How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

- Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
- Enter your feedback
- Add any relevant screenshots/videos
Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

Missing cards after purchase
After purchase of a card in the daily deal section, I purchased another card without clicking “claim”. Neither purchase found it’s way to my account, but the costs were incurred by my account. This has happened on 3 occasions.

Vault
Vault Progress may not be accumulating. Cannot see vault progress within logs. I am unsure how long my progress has been stopped. Please advise.

Tried spending gold for an Ikoria booster, but when I tried to open it, it glitches out and froze as shown jn the photo
Tried spending gold for an Ikoria booster, but when I tried to open it, it glitches out and froze as shown jn the photo. When I restarted the app, my hard earned pack disappeared. The glitch is shown since I have the same number of gold after I bought the pack. PLEASE HELP!!!!

Many orders of cards in the shop not in my library
Like a few times before, I bought some gems to buy in the shop cards, for I had a few idea's for new decks.
When I was looking for the cards later, they weren't found in my cards to pick for my deck. I thought maybe I did something wrong, but the gems where gone.
Now today I did it again en clicked on claim, but still again, not to be found. But now I took some picture's from my phone (where I play magic on) to have proof.

wrong display in shop
the shop displays the pixel art snow covered mountain. I bought it, but it gets me the borderless standard art

Quality of life suggestion
Just let me buy 10 packs at once. I'm not even asking for a discount, i'll pay 10k gold. I just don't want to click 30 times (at different screen locations) to buy 10 packs.

Ho acquistato una busta Alchemy dai Dayly Deals di oggi, ma questa non è comparsa tra i pacchetti apribili.Non ho modo di verificare se mi sono stati detratte le monete, ma in ogni caso l'offerta non è più acquistabile

Did not receive mastery reward retroactively when bought the mastery pass
I bought the mastery pass at level 63, but only got as retroactive reward the Sorin avatar - no cards, gold and specially no wildcards (I had 7 rare 0 mythic before buying the pass, and I still have the same number of wildcards.

Did not recieve draft token when purchased from the daily deals
As can be seen in the screenshot, I purchased a Player Draft Token from the Daily Deals. However, on completing the purchase I did not receive the draft token.

Lost my gems and coins
I’ be been trying to buy Mastery Pass and suddenly I’ve lost a lot os my gems. I had like 3.050 gems and stuck with 1.600. Also bought 4 booster packs and I supposed to remain with. Like 625 coins. But I had 25 coins left. When that happened the server kept reconnecting and reporting error bugs. Please help to get my rewards back!

Cards not showing up after purchase
I purchased a bundle using 1900gems and my cards aren't showing up. Gems were deducted, the bundle(which was one of 3 in the store) isn't showing anymore, but no cards. Please advise..

Store Bugged on Shadowspear
Shadowspear was purchased... it shows purchased, and doesn't show available anywhere for any deck type.

Hendon Shrine Fail
I bought all the Hendon Shrines and when I went to build a deck it says that I didn’t purchase them. I later find out that I can’t use them with the standard battles. Why are you selling them if I can’t use them?
I would like the 4250 coins back please. I would have bought a Strixhaven deck instead.

Purchased card style not applied or available
I purchased the 5 legendary dragon card styles yesterday (01/02/22) and in my deck editor there is no “apply styles” button, nor are the cards changed. I have checked for updates and reloaded my game numerous times. Please remedy.

Make the Welcome Bundle a monthly option
Could you make the Welcome Bundle (or something similar) a monthly option instead of a once-in-a-lifetime-oppotunity?
The current Gem prices are ridiculous, but the Welcome Bundle was very fairly priced and I would gladly buy it once in a while. And I guess, I'm not the only one.3 votes
