How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Unable to connect to server from cliet

    hey there i have a chromebook and as of the most recent update i am unable to connect to server. tryed to remake a new account also. ive reinstalled a few times . any ideas? it wont let me do anything once i log in it goes to waiting for server and then freezes or goes to the connect screen to retry connect ect

  2. Audio distortion after new phyrexia:all is one update on iPad

    I noticed a digital static sound in matches and the lobby when playing after yesterday’s update for the new Phyrexia:All is One set. It is very noticeable when the female voiceover introduces you to the lobby on her recording.

    Repro steps

    1. Windows 11 with Firefox as default browser
    2. From within Arena, click "Report a Bug"
    3. On https://mtgarena-support.wizards.com/hc/en-us/requests/new, click "Sign in"

  4. Mastery Pass Orb Redemption

    When redeeming the orbs from the mastery pass I can only redeem them one at a time. This makes it quite tedious to redeem them when I have multiples when, for example, I purchase the mastery pass after achieving some levels, as there are multiple clicks per redemption.
    Would it be possible to add the functionality to redeem multiple at once? Something like in the attached screenshot, where selecting Defiler of Faith highlights the remaining two rewards needed to unlock it and gives the option to unlock all three when you have the relevant number of orbs available.

  5. Stats Sign Up on Website Replicable Error Message Preventing Enrollment

    Hi Folks, This is a web-site issue. I am new to Magic Arena and have been trying to sign-up for the end of cycle stats a link to which you sent in a recent e-mail. The screen-shot below is the error handling message I've been getting over the last few days. I have replicated the same problems on Apple iOs, Mac OS Ventura 13.2, and the most recent MS Windows OS. I have tried in the Firefox, Chrome, Edge and Safari web-browsers.

  6. Missing Information

    Since Phyrexian download cannot view number of gold and gems in upper right corner. Also, cannot view number of packs to be opened along with card texts missing from all cards. Im using Windows and the status says that everything is operational.

  7. [French] Visual Error Selecting Best of 3

    Since a long time now, the choice "Best of 1" or "Best of 3", in french, is bugged.

    I think i've seen it right just two weeks in two years, before a new update reverse bakc to an unintelligible visual

  8. Downloading The Game

    Going to download the game on an android device brings you to the apple play store, rather than the android play store, rendering the game unable to be downloaded.

  9. Tokens Is not bieng produced even If you pay the mana cost Or sacrificing creatures !

    My Token Deck Is not producing Tokens Of any kind Not creatures not , treasures and not and not Food tokens ? this may be a bug, test my deck on the bot mode !

  12. Application Memory 52 gb - MEMORY LEAK

    I am trying to edit a deck and when I click on the pet to change it, the client freezes and crashes. My system shows that Arena is using 52 gb of application memory (this is repeatable, not just once). There is a bad memory leak in the current version.

    i´m not able to read the announcement, which is linked in the ingame mail from today, because after one second i´m redirected to the mainpage https://magic.wizards.com/de/news

    The text in the red square provided is overwhelmingly difficult to read, recommend either changing the colors or perhaps providing a black outline to the words to make it legible.

    Played a branchwood prowler, binned a land and yet couldn't select it? There was no legal action for me to take, I couldn't decline either, the button was just gone.

  19. Screen blocked at "Loading the cards database"

    Screen blocked at "Loading the cards database".

    Hello.

    I played on a PC. Since I've downloaded the update of Wednesday, the 11st of August 2022, I can't load my game. The screen is blocked at "Loading the cards database". How can I deblock it please ? I thank you in advance.

    Stuck on loading card database after 8/12 update on PC. updated successfully, played for a half hour or so, closed the app, opened it later, downloaded another update, and now i'm stuck here:
