How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  2. Change country in account

    Due to relocation to another country I would like to use payment methods of the new country. But an in-game store on PC does not allow to change country and gives old payment methods which are not available for me now.
    Please allow change country in account to be able to use new country payment methods

  3. Unable to change payment method or make any purchases and no error message is seen or page opened.

    Clicking change payment method doesnt open a page and clicking anything in the store does not get any notification or message

  5. Error 1093

    No puedo realizar compras en la arena. Me da error 1093 y me dice que debo aprobar al banco emisor de mi tarjeta. Yo no tengo ningun inconviente con mi tarjeta de crédito ni mi banco. Es en el primer lugar que me da este mensaje al comprar. Agradezco información para solucionarlo

  6. spg slot in mh3 pack opening

    this mtga announcements article stated that Special Guests are supposed to replace a common slot for store packs.
    However, both in my experiences with regular and mythic packs the special guest replaced the rare slot.

  8. Cannot purchase planswalker bundle

    I cannot buy a Planeswalker bundle via PC platform. When clicking on the price button -> confirm purchase and Price button again, the page goes into "waiting for the server" and never comes back. I cannot exit this "thnking" page, but i clic esc button, I see in the background it goes to the settings menu, but cannot click on any thing. If I click esc again, goes back into the store (always in the background, with the "waiting for server" on the main page.

  9. Didn't recieve card after purchase

    Platform: PC, Epic Games launcher

    I purchased a card from the daily deal section of the store last night, and I never received it. It was for 1,600 coins, it was "Ojer Taq, Deepest Foundation" and it had that moving, active background style to it. When I purchased it, that blue tutorial ghost orb said "let's go unlock your pack!" and floated to the packs tab. I click on the packs tab, and nothing is there. I check my collection, and the card is not there either, not even the normal version of it. I figured "oh maybe the server…

  11. Release standalone version

    I do not want to have to use Epic to get Arena, it is so off putting I'm already reconsidering getting back into magic at all. Steam would be acceptable, Epic is just terrible. The launcher crashes, they alway keep showing ads and ******** popups. I just want to play some magic and all the other ******** needs to *****. I've been playign mtg off and on for 25 years, but the last 10-15 I just can't get into it and spend my 1000's of $ a year on it just because epic is so * and off putting…

  14. The wrong Teferi

    I got a Teferi card style in the store just now (PC). The store says it is Teferi, Temporal Pilgrim. The claim screen showed a different Teferi and indeed, I don't have a card style available for Teferi, Temporal Pilgrim.

  16. Retro fetchlands MH3 not showing as purchased

    I purchased the MH3 Retro Fetchland cosmetic bundle, it shows in my collection as available, but I have to spend wildcards to use the Retro or new Enemy Fetchland cosmetic even though I already own the fetch land?

  19. 2300 gems for the chance to shop for asthetics?

    Are you guys really that hard up? You don't even offer options to earn gems but you want people to pay you money for card styles?
    You may have just placed the straw that broke the camels back in regards to me spending another dime on this game.
