How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  2. Not getting credit for mythic packs

    I keep purchasing mythic packs and it does not cause the golden pack counter to move. I tried several different times purchasing more mythic packs and still nothing. Very frustrating since they cost more.

  3. Can't install or update on Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra

    App installs "instantly" from the store and then throws an error as soon as soon as you try to play. Latest Android and Samsung One UI update. Uninstalling and reinstalling does nothing. Can't seem to make anything work.

    the daily deals lost half of its stuff all of a sudden at 11:35 AM Eastern and I noticed it when I went in to get something. Half of what was there ten minutes ago still was there, but some styles and the gems had vanished. I am using the pc client

  6. Mastery XP won't register until I log out

    I purchased the mastery pass, but mastery XP often won't register upon completion of quests. This can be remedied by logging out and then back in, but then the mastery pass jumps ahead to where you should have been if your xp had been registering. This means when there are card rewards, I cannot reveal or claim them, and I do not even know what they are or if they were added to my collection. Very irritating, might dissuade me from paying for a mastery pass in the future.

  7. Did not receive gems in Mastery Pass

    I purchased the Mastery Pass at level 34 and received all the rewards except the 400 gems.

    I'm using Arena on Mac.

  8. Store dissapeared after clicking on crystals

    I was going to buy 6 packs, before doing so I decided to click on the crystals when the store dissapeared. I tried leaving the store and going back , but there was no change. After restaring the client, the store came back. I am in PC

    Missing games: after login to game today i noticed i am missing a bunch of gems, should have around 400 and now have only 20. Can you look at this case?

  12. bug, gold pack not received

    on pc while browsing the store i used gems and in game currency to purchase a few packs.. by doing so i completed the needed packs to obtain a gold pack. after opening the purchased packs i attempted to open the gold pack. when i attempted to open it, a blank error message prompted and only had the ok button on it.. it was blank other than that. i tried again and same result. i closed the game and reopened it.. and the gold pack was gone and i never received my gold pack, i checked my collection to see…

  13. Revealed face-down wildcard in pack not added to wildcards owned

    On 'Packs' screen, I clicked 'open all' on 12 MKM packs. Before that that point I had 0 rare wildcards and 1 mythic rare wildcard. After the packs opened, while they were still on display, with the rare cards still hidden, I checked my wildcards; 2 Rare wildcards and 2 mythic rare wildcards. So presumably one of the opened packs included a rare wildacrd. Fine so far.

    Then I revealed the face-down cards from the opened packs one by one. One of them was a rare wildcard. I checked my wildcards again; 2 rare, 2 mythic; The number of rare…

    Buenas, intento canjear los códigos promocionales ,y no me los canjea, dice que ya se ha intentado canjear, cuando no es cierto ya que es la primera vez que introduzco el código para mí cuenta de Magic, todo está correcto pero no me canjea los códigos y no entiendo por qué, mi cuenta está correcta y bien vinculada, y no me permite canjearlos.Ayuda por favor

    I have redeemed several codes, but have not received the items. I redeemed on the website, which tells me I'm supposed to receive in my Store in MTGArena, but they are not there

  16. murders at karlov manor pre-order locked after set release

    I Pre-order the new set murders at karlov manor bought all the pre order bundles opened the the game day after the set released and it opened normal excpet that the packs says open 10 at a time but disapearse when i click on it and alll the other bundles are locked as well with the pad lock logo no idea if its my problem or its just a simple bug. i have uninstalled and reinstalled the game twice and downloaded it on my phone and on both platforms it was still locked. dont know what to do.

  17. MKM three mythics apparently not in booster pool

    I have 4 of all MKM mythics, except for the three in question (Tomek, Wielder of Law + Melek, Reforged Researcher + Voja, Jaws of the Conclave).

    Opening normal packs and getting a mythic drop does not have one of those in the slot but rather the gem refund you get when you have everything applicable for that slot already collected.

    The same happens when opening mythic packs.

    Apparently, the three aforementioned mythics are missing from the pool.

    Please take the 480 gems (12 mythic replacement for 40 gems each) from my account and add those…

  18. Buying from the Store should give Play Boosters, not Draft Boosters

    It's super unintuitive to open Play Boosters when drafting and Draft Boosters (1 rare, no List) when purchasing from the store.

  20. Purchased Pre-released Draft Bundle but got nothing

    As per title.
    I purchased the Draft bundle for MKM.

    Upon Login, I can "claim" the bundle (draft, sealed tokens + mythic card), but actually I don´t get anything.

    Clicking on "Packs" shows that the Bundle content is still locked and "will be made available on Feb 6th".

    Please solve the issue.
