Arena open Day 2, Split into 2 events which greatly damage practicality
hello wizards team,
Thank you for all your hard work and time, I am sending this message to share an experience that hopefully wotc takes into account related to this weekends open .
Today, after setting aside yesterday to play, I set aside the first half of today as well only to find day 2 was split into 2 parts. Elesh Norn
Dear team,
On my turn, I cast Elesh Norn for 4WW (because of "Discover the formula" during the previous turn ) but I couldn't pay for it. The card was on the "precast step", onthe pile but not in my hand anymore and I couldn't tap mana to pay it, even the auto pay didn't work too. I couldn't interact with my hand too.
Finally this ruined my game because I lost a turn, I lost a boardwipe by the way so I lost the game.

Traditional Sealed sideboard timer ends early
Hello,
In each of my matches in Traditional (best-of-3) Sealed today, the sideboard timer ended over 15 seconds early, starting the match while more than 15 seconds displayed on the sideboard timer.All sideboarding changes were then ignored, resulting in much different decks than I intended in each 2nd and 3rd game of the matches.
Given the difficulty of adjusting your deck on the mobile platform, those 15 seconds are worth a lot!

Won 7-2 at premier draft DMU but prizes were 1800 gems and 5packs(6-2)
Won 7-2 at premier draft but prizes was 1800 gems and 5packs(6-2).
I won last match in DMU premier draft, but the prizes were 6-2 one.

Card selection bug
I selected a card but it didn't show up in my deck (a different card showed up). When the draft ended, the correct card was shown but my deck building strategy was significantly different after seeing that I didn't get my 2nd or 3rd pick.

Draft Requires Player to Craft Cards Not Already in Collection
Playing Premier Draft DMU. Drafted 2 cards and client required that I craft these cards after having drafted them. PC Platform. Client should have added these cards to my collection automatically. Once drafted they are part of my collection and I should not have to craft them.

Wrong card shown in DMU draft
While doing a DMU draft, the last pick of my first pack displayed wrong for the rest of the draft. I did not no if I was mistaken in what I picked of if it was just a bug. This made doing the draft more difficult not knowing what cards I had. In the first picture, you can see the Molten Tributary in my "picked cards". at the end of the draft, this card is seen in my pool but greyed out (picture 2). Gam crashed during draft event
Draft crashed during one of the games and I had to shut off the software, so I lost my gems for that draft. Is there any way I can get them back?

Dominaria draft showing wrong cards in the overlay
Durinf my premier Dominaria United draft the overlay showed me the wrong cards and not the ones I had picked, which made drafting near impossible. I would like to get refund for the draft.

Draft Pick showing as different card
While drafting my p1p1 (Spara's headquarters) didn't display til the 2nd pack was passed to me. When it finally displayed it showed up as Syndicate Infiltrator which was the first card of pack 2. I drug it back and forth from my sideboard trying to determine if it was a visual bug or if I actually had the card and came to the conclusion that I actually had the card. When I went to submit my deck it was still showing as syndicate infiltrator, but it displayed an error submitting deck and when I came back to the deck screen…

opponent did nothing then game ended
BUG RESULTED IN LOSS
Opponent did nothing, ran out of all of his extra time, but the match didn't end and it didn't become my turn
Eventually I closed the client and re-opened it to see what happend, and it got marked as a loss for me.
As it appeared to me, neither player made any actions in the game and I never lost connection to the server.
Uploading logs for the client after I re-opened the game.

While drafting Arena shows different cards I did not pick instead of the card I picked
During draft I klicked on the rare p1p1 Drag to the bottom and read the other cards so my timer run out. To my surprise Arena showed me Fristfist Giant as the card I picked instead of the rare, so I drafted acording to this. After the draft I tried to suppmit a 40 card deck but Arena said there was a problem and I should try again later. When I went back to Deck Building the second Fristfist Giant was gone and I saw the rare in my pool. Before the rare wasn´t there instead there was a second…

Bug: Reward Never Received
Yesterday there were some disconnection issues and we all received a mail. In this mail we were told something along the lines of 'Sorry for the inconvenience and the disruption of some of your gameplay' with a button to claim a prize. I claimed the prize, which was something like 3000 gold and something else (gems? packs? can't remember). I click on claim, and then to my surprise see that nothing has changed in my coins....
I consider this to be a bug as it is 'wrong reward' which was never received. Please could I receive this? I want to…

bug - premier draft
I have just started to play Premier Draft The Brothers' War and the game have stopped working. When I could resume the game, I have lost seven picks and it compromised the whole event. Moreover, sometimes the time was running out but the cards didn't appear to pick.

Arena cube draft
Didn't count my first win that occurred right before arena went down on 12/13/2022. Then it counted my second win as a loss.

jump in second pack option does not color match
Jump In offered a second pack option that violated the color rules.
First pack I selected Equipped (mono red).
Second pack, it offered me Mechs (mono blue) , Treasure ( red green ) , or Brokers ( GWU ).
Curious as to see what it did for land allotment, I selected the illegal brokers option, combining my mono-red with GWU. When I checked the land assignment, red wasn't prioritized at all - 3 R 3 G 3 W 3 U. (I was expecting 6,2,2,2 ). The dual lands covered all four colors (UR + GW) as expected.
