How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Spark Reward for "Jump In" not progressing properly
Spark Reward for "Jump In" is supposed to increment each time you complete a "Jump In". The first time I do it it progresses properly from 0/3 to 1/3. The second time I complete a "Jump In" it doesn't increment from 1/3 to 2/3, instead it stays at 1/3. The third time I complete a "Jump In" it progresses from 1/3 to 0/3. I have reported this bug twice already to you and you haven't resolved it.

awarded loss after hitting cancel button on "waiting for opponent" screen
Steps to repro: join match queue first time after quick draft bloomburrow, "waiting for opponent" screen comes up. Wait 10 minutes, hit cancel button. Awarded loss in the event. Haven't played a game yet.
Platform: PC
Expected result: No loss given, still 0-0
Actual result: given a loss, 0-1 without playing a game.Log file attached.
Side note, I spent 5000 gold on entering this event and start off with a handicap due to a bug. If possible I'd like that 5000 gold refunded please.

Shadow of the Second Sun Skips Post-Combat Main Phase
- Play Shadow of the Second Sun in pre-combat main phase.
- Post-combat main phase begins, triggering the aura.
- After the extra phase trigger resolves, it just skips to the end of turn.
The bug happens consistently, got some straight losses due to this one. Please fix it asap, thank you.

quick draft lost caverns
I can't get into a game in 'quick draft Lost Caverns of Ixalan'. I can queue up, but the queue-screen just says "currently waiting" and nothing happens. I built my deck two days ago and can't play it. I can get into games in other gamemodes normally.

Premier draft glitch on Mobile App
When I’m playing premier drafts for bloomburrow, my mobile app gets stuck when I am trying to look at the cards that I drafted. I can’t move anything into the sideboard because the button doesn’t work, I can’t click on the cards I’ve already drafted to read them again, and when I try to scroll up or down to look at my mana curve the app just scrolls to the bottom and then won’t move for the rest of the drafting portion of the event.

Jump In
I have played Jump In several times since Murders of Karlov Manor was released and have not been offered any of the new packets as my first selection - I was offered a new packet once as my second selection. I have played Jump In enough in the past that I should have received a choice of a new packet every time; according to your rules about packet selection.
Something similar happened for a few sets in the past where you would not get to choose a new packet sometimes. That seemed to be fixed for the last set or…

Bestow
I blocked wrong creatures because of bestow bug, didn’t know my opponent had an elk in play which caused me to block the wrong creature. Lost game in my draft because of it. Photo was taken after my life was wrong so I restarted app and then the creature showed up.

Premier Draft Network Bug
When doing Bloomhallow Premier draft, there were several server error messages that said unable to select draft pick and then would roll back and with the timer done and auto select something that was not originally selected as a pick.

Glyph Elemental visual bug
Opponent's bestowed Glyph Elemental after falling off their creature had no animation for targeting or attacking, and was underneath other creatures played, was unable to interact with it and lost the game due to not being able to block it

Crashes and Starting errors when drafting on Windows PC(Gems consumed multipul times)
先月のアップデート以降、ドラフトが始まらず、アンインストール→再インストールさせられたり、その後もドラフト中に頻繁にクラッシュしており、正常にドラフトが出来ず困っています。
なお、デュエル中は特に問題はありません。
ジェムも消費してしまっているので、どうにか対応してください。

MTGA freezes when I press the button to start the draft I paid for.
MTGA freezes when I press the button to start the draft I paid for. Waiting screen appears then freezes and the game cannot proceed.

Missing Game in Bo3-Darft and broken Report-Site
In this Bo3 Draft I only could play 2 Matches instead of three. I tried to report the Bug but it's not possible to upload the log on the site. It shows me an error: "The upload took too long, connection was lost.". I have 40mbps uploadspeed, so it can't be a problem on my side.
Would be nice to get a refund for the draft and a fix for the bug report site.3 votes -

I was given a defeat out of nowhere. I was way ahead in the game. I had Vagavoth and the moment I played a white room (forget which) I was given the "defeat" screen. I didn't not time out. Everything also had hex proof thanks to the blue room. This would've been my 6th win!

When I try to spend the orbs I gained to get cards I don't receive any. The orb is gone but I don't get the reward. Can you help me? It happens even if I unlock the mastery pass.

Mtg arena doesn't pass to the next level
Until yesterday, despite completing a few daily quests, experience could not exceed 975/1000 (level 32). This is really frustrating. I noticed this problem yesterday, thinking it was a simple display bug, but today I can't see any improvement.
