How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Iphone App Issues
Two things:
1. Pressing the Settings button in the Store tab of the Main Menu freezes the game and does not load settings.- The Clue event 'Murder at Karlov Manor' mentions a place to input a code in the shop but there is no place to put a code in the shop.

MAGIC ARENA BUG
Dig Through Time will freeze the client 100% of the time with the following steps taken:
- float 2 blue mana
- cast dig through time
- pay the delve cost
At this point your client will freeze with no options and 2 blue mana showing your pool.
If you force close the client and reopen it, dig through time will be resolved and you will have the option to select two cards (assuming it was not countered by opponent).

cant login any device
whenever I open mtga it says "error cannot connect try restarting" I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times. I have deleted the contents of the mtga folder before uninstalling. I tried to download on my phone same thing. I tried to download using epic games store and steam, same thing. A few days ago when this began I found a reddit post that recommended renaming my pc, and this worked for one time, but i got the same issue again next day. I have tried renaming my pc since then but it no longer fixes the problem. Please help.

Invisible attacking creatures
The game showed only one creatures attacking (the wolf) but after blocking it, the game showed all three of opponents creatures attacking. I lost both draft and game because of this, because i did not know to block the "invisible" attacking creatures. What gives????

Baldur's Gate "Gate" Cycle User Interface Inconsistent With Other Lands
The activated ability of the Baldur's Gate Gates cycle (3 + 1 of the corresponding color to tap and seek a nonland card), shows up on the left side of the screen in the user interface. I think every land on MTGA has the activated ability on the right and mana ability on the left when clicked on, except for the lands in this cycle. This can lead to misclicks and it would be a nice quality of life change to have this cycle of lands also have the activated abilities show up on the right. Pictures show other lands…

Visual bug for triggered abilities on iOS.
The reminder text for triggered abilities on iOS are coming through black, making them unreadable. See attached image.

Deckbuilder, filter view bugged for timeless
WHen you select TIMELESS as a format in the advances filters inside the deckbuilder, it doesnt change the scrollbar.
so if you have any format like standard or alchemy selected before you cant see all decks.
The only workaround is to select first historic and then timeless, then you can scroll down1 vote -
iOS UI bugs introduced with 2024.35.00 release (Karlov Manner Alchemy)
Starting with version 2024.35.00, a few UI bugs have crept into iOS:
The menu buttons are sometimes missing all their text. Interestingly, this has been a longstanding issue on macOS, but is now happening on iOS as well.
When cards are on the stack, their text is very hard to read (as it’s black text on a black background). See attached screenshot).

Drafted cards don't stay in the pile I drop them on during draft.
During the draft portion of a draft event, the cards I select don't stay in the pile I drop them on even though the pile lights up to indicate that it is the drop target. This is distracting and makes staying organized during the draft more difficult than it should be.

cant login on windows and android
cant login on windows and the app on windows didn't updated and doesn't work

V-Sync not working, GPU at 100% usage
Since the last major update (2024.35.00), V-Sync no longer caps the FPS and essentially works the same as the "Unlimited" setting. This results in very high GPU usage as my RTX 3090 goes from producing 180 FPS to about 700/800, essentially multiplying the load by 3 or 4. I'm on NVIDIA driver version 551.76, and the workaround I've found for now is to cap the FPS through the NVIDIA control panel instead, which prevents my GPU from overheating.

unable to play any game
Since the 26th of February, I have been unable to play any game on MtgA.
My game client always end up freezing and getting unresponsive on the VS scene,
each time, until it, when it does not crash already,
eventualy and painstakingly loads the battle scene, far latter, still barely responsive,
and with the game only showing me I have lost (to timeout, suposedly).
After that, often, the client gets so unresponsive that I have to force-shutdown it.I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times, to no avail.

Error updating data
My MTG Arena does not initiate since the last patch before Last Caverns of Ixalan and, for some reason, it loads the "Error Updating Data" screen. I've tryed every single solution avaliable on the internet, but none of them worked. What could it be?

after the last update on march 5 with the relase of alchemy karlov manor i keep receiveng the message of ''error updating data'' i tried to reestart my internet, didnt work, tried to delete and donwload the game again still didnt worked, and this error keeps ocurring in my mobile as well, please solve this problem as fast as you can.

Error Updating Data on launch
Getting "Error Updating Data" when attempting to open MTGA. This happens from PC and Android, Wi-fi and mobile data.

Major graphical bugs with new alchemy cards
When trying the midweek magic event, any time one of the new alchemy cards modified a card in the graveyard extreme graphical glitches that made the game unplayable occured. In the attached image, my opponent actually has 2 creatures in play, but they're still in the graveyard and i can only target the topmost one
