1. missing text on cards

   On Mac OS when I did my last update the week of January 22, 2024 all of the keyword ability text is missing from my cards. The update was over 8G which seemed high. See attached as an example.

3. Can't progress in Jump In after making first pack selection

   I can no longer progress in Jump In. I had a network error in the midst of picking my second pack a few weeks ago. Now, when I try to play Jump In again, I'm still stuck in that deck building stage. I'll get my options for my second pack and select one, but it processes for a moment, then kicks me out to the main menu. After that, if I attempt to return to Jump In, it gives me the attached image - no choices for a second pack, so the game is perpetually stuck. I can quit out to other game modes, but I would really love to have Jump In as an option again. Please help me out.

4. Favorited Card Styles Not staying selected

   Favorite Card Styles not staying selected after log out. This includes lands also.
   This appears to have became an issue with the WOE Alchemy update

5. starter deck dual

   I've played and won a few games of the new rotation of starter deck duals but have not received the dual color deck rewards. The couple I have used are GW and GU.

6. Mastery Pass March of the Machine: No ICR cards beyond level 70

   I bought the mastery pass March of the Machine after I competed level 70.
   Beyond level 70 (currently at 86) I got no ICR rewards. I trace my collection and my vault, no rewards this time. For another matstery in the past it worked.

7. Cannot use wastes with colorless commander in brawl

   Wastes are currently unable to be added to a brawl deck with a colorless commander. Says network error. Can be added fine to deck with colored commander. Able to save deck with a colorless commander with no wastes or a colored commander with wastes but cannot with colorless commander with wastes

8. Thalia Drácula Aspect Does not work

   I have just bought this afternoon Thalías Dráculas card aspect, the one on sales that is about Mina Harker. The problem IS that altough I have 4 copies of Thalía I can not select the new aspect I have bought using gems and I do not know why.

11. Game breaking exploit combination between Mycosynth Gardens and The One Ring causing PERMANENT INVULNERABILITY.

    I am aware that this idea is COMPLETELY UNHEARD OF and OUTRAGEOUS. However I am about to share with you the humble opinion of a dude who has been playing MTG since Shrines of Kamigawa.

    There should be NO card combos in the ranked scene of any card game that GUARANTEE PERMANENT INVULNERABILITY TO DAMAGE. This to my knowledge is unheard of, I have heard of every kind of 2 turn win/4 turn win/infinite combo deck. I understand that sometimes you just have to concede.

    But at a certain point, even the staunchest defenders of Wizards of the Coast cannot argue that certain combos and cards are acceptable in a ranked environment. A ranked environment needs to be indicative of skill levels to be worth anything. I understand that you can just pick up someones decklist and win with decent consistency. But I have never seen a combination in a ranked game before today that was so egregiously anti-fun. It effectively makes it a game for one person to toy with the other. It is the same as going into ranked lobbies and griefing in any other game.

    You can call this a me problem, but if this hits the meta in a big way, we will ALL feel the anger. This is a petition, please put these cards on the ranked ban list or at least put a restriction on the usage of legendary artifacts being copied into non legendary tokens for infinite invulnerability.

    As a LOTR fan as well, I understand that you had to add SOME crazy power to the One Ring. But even the dullest LOTR fans at your company must understand that nobody was invulnerable due to the Ring. Isildur died with it, Gollum lived longer with it but a sword would still do the trick, Sauron's soul was kept alive by it's existence but it NEVER stopped Isildur from lobbing his finger off with it. Cool set, awesome arts, fun gimmicks. But the One Ring doesnt make you God. Change this ****.

13. mana flood and mana *****

    Today I lost about 20 games because of the mana flood, because the algorithm that works is very good and I quote the email sent by the bot automatically "I assure you that these algorithms, including mathcmaking, shuffling, coin toss, and more have been well tested", It's interesting that he has mana flooded in 4 games in a row with a 22-land deck where the first 13 cards were lands and 4 spells in number.
    If we talk about the mana ***** it's better that we leave it alone, like when today for 3 times I had to play with 3 lands and the other 19 were literally the last 19 cards, and you know it can happen, it's difficult that it happens 5 times in a row don't you think? Obviously all the oppents I found had the perfect hand, this is also part of the "all player follow the same rules" that you have always put in the bot's automatic mail.
    My question is, if this thing had happened on Magic Online, how many dollars and players would you have lost, dear Wizard? How long would it take you to overhaul MTGO's algorithm for such a problem? Considering that for a basic fix of the side it took 1 week, in my opinion not even half a day and you solved the problem.
    I tested the exact same deck I went into mana flood and mana ***** with on paper and guess what? The deck only goes 10% of the time not 90% as it happens on Arena, if the products fail dear Wizard it is not because they are bad but because you do not give them real support and do not listen to the feedback of the public. THANKS WIZZARD IT'S ALWAYS NICE LOSE A GAME BECAUSE MY DECK DOESN'T SPIN THANKS, THANKS, THANKS!

14. Unable to play Jump in!

    Cannot resign a deck in "Jump In!" mode, the activated button says "home" which just takes me back to the main screen & i am never able to play the mode.

    Additionally i have no ability to resign the current deck that i am stuck with.

    This problem persists both on windows and Android.

15. Rebalanced & Regular Card Counts Combined

    After the 7/14/22 update, when editing decks containing any card that has both a normal and a rebalanced version, the number of cards shown as owned is incorrect. It displays a combined count of the two card versions.

    For example, if you own 2 copies of Esika's Chariot and Alchemy Esika's Chariot, the deck editor shows you as having 4 copies of Esika's Chariot instead of 2 copies of each separate version.

    Even when the card count is displayed correctly, decks with any of these cards may still come up as invalid when saved and require you to use wildcards to finish them, despite having all cards.

17. Kaervek, the Punisher double copies

    Was playing against opponent who had a single creature on the board which was this new Kaervek, the Punisher from OTJ.
    Text says: Whenever you commit a crime, exile up to one target black card from your graveyard and copy it. You may cast the copy. If you do, you lose 2 life.
    Opponent managed to copy 2 cast downs that were on the grave after committing a crime, no other permanents on the board that could duplicate the effect

18. Wild cards lost

    I had 45 rare wild cards and 13 mythic wild cards before crafting my deck, then I crafted my deck which consisted of 1 rare and mythic but it didnt immedietly show them crafted so I clicked the craft button again and it took my wild cards both times

19. Non standard legal cards in golden packs

    I just opened 10 golden packs which I just got from buying WOE packs. When I opened them I got LTR cards, which absolutely shouldn't be there, since golden packs are only supposed to contain standard legal cards, and LTR cards are not. I would like to have my golden packs refunded and for them to only give me standard legal cards

20. Cards Not Fully Displaying

    After the latest OTJ update, most of the cards in my collection/decks are not fully displaying. I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling Arena. I've attached my issue log and a screenshot of the issue.
