How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Avatar locked - can´t change Avatar [solved]
Avatar locked - can´t change Avatar. The Video uploaded does not show ingame, only loading the game. Yet ingame it´s the same.
I used an Avatar, then bought Squee and applied after transaction as standard. since then my avatar is locked and whichever i choose it´s always the same avatar ingame.
Support couldn´t help - reinstalled the game - uninstalled with revo intensive mode, disabled windows coreisolation - i am not using third party AV or vpn.
thanksEDIT while participating in the sealed-dominaria event (12.000 coins) the avatar is not locked.
on traditional historic play it is still locked…

Permanently mute all of one type of pet
Please add a menu (accessible outside of a match) which allows the user to selectively mute the specific pet types that they dislike. I've seen other users annoyed with the robot owl and Bolt Hound pets. Personally, I can't stand the green ghost wolf pet's noises, and the metallic dragon pet's invasion of my personal space makes me violently angry.
Oh and while you're at it, decouple 'mute pet' from 'mute opponent'.
And let me choose the form of my Kaldheim bear pet in the menu, so I can have it pre-set to the Littjara form instead of the Beskir…1 vote -

jugando un draft premier de alquimia de dominaria unida he podido ver que la imagen de los sobres en la parte superior corresponden a Theros y no a dominaria. tremendo susto me he metido pensando que me había equivocado de draft.

DMUA Draft Visual Bug
Packs during DMUA Premier draft are visually TBD packs at the top of the screen. No apparent effect on gameplay, just a visual bug. I didn't think to check the 8 player overview so I'm unsure if it applies there too.

iOS App sporadic crashes
The app will randomly crash when I’m in the middle of a match, and sometimes when I try to open the app it will crash in the middle of closing. This will happen 5 to 10 times a day and makes playing the game impossible. This has been happening since the last update on the iOS app.

Jetmir avatar
Jetmir's avatar's horns obfiscate card casting cost for commanders in Brawl if they have only one colored mana symbol and it is the only card they are able to cast. Clicking on the card shows only the base mana value of the card, but doesn't show any modifiers such as the commander tax.
Recommendation: clicking on the card shows current mana cost to cast, or remove Jetmir's horns from his avatar.

Loads up on start to a chandra screen, then nothing happens, even if left for hours.

Arena
Playing mono black aggro, I played "the long reach of the night" saga enchantment with first lore stating each opponent sacs a creature or discards from hand. They had no creatures but it didn't make them discard. It has happened several times to me over the last hour, but not before. Possible bug?

Should be able to play other audio on iPad and still get in-game sound
(iPad) You should be able to play audio from Apple Music or YouTube etc. and still get the in-game sound. The sliders are a great start, but it’s kinda like, what’s the point of sliders if you force me to only listen to your audio? You know what I mean? This is another one of those things that every other app on the App Store has, except for yours, because your software isn’t optimized for iPads, even though you claim it is. I do get the feeling you’re listening to me though, just a little bit.

Emotes unequipping
Every time Arena crashes (which is often because it's an unstable mess) it unequips all my emotes. Either fix this, or reimburse me the paid for emotes as they are essentially a faulty product.

Black screen
Android mobile device. App opens only to black screen. Turned phone off and back on, didn't work. Uninstalled and reinstalled app, didn't work. Maintenance performed on 01/27/2022 and game hasn't worked since.

waiting for server
game loads and then stays stuck with a black screen saying "Waiting for server". Its been happening for the last two days. a friend has the same issue for a week now..
My internet and laptop are fine; this is an issue with arena..

Game Constantly Crashing on Mobile
I am getting fed up with how often I have to restart my game client on mobile or how many times I am basically issued game losses on the ladder when trying to climb to mythic because Arena decides thats all the sudden i can’t click on anything anymore but also it’s my turn and if I don’t respond I’m now roping out and I don’t find this out until it’s warning me that I’m just about to lose that I need to completely restart and 90% of the time the game has ended and my rank is lowered. Avatar & Pet crashes: Arena on iPad
(1) about 1 out of every 8 matches on Arena (iPad) crashes after which I need to log back in to Arena. My chosen avatar then has reverted to Ajani and I can resume the match (with time lost!)
(2) during deck building, when I want to change the default pet for a specific deck, the app freezes and have to go out and log back in.

Message: Unable to login: authentication failed. Attach failed to drop other attach. Timeout.

Any form of crash or game close resets your avatar, phrases and emotes until you set them back in your profile + other bugs.
Whenever the game crashes to desktop, freezes, or otherwise makes you close it via task manager, you come back to the game with Ajani as your avatar, your pet is gone, and you're unable to use any phrase or interact with any user until you finish the match. When you go to your profile tab, you get your previously equipped avatar and pet, but have to set the phrases and emotes again to use them in future matches.
