How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

ERROR ARENA EXPLOTA
En medio de un DRAFT el juego se bloquea, 2 veces en la misma partida. Hay que cerrar forzado, y volver a entrar. Para entonces, se te van los turnos y pierdes por desventaja. He perdido 1200 gemas!!

Majestic Metamorphosis Not Retaining Original Abilities
in the last draft I lost a match because of this:
- I attack with Sky Crier
- I use Majestic Metamorphosis on the creature to try gain 4 lifepoints (and not be dead the next turn)
- When the damage is dealt I don't gain the 4 lifepoints, resulting in secure death next turn......1 vote -
Draft stuck in the middle partway through got autopicke a bunch of garbage
My draft silently crashed or maybe it paused indefinitely either way in the middle of pack three it wouldn’t show me any more picks nor would it let me look at other players so I rebooted the client and it just had me at the end of the draft. This is the second time I’ve had a draft losing bug occur this week and it’s extremely frustrating especially when I pay with gems.

Rocco, Cabaretti Caterer in Limited, Bug
When picking Rocco, Cabaretti Caterer in a limited event 1st time in Pack one, the selected card, Rocco, is replaced with another instead. This heavily impacts the picks made in limited.
This can be seen on both Youtube videos where this happened AND in my current Phantom Bot draft.

BUG!! Phantom Bot Draft Messed Up
The Midweek Magic's phantom bot draft is horribly bugged. Over a third of the cards I chose did not go into my card pool. Instead, a random card was selected that often enough was not in the pack. After trying to shift to what Arena gave me it told me there was a network error and when I went to go back into deck builder I had all the cards I selected without knowing what the game would give me. (very shortened) Video attached

Arena shuting down
When trying to connect to a game in premier draft the client shuts down. Then I get a game loss.

Got a loss in Sealed before playing any game
My current Sealed game, I waited in queue for some time and then backed out of the queue without any problems (did not join any game). However, after logging out and logging back in, my Sealed event now shows 1 loss even though I never played any game. Can I get that fixed?

Product Suggestion - Offer and support both types of Draft (Bot and Non) at the same time, and equally
Having to wait forever for a player-based draft to be able to get together, to start, and to pick through, just to end up with a nothing pool and then having to do the whole process again is just... gross. I completely understand why you had started with no player drafts, IMO the game is just not designed for it, and it actively worsens the experience when you don't have a choice, especially when the few games that come along are then not even qualified for badges. There is no reason for these limitations.

I was playing quick draft and the client stop responding. Causing me to concede the match after no actions could be taken

プレミアムドラフトのピックエラー
プレミアムドラフトのピック中に、カードテキストを確認しカードをピックしようとしたところ、カードが消えそのターン中その位置にあったカードがピック出来なくなりました。（放置した場合そのカードがピックされるのではなく別のカードがピックされました）

Bug where Arena searches for an opponent then immediately kicks you out and cannot reconnect until you've "Abandoned"
In New Capenna premier draft after winning a game and requeue within a minute the next match will search for an opponent and the game will crash, kick me out and when I try to rejoin it will not let me get back into the game and the game will continue crashing until I've abandoned the match. I can then log back in with no problem. This eventually made me lose in an event and currently given me one loss in my next draft.

Streets of new capena sealed event
Playing my sealed event 1 had 2 wins and 1 loss. I played this morning my 4th match which i lost but it took me straight to 3 losses, gave me the gems and packs for winning 2 matches and kicked me out. Couldn’t even screenshot it or anything. Please i would like some type of reimbursement or help on this matter

Deck stats error during draft
I was starting a draft, and clicked to see the deck stats. After that, the client didn't allowed me to return to the draft, so I had to close MTGArena through the task manager, making me lose the first 11 picks of pack 2, and randomizing almost 1/3 of my draft deck, since it took longer than usual to reboot the mtga client.
Right on the first New capenna draft. Very disapointing.1 vote -
The game just during a Draft game
At the beggining of the fight I was About to play my first Land and the game just crashes.
Here Are some screenshots, you can see nothing changes for minutes, I close the app.... I expert full compensation, thank you.1 vote
