How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

Compensation packs
Many players (mostly mobile ones) are not receiving the compensatory packs for the bug in the alchemy challenges, can you at least avoid bugs when you compensate the players?

Draft
Dear customer support,
i got the problem that when i startet a premier draft my screen of the application said no signal so i couldn't pick correctly. My graphic drivers are up to date. This problem happend to me a few weeks ago. Yesterday I played another draft an some cards that i picked where missing. Another problem which occurs while picking cards in a draft is that sometime if you drag and drop the selected card to the right box it disappears. Attached there you can find the logfiles which I created. Thank you for your help

drag and drop freezes draft ui
I was drafting SCN, when I dragged snooping newsie to my sideboard. This froze the draft part of my client. Tried going in and out of the draft but still frozen. The only way to unfreeze the draft part was to relog, which meant that the client picked random cards for me

Can't Select oponents permanents
While playing arena draft cube, i could not select oponents permanents, so this cause me to lose the game. You see, this was a paid event, so I would like to have my credits back. I'm sending game logs and I demand some answer... this is disrespectful as I paid a lot of money to play this...

I got two of the same cards in Cube Draft. I don't know when I got the first one. I noticed it after picking the second one.

BUG!! Phantom Bot Draft Messed Up
The Midweek Magic's phantom bot draft is horribly bugged. Over a third of the cards I chose did not go into my card pool. Instead, a random card was selected that often enough was not in the pack. After trying to shift to what Arena gave me it told me there was a network error and when I went to go back into deck builder I had all the cards I selected without knowing what the game would give me. (very shortened) Video attached

Arena shuting down
When trying to connect to a game in premier draft the client shuts down. Then I get a game loss.

mirrorshell crab vs ninjutsu
Traditional draft on Windows PC, game 2 of round 3. My opponent had an unblocked goblin token from Kikki Jikki enchantment, used it to pay a Ninjutsu cost. I responded by channeling Mirrorshell Crab, as opponent only had two mana untapped. Clicked the ninjutsu ability on the stack, crab resolves, opponent taps nothing, ninjutsu resolves anyway and I get hit by their 2/1 which draws them a card, putting me way too far behind to recover. About 10 PM on 3/21/22

premier draft bug
the client stopped on the wheel "waiting for server" during the third game of a premier draft,forcing me to close the client.When i log in again the game i was playing was a loss.

draft disconnect without notice had to leave the game after a while after being suspicious and then the draft was done without my doing and

the client stopped me at P3p7 of a premier draft.After restarting the client the drafting table was gone.

MTGアリーナ（PC）でのニューカペナドラフト中に時間切れでの自動ピック後フリーズが2イベント連続で起きました。
フリーズの復帰は再起動でしかできず、その間自動ピックとなっておりました。

プレミアドラフト中に操作不能
iPad でプレミアドラフトをプレイしていたところ、相手ターンで動作が重くなり、操作不能になった。そのまま時間切れで敗北。

draft frozen, had to log out when i reopened arena i had lost the match
In mid draft match the game disconected (after i played an instant targeting my opponent's creature). After it returned, I waited for my opponent's clock/time to end but it only counted once. I waited for 1 minute inside the game. Then decided to leave and log in again. I got a loss for that game.... (i still had chances at winning it).

draft miss count of victories
I played a chromatic cube draft and it didn´t count my first victory as a win, i ended 3-3 but i won 4 times
