How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

standard event charges me 2 times the entrance
Standard event charges me twice the entry without having lost any game, only took the coins from me without letting me play

quick draft kaldheim PC
Kalheim quick draft is unplayable since the cards you pick are not the ones resulting in your deck.
Waiting for a refound :)

Kaldheim Quick Draft is not draftable since the picks in your draft pile are not the cards you actually picked. This is especially hard with Kaldheim draft if you draft the snow deck, which needs a good balance between playables and (snow) lands

Mythic card reward not obtainedˋ
I did not obtained the mythic card reward of the level 90, 85 and 75 of the Crimson Vow Mastery.
How can I get it?

draft freeze
During a premiere draft event my game would not pass me any packs during pick 10 of pack 2. After about 5 minutes I went to close and reload the game and it had auto picked the rest of my deck. Would it be possible to get my entry fee I paid back?

Jump in Second Packet choice
1 After selecting a single color packet, two color packets of different colors are displayed in the options.
Example: Pick Red → Black and white packets are displayed in the options
2 After selecting two-color packets, monochromatic packets not included in those two colors are displayed.
Example: Pick eyes Blue-green → Black monochromatic packets are displayed in the options1 vote -
Bug
Hi. Im having issue with finishing collor challange,for some reason on white deck doesnt allow me to play last part. Everything else was fine and all other events works perfectly fine. Any help to pass it would be good. Thx

Incorrect description in "JUMP IN!" event
In "COMPLETE LIST OF JUMP IN! PACKETSS" there is some incorrect card probabilities:
"You Hear Something on Watch" in "LEGION"
"Bury in Books" in "SORCEROUS"

draft frozen, web connection active, I tried to change connection, same thing. In attachment, two logs and a screenshot. I can't even concede. Thanks

Unable to sideboard or rejoin game
I tried to concede from game 1 from the Std Metagame Challenge, and when I tried to click settings I missed and closed the window, closing the client. When I reloaded the client, the game was still active and so I conceded the game as normal. However, I was unable to see my deck (only my sideboard), or confirm any deck configuration, instead seeing the screen as shown in my file. I couldn't rejoin the game after multiple attempts, and could only concede from the settings.

Current Midweek Magic《Slowstart》 is cannot change deck.
Bug fixes will not be in time by the end of this event, and you are reluctant to make guarantees, so publish the name and penalty of the staff who caused this bug instead.

Arena travou durante uma partida de draft e eu perdi o draft
Durante uma partida de draft dia 2022-05-08 o arena travou, entrou a cordinha e nao conseguia seguir o jogo, resultou na minha derrota.

Match frozen
I was playing with my android cellphone the quick draft.
I was attacking and it simply started to run my clock, I was not able to do anything else and despite my time ran out I couldn't even quit the game by conceding. It was an important match to me that would make me win enough gems for the sealed.... 😭😭😭
It is not my first time experiencing this kind of bug.....😞😞😞1 vote -
My Jump In deck disappeared after 07/07 update
I ran the 07/07/2022 update, then logged in to play. However, my Jump In deck had disappeared. I liked that deck, but sonce they are random, I can’t get it back. Did this happen to anyone else?

Daily Rewards Didn't Give me my FULL reward
Completed 3 Daily Challenges at the same time...3 500 Gold Play Green Spells and it only gave me 1000Gold and 1500XP...XP part was accurate but the gold wasn't.

Turn skipped because opponent took too many stepns on their turn
Playing Historic event - opponent has essentially an infinite trigger event, should have had his turn skipped, but because of the amount of triggers, he timed out, them arena didn't end his turn, but did start mine. I couldnt do anything, and when the triggers had resolved it skipped through each of my steps as if I had been the one to timeout. Opponent combo was a lunarch (ETB gain1 life), a 2 mana +1 counter creature, and a squirrel creating creature, and heliod. On PC
