How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

Fix broken UI of lifecounter
The life counter seems to be broken at a certain length of values.

Registration Button Disappeared
If you make an error while registering (on a mac, iPhone xs OR Windows, tried all three).. the submit button disappears. If you get back to the login page, the arrow to get to registration is gone. Even if you restart, reinstall, login with another account and logout again.

Suggestion: technical issues chat button
Often when trying to play Arena at my in-laws' house I end up experiencing technical issues due to a combination of poor mobile network reception and my father-in-law's choice of AT&T as home internet provider. It sure would be nice if there was a way to convey to my opponent, "Hey, I'm not blowing you off while I'm off making a snack or distracted by the TV. I am sitting, staring at my motionless screen silently raging just as hard as you are, if not harder." Better yet, make it an automatic message that pops up whenever the game recognizes…

ranger class
I was playing the Arena decathlon and played a ranger class. It reaches 3rd level but i cant play cards from the top of my library. then i lost the match. i want my gold back! i want my token back! i lost because of this bug !

Background Music Apps
Your webpage about troubleshooting audio problems in Magic the Gathering Arena (for iOS) states, “Please note: background music apps can not perform while Magic: the Gathering Arena is running.”
I’ve noticed, however, that background music apps worked just fine with earlier versions of your iOS software (before the Brothers’ War update). Additionally, I’ve noticed that background music apps will operate at the same time as your software of the music app is accessed/activated using a separate Bluetooth device. For example, I can play Magic the gathering while Spotify runs in the background in my car via a Bluetooth connection.

Arena is being displayed as a Window with minimze and close tap at the top and isn't centered on screen

Mouse Issue
The mouse does not function properly and I am unable to click from time to time. To fix the issue I have to leave the MTGArena window and get back to it. I am using Windows 11 and never observed the issue when I am not using MTGArena.

New daily bicolor decks unavailable
I completed all five color challenges and I have the RG "on the hunt" deck. After getting this deck, if i hover a uncompleted quest, and then hover the new deck quest, the counter of the uncompleted quest is displayed instead of the new deck counter. If i launch the game and don't hover any uncompleted quests, then hover new deck quest, there is no counter. I can't get the daily bicolor decks since.

Bugged deckbuilder interface while sideboarding
As title says the interface bugged while I was sideboarding with my Esper control deck, I was playing best of three unranked historic. Also as a suggestion since bugs and suggestions are grouped together on this page, I would suggest separating them because it's confusing and I'm not even sure if I'm using the right page to report this because of that. I have included a screenshot.

72 hours later...still cant connect to the server
Cant Connect to the server. Google phone. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling it multiple times. deleting all app settings, cache, cookies. Shut down the phone and restarted it multiple times. It can't connect after I log in while loading. This all happens after I first install it, and log in, after it loads the cards database.

デッキリストが白くなって見えない。 The decklist is white and I can't see it.
ゲームを起動してから一定時間経過すると、デッキ構築画面のカードリストが白くなって凄く見づらくなる。
一度発生すると、試合と試合の合間のサイドボーディングのときも同じように見えづらくなるので、ゲームプレイは出来なくは無いが、ものすごくストレスが溜まる。
勝ち負け競い合って集中してるときに、こういう表示バグみたいなもので水を刺されるとすっごいイライラするので、いい加減に直してほしい。
兄弟戦争発売後のアップデート後からずっと同じ不具合が起きている。後のアップデートで多少はマシになったが、それでも結局起き続けていることに変わりはないので、なるべく早く直してほしい。
After a certain amount of time has passed since the game started, the card list on the deck construction screen turns white and becomes very difficult to see.
Once it occurs, it becomes difficult to see during sideboarding between matches, so it's not impossible to play the game, but it's extremely stressful.
When I'm concentrating on competing to win or lose, it's really frustrating when a display bug like this gets in the way, so please fix it.

Loading screen
I use MTGA on my MacBook Pro, however, since downloading version 2022.22.50.1019.979269, the game does not exit the loading screen, I hope they fix these problems

ONE preorder causes false positive unopened packs
The result of preordering the ONE pass bundle registers as unopened packs in the interface (impossible-to-dismiss alert dot in header) despite nonexistence of relevant packs.

Cant connect to server and status is green
Cannot connect to server even after redownloading the app and turning my phone off and back on. Had this same problem all day yesterday. Status appears green so idk why this keeps happening. I use a Google phone.

Opponent Mana Visibility
I play on the Android app, and during the game, it is almost impossible to see how many lands my opponent has. Their avatar covers up the number of untapped lands if any others have been tapped, I guess because they get pushed to the left. And there's no way to click on them to get them to pop up, like tapping any other stack of cards. This impacts decision making, and in several instances, I have mis-estimated how much they had available and made major misplays that likely cost me ranked games. Loading Screen taking too long stuck each initializing loading and updating files

Sound and music from other programs.
Mtg Arena does not allow my selection of music (Spotify) to play over arena gameplay or mix. In the past the sound from arena shut off and not play while my music or audio selection would have play. In short, I can not listen to music on my phone from another program while playing arena where this was available in the past.
