How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks
How to submit product suggestions
- Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
- Enter your feedback
- Add any relevant screenshots/videos
Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

Companion does not appear in Friendly Brawl matches
Companion does not appear in Friendly Brawl matches as a playable companion beside the Commander.
The deck is legal with the companion restriction and will work in historic brawl queue, but in a Friendly Brawl match the game loads in without the companion showing. It will appear in the sideboard, but using it is not an option.

This forum is horrible
This forum/site is virtually unusable. Can you consider migrating to a new solution? It is extremely annoying to have to scroll through 15 pages of attachments from users when browsing posts

404 error
Both the "Terms & Conditions" and "Drop Rates" links under Options > Account result in a 404 error. At least the former seems like it would be important...

error
Error " Unable to get collection" . i was playing just fine yesterday, and now i cant pass the load screen . Tried everything from connection problems to re-install the game. Nothing worked.

Watch out for this dude
Hey this guy will stall out the game and somehow have every board clear and grave recursion know to man so he doesn’t have to worry about his jodah staying in the graveyard. Can’t fine a community page so just posting it here cheers

ranger class
I was playing the Arena decathlon and played a ranger class. It reaches 3rd level but i cant play cards from the top of my library. then i lost the match. i want my gold back! i want my token back! i lost because of this bug !

Mouse Issue
The mouse does not function properly and I am unable to click from time to time. To fix the issue I have to leave the MTGArena window and get back to it. I am using Windows 11 and never observed the issue when I am not using MTGArena.

Loading screen
I use MTGA on my MacBook Pro, however, since downloading version 2022.22.50.1019.979269, the game does not exit the loading screen, I hope they fix these problems

Cant connect to server and status is green
Cannot connect to server even after redownloading the app and turning my phone off and back on. Had this same problem all day yesterday. Status appears green so idk why this keeps happening. I use a Google phone.

Opponent Mana Visibility
I play on the Android app, and during the game, it is almost impossible to see how many lands my opponent has. Their avatar covers up the number of untapped lands if any others have been tapped, I guess because they get pushed to the left. And there's no way to click on them to get them to pop up, like tapping any other stack of cards. This impacts decision making, and in several instances, I have mis-estimated how much they had available and made major misplays that likely cost me ranked games. Sound and Spotify
Mtg Arena does not allow my selection of music (Spotify) to play over arena gameplay or mix. In the past the sound from arena shut off and not play while my music or audio selection would have play. In short, I can not listen to music on my phone from another program while playing arena where this was available in the past.

Bug not compatible with Motorola ace 5G
The specs for the Motorola ace 5G meet the requirements but I can't download it from the play store, but I can go download it from third-party website and play it smoothly till the next update then have to wait for the person from the third party website to up dat the files. Much rather get it straight from the play store

please add "Default land sleeves" to the user profile preferences. Each time I draft I have to re-apply that.
please add "Default land sleeves" to the user profile preferences.
Each time I draft a deck I waste time reassigning my favourites lands.
Moreover you have an empty space in the deck details that could host that just right. please let me assign my 5 (or 6 if you count waste lands) favourite land sleeves once for all as a default sleeve. thank you in advance .2 votes -
PC Client lags and/or crashes when attempting to access decks or play a game.
Client will run just fine until I either attempt to access my decks, or until I attempt to play a game. When I do, the client begins lagging excessively, or otherwise crashes entirely, and I have to force close the client (alt+F4).

"Lost Connection" error when trying to start MTG Arena
When trying to start MTG Arena, I receive the attached message telling me I need to reconnect to the server. Attempting to reconnect simply causes the message to recur - I can only clear it by exiting.
Flushing my dns resolver cache clears the issue, but I have to do that every time I open Arena, which is annoying.

Win 8.1, black screen after updated

Opening Pack Causes Crash
While opening a single brothers war pack, I clicked the 'wildcards' icon which then resulted in the application to freeze, unresponsive. Android OS. Unable to determine if cards were added to my connection.
