How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Mazemind Tome - Retro Frame missing after store redemption

    After spending 1500 gold on the a retro frame Mazemind Tome during todays daily deal (5th Sept'24) it does not show up in my collection.
    Of note, after redemption, the card popup showed the parallax frame rather than the retro one but that is also not available in my collection.
    The result is I'm out 1500 gold with nothing to show for it. :(

  2. Bloomburrow mastery orbs deducted, but did not receive reward

    I have reached lvl 28 on bloomburrow mastery (no mastery pass). I should have received mastery 3 orbs. I remember using 2 orbs for sleeve reward.
    I now have only one orb left, but I can't use the sleeve in deckbuilding, nor can I see the sleeve received at the mastery shop.

    Has anything like this happen to someone else? I have not found any other bug reports about this.
    Can this be fixed?

  3. duskmourn preorders cannot complete - waiting for server

    Duskmourn preorders for both the Mastery pass and Play bundles cannot be bought. Whenever either of these items are selected, the "Waiting for Server" wheel spins indefinitely.

    Currently experiencing this on a Mac desktop.

  4. can't purchase avatar, client hangs

    Starting either from the Profile tab, or from the cosmetics page of the deck builder, when I go to avatars, select Kaalia avatar that I do not own yet, click on the Store button, Arena switches to the 'Waiting for the Server' loading screen and hangs there. Doesn't matter how long I wait, client is stuck on the loading screen.

  5. Rare wildcards in Mythic packs

    I bought mythic packs and received a rare wildcard in one of them. Please can I be upgraded a mythic wildcard instead. It shouldn't be possible to get rare cards when you have paid for mythics.

    1. Clicking on Store Button at the top menu

    2. PC MTGA Client

    3. "Waiting for the server", infinite loading

    4. Expecting entering the store, but it's just loading

  7. Bloomburrow Drop Rates Not Posted

    The Bloomburrow rare-to-mythic upgrade rates at https://magic.wizards.com/en/mtgarena/drop-rates have not been updated. I put this direct to customer support since I suspect it'll get buried here, but my understanding is that this kind of transparency has something to do with legal requirements. I'm not particularly bothered since I only use if for a draft calculator, but someone might want to look into posting that info since it's been about a month. It looks like everything's good up through Modern Horizons 3 though, so perhaps the info has been moved to somewhere else?

  8. Jurassic park lands

    I realized the Jurassic Park lands were on mtg arena and I missed my opportunity to get them, i pray yal can make an opportunity for me to get them since I missed out on them and I really really want them cause that was my childhood growing up and will make my deck look better

  9. Steam Mac Support

    can't instal for mac on steam

    The game itself has mac support, however I am unable to download the game on steam. As such I am unable to play this game when I would really like to.

  10. not receiving wildcards

    I am not receiving wildcards neither directly from packs nor from the wildcard tracker for opening said packs. I just opened 19 packs, I opened two mythic wildcards and I should have received one from the tracker, but they're nowhere to be seen. The same for the rare wildcards.

  11. Opening Store Crashes Game on iOS

    When in the game, I click on the store icon and the game crashes. I can click on the Gems button from the home UI and it will take me to buy gems, however if I attempt to navigate to another store page, it crashes.

  12. Received mythic ticket from opening earned BloomBurrow booster pack disappeared when entering Deck edit

    I earned a BloomBurrow booster pack, had no mythic tickets but needed 1 more gold bar to complete the circle to earn 1 mythic ticket. Cracked open the BloomBurrow booster pack and got everFlowing well which is a rare and that completed my gold bar thus earning me 1 mythic ticket. I saw the reddish flower icon go into the ticket (turning my gold ticket color up top back to red) suggesting I now have a mythic ticket available.

    I then exit and go to deck building to craft Ancient Cornucopia with that one mythic ticket I earned but strangely…

  15. Did not receive gems after opening duplicate mythic

    Opened a mythic pack of BRO knowing I have 4x of all BRO mythics, even got the gems alternative displayed in the cards shown from the open pack. My gems total did not go up. Am I missing something?

  19. No XP given towards mastery pass after the update.

    Playing on IOS. Not entirely sure how to get a log out of my app.

    I won at least 5 games that should have counted towards my weekly wins. I received a notification screen that I had earned gold and XP after each win. Gold was added to my account, but XP was not.

    I wasn't paying close attention to when the issue first arose so I'm not sure how many games worth of XP I lost out on.

  20. Mastery level boost purchased, no rewards received

    Yesterday night I made a purchase for 1750 gems for mastery levels. The game took my gems but unlocked nothing in return, effectively just eating my money. Please refund or unlock the levels I paid for.
