How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  2. Redeem Code Failure: Code Already Redeemed

    I recently started playing Arena again after a few years. I deleted my account a few years ago because I wasn't having fun anymore.

    When I created my new account, I tried entering codes for free packs and sleeves. However, some of the codes didn't work. I got an error message that the code was already redeemed, but I didn't receive anything for it.

    I only get the error message for codes that I redeemed on my old account, which uses the same email address as my current account. Is it possible that the system can't tell the difference between…

  4. Borderless Anime Styles: Rarity Shifts & Cosmetics in the Store

    Specifically, Smothering Tithe and As Foretold are rarity shifted reprints in WOT which cannot be used with the previous printings as the client considers rarity shifted cards as completely different entities and will not allow for users to equip cards from the original Arena printing with the new cardstyle, therefore requiring users to recraft cards from the corresponding printing.

    I imagine that the likelihood of having it so all cardstyles are usable across all rarities is unlikely, but I believe it would be the optimal solution.

    Failing that I would appreciate if this was at least better communicated in the…

  7. Golden packs containing cards that are not standard-legal

    According to https://magic.wizards.com/en/mtgarena/drop-rates, golden packs will include:
    "At least one card per pack will be Mythic from any standard-legal set, 2 cards will be Rare or Mythic from the latest set, and the final 3 cards will be Rare or Mythic from any current standard-legal set."
    This means 4 cards will come from any standard-legal set, and 2 will be guaranteed to come from WOE. Because LTR is neither standard-legal nor the most recent set, these cards should not appear in golden packs.

    As a standard-only player, this hugely devalues golden packs and is honestly incredibly disappointed. I went…

  8. Renewal Gift Error

    Today, I opened Arena on PC, and Renewal gift did not provide anything. Empty egg over black screen, but with no errors. Wait for a solution. Thanks.

  9. Open packs failing

    Windows.
    Just opened a pack of WoE, got an error (image).
    Packs count appear to be correct, but when I proceed to open a pack, 2 are discounted and the content of one is missing.

    With this and a x10, a total of 11 packs I've lost already...

  10. Opened WOE free 3 packs but 1 pack missing

    On PC I got WOE free 3 packs from inbox.

    After opening the first pack, an empty message box is displayed. After pressing the ok button I opened the rest of the packs and found that there were 2 packs left that I could open. When I opened the Collection, I found only the cards in the 2 packs that were opened later.

    Then I bought 1 pack from the store to open it and found that it can be opened normally.

  11. Prerelease code for WOE entered and redeemed successfully today after WOE was added to Arena, but no packs given

    Today an hour or two after WOE was added to Arena, I entered my code from attending an in person prerelease to get 6 packs on arena. The code said it was successfully redeemed. However, even after restarting Arena there were no WOE packs to open in my account. My code (which now says "code already redeemed" if I try to enter it again) was: 86021-d4c9f-03fc7-1221c-c66a7

    After the WOE reset, I have not received any xp for the mastery pass despite completing multiple quests and multiple weekly/daily wins.

  14. Purchase of Event Items

    I have 11,325 gold and I went to purchase a sticker set that has only 1 day left to buy. I hit the purchase button, but an error pops up saying I don't have enough gold. I have the dragon stickers in the bundle so the price dropped down to 3,950 gold. I would really like to buy the Baldur's Gate Sticker emotes.

    Wrong artwork attributed to Eowyn card. The image on the card does not match the image provided by the Tolkein estate for Eowyn, and instead misattributes a random image to the card.

  19. Make Mastery Pass Benefits Clearer

    I purchased the Mastery Pass for LoTR and after watching numerous online videos of what I would receive by purchasing the Mastery Pass, I did not receive what I was told I would. I then had some back and forth with WoTC customer service and they eventually refunded me the pass (which I did very much appreciate), as I was not pleased with the purchase.

    They did say however that there was no bug and I received the proper items, which were much smaller than I was lead to believe, so I think it would be very helpful to players…

    The offerings lately in the store have been pretty weak all LOTR season. Also like to point out the 14, yes count them FOURTEEN, consecutive rounds with no rewards at the end of the Mastery was very much noticed by all players and looks really petty of you.
