How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Filing system for decks

    We need a filing system for our decks similar to the Windows filing system. This is because the Decks section rapidly becomes cluttered.

    Different people will like to file things differently.

    For example, I would like to have 2 main active decks on my 'Desktop' and file the rest of my old decks into an Archive. I would like to arrange the filing system any way I like and give each file a label of my choosing.

  2. Golden Pack progression - old collection

    It would be nice if the progression counted when you buy any booster. I'm kind of stuck buying new collection boosters to get a golden pack, while I want to get old collections too.

  3. Invalid decks

    Since the last update some of my decks appear as INVALID despite having all the cards. Cloning them or making other decks shows the same thing (INVALID).

  4. Received more vault progress than I should have

    Today when opening an old M20 pack, I received 0.5% vault progress where I should have only received 0.2% (Common fifth copy x2).

    Checking the logs, it looks like I received 0.3% vault progress for Veil of Summer, even though it was my first copy.

  5. Can't edit color challenge deck

    To reproduce...

    1. Go to the Color Challenge
    2. Select any of the five colors
    3. Mouse over the deck box in the lower-right and then click to edit

    Platform: PC

    Expected behavior: be shown a list of cards that can be added to the color challenge deck

    Actual behavior: Almost all cards in the decklist appear red, indicating that they aren't in my collection. Swapping any of the cards in the deck out for any of the cards in my collection results in an Invalid Deck error since "This deck contains cards not legal in this format."

  6. Bug with ZNR Elementals, M21 Dogs, and Ikoria Cats Saved Pets

    I have seen this issue mentioned on Reddit and another post on here but it's been months and I'm still having the issue.

    My decks with pets from the ZNR, M21, Ikoria set mastery passes don't display properly in game. The pet loads with the first in the set instead of the pet I selected for that deck (e.g., I have the Peace Dog saved but the Timber Wolf shows up in the match). I have to scroll through my pets in game to get the one I want, which is annoying and probably distracting for my opponent. I've been…

  7. New planeswalker cards not showing up in my inventory

    I purchased a few mythic packs from the Innastrad booster and the cards I acquired (2 planeswalkers in particular) did not show up in my inventory. Will this be corrected or am I just S*** out of luck?

  8. Red deck wins is bad for Magic

    If you build and play red deck, you literally have zero skill. It takes no skill to throw little red creatures to play. It's literally the weakest skilled deck in MTG history. Wizards needs to move away from letting red deck wins continue. It's a childish pathetic build that any brain damaged rat could play. It's a boring matchup for skilled people who want to play a true competitive match.

    Grow up, learn to build competitive decks and use your brain. Nobody likes a no skilled matchup.

  9. Opened a Mythic BRO booster but got NO mythic card

    I bought a set of 10 BRO mythic boosters with gold (13,000 total). When I opened my 9th booster, I received NO mythic rare, and instead it was a RARE wildcard. I have attached a screenshot below and it shows the cards I received in that pack. Since this was the 9th booster, I had 1 left unopened at that time and it is shown below these cards -- it shows a BRO booster with dark orange corners (and the number "1") indicating that indeed I was opening mythic boosters.

  10. FNM at home 2020 15 may

    HI! I had a problem. I gave my friend code from FNM at home 15 may 2020 year. He had a error "the code is invalid or has already been activated".
    His nickname Ailorn#48727 Was he able to activate the code and tricked me into not working or can this code no longer be activated?

  11. Nahiri, the Harbinger Booster Bug

    I was happy to have a Nahiri, the Harbinger in a booster pack and wanted to put it in a deck immediately after opening the booster pack. But in my decks/collection section the card didn't show up anymore. I looked through different formats, but the card seems to be gone. Can you help me?

  12. Cards in collection only, can't construct

    I want to construct a new deck with my Bruna and Gisela deck. I can't find the cards in the deck construction area,but I can see them in my collection. I go and press the add deck button to construct and the cards I have won/bought from the new set are not there.

  13. Duplicate Protection suddenly not working in BRO

    This began happening the first weekend in December. When opening BRO packs, I am receiving rare cards in packs that I already own 4 copies of. I am not receiving gems, and I do not have the complete BRO Rare set. I don’t think I have access to any logs that would help troubleshoot this unfortunately.

  14. I cant see uncollected/ collected cards

    I picked uncollected and nothing showed up. It worked 2days ago and now it wont let me see any cards that are uncollected or collected from New Capenna to Midnight Innistrad. Im playing on android

  15. Retro Artifacts not copy protected

    Twice I have received gems while opening a pack from Retro Artifacts when I am not even close to completing the set. Attached are images of the gems received and of my collection.

  16. Collection - Text Filter

    I typed in “can’t be countered” in the text filter and the search parameters will not recognize the wording even though there are cards such as “dovin’s veto” that has that exact wording but the search can not find it even though there are cards there that say that

  17. Wrong pet showing

    If I choose the Peaceful Pup pet for a deck (using the deck editing tool, since Pup is not my Default Pet) the game will actually show Hunter's Hound instead of what I chose.

  18. impossible de charger la collection

  19. Banned cards

    Why did you create such a broken set? This phryexia ******** is zero fun. Obliterate? Sacrifice all your lands? Rot priest? Any targeting and it's poison counters? This set sucks *.   20. Not getting at least two Brothers War cards from golden packs

    I opened a few golden packs and noticed that I did not get at least two cards from the Brothers War set. I did not complete the set, so I don't have all the rares or all the mythics.
