1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

I have been unable to draft my cards, the packs were passed and i did not see them
I have been enable to draft my cards, the pack was passing and i did not saw them, I want my draft to be reimburse and I cant contact the cutomer support, because I cant login

Broken constructed rank
I won 2 games in a row (for once) and didn't progress in rank. Currently stuck in Platinum Tier 4 just one step before Tier 3. This happened in Historic BO3.

color challenge 5 unable to find opponent
Inactive arena account completed red and green challenges last year came back to the game and completed 3 remaining challenges up to part 4. Now I am unable to find an opponent for challenge 5.
Tested on PC and iOS same result
When I queue for the 5th challenge it begins to search for an opponent the maximum time I waited was 40 minutes and I was unable to find an opponent in that time.
Find an opponent and allow me to complete the color challenge.

Gems not awarded for drafting excess of 4x on rares and mythics
When drafting, gems are not being awarded when drafting rares and mythics above 4x.

not receiving rare ICR from midweek magic
I didn't receive a rare ICR from the first win in midweek magic, it didn't show anything and the gem count didn't go up. In collection there is no card with the gold halo and the "NEW" header.

Daily Wins Didn't Reset
The daily wins didn't reset for the day. I previously had 7 completed Daily Wins and it gave me a new daily quest though it didn't reset the Daily Wins.

Deck strength matchmaking in historic brawl
The deck strength matchmaking is super messed up in the permanent brawl queue. Before the last patch it was working great and I generally got matched based on power level, now I just get matched vs fully tricked out decks with s tier commanders like golos no matter what power level the deck I choose is. If you don't factor the commander and deck strength back in I am just going to quit historic brawl.

Season end packs and gold not accredited
Seasonal packs and gold have been been credited but card styles have for the season

Did not receive Season rewards
Did not actually receive season rewards for reaching limited gold and bronze constructed. The rewards, 6 packs and 2 card styles, showed when i logged in but they were not rewarded

ネットワークエラー「イベントから退出できません」
いつの間にか、ヒストリックブロール祭りに参加したことになっており、【開始】を押しても先へ進まず「ネットワークエラー:イベントに参加できませんでした」と表示。一方、すぐにゲームを始める の【プレイ】を押しても、「イベントから退出できません」とのエラーで、プレイ不能。ストアでの購入も、「ストアエラー」となり、何もできない状態です。
OSはWindows10。 PCの再起動と、アカウントからのログアウト・再ログインも試したが、改善せず。2 votes -

Draft event not giving daily win rewards
For the 15 win Daily quest, when I am playing a draft event the winds count towards the 15 for the day. Yet I am not receiving the coins or experience (at least, not sure if I’ve noticed about the card rewards). I noticed this over the last two events that I participated in.
IOS
I can reproduce this by winning in a draft when I have less than 15 for the daily quest.
I have tried restarting but my gold and experience do not change when I log back in.

Disconnect during draft match
Windows 10
Got disconnected during the bo3 match, opponent had priority, they've spent one of their timelimits (hourglass), the next one didn't appear on the screen.
I was about to win the round in match, so its quite disappointing3 votes -
Incorrect number of card styles rewarded for Yawning Portal
I have played in a number of the Yawning Portal Events, and twice when losing I only recieved 1 card style, despite the rewards showing I should have recieved 2. Ultimatly I am missing 2 card styles.

no traditional sealed button
The traditional sealed button is not there. I try all the different ways to look for the traditional sealed event and I can't find it.
