders before the game begins then it still pops up. "Did you enjoy this match?" There was no match...

    Sometimes it is not too bad, and pops up after every 5 to 10 games, or…

    When the opponent discovered, they found the Triumphant Chop card, which they seemed to have been able to attach to my creature, giving the effects of a petrified.

  16. A visual bug on "fisrt" copy of a card when open boosters

    I'm just reporting a small visual bug, several cards that I already had in my collection through the draft, when I opened LCI boosters they appeared as if it were my first copy

  17. Abyssal gorestalker not triggering stack

    Went to play abyssal gorestalker and etb the sacrifice trigger did not produce a stack for me. I had fungal fortitude in had to flash in on the stack so I could basically wipe the board with another round of sacrifice two. I did not get a stack which means I lost the game because of this.

  18. sunset revelry

    UI Bug: Sunset Revelry's preview showing the three conditions does not correctly understand what it means when an opponent's creature is phased out. The exact instance I encountered just now was:

    I had no creatures and my opponent had one phased out creature, a Djinn, from Slip Out. It incorrectly said that I had less creatures, displaying a tick.

    The actual resolution works correctly and does not generate the tokens.

  19. Searching Library

    Steps to reproduce:
    1. Build a deck with, for example, five Forest, four Terramorphic Expanse, and 8 Swamp.
    2. During a game, sacrifice a Terramorphic Expanse.
    3. Five Forest will appear on the right. The Swamps will appear off to the left. If you hover your cursor over the Swamp, it's not selectable. You have to scroll using the arrows below the library to get to the Swamps.

    Actual behaviour: when you hover the cursor over a card in the library, it's not selectable if it's towards the left of the dialog.

  20. Customer Support and Player play history

    You should have a customer support group that people can really contact. Even an email address would be good.
    I am looking to access my play history. I have recieved emails about my history but they are hit or miss. I would like to get them resent or be able to access it through my account.
