How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

    Bonjour
    Google play me dis que mon téléphone n'est pas compatible alors que j'ai un modèle récent et que j'arrive à télécharger Magic avec Appdoid qui est un équivalent de Google play.
    Et le jeux fonctionne très bien je peux y jouer sans soucis, sauf que Appdoid n'a pas toujours les dernière version et donc je ne peux pas jouer en attendant que il les aïs.

    Bref ce que je ne comprend pas c'est pourquoi je ne peux pas y avoir accès avec google play ?

  2. Unable to purchase Baldurs Gate Wyll Pack bundle on iOS

    The choice to purchase the Baldur's Gate Wyll Pack bundle is missing in the store for IOS devices.
    Only the Lae'zel Play bundle is available
    I can see the Wyll Pack Bundle from my desktop

  4. can't access the store window

    Since today's update I can't access the store window, from the main page I can access every other window/tab except the store, remains in a infinite "Waiting for the server ..." loop, can't even redo to the main window, have to hard close arena and run it again. Really didn't want to uninstall and reinstall because of this. Searched this issue and couldn't find any other similar bug report. I'm on a PC Windows 10 Pro.

    I purchased the designs for the following cards:
    Hive of the Eye Tyrant, Hall of Storm Giants.
    But the cards didn't get into my account, even though I own the cards in mtg arena.

  7. Product Suggestion

    Phantom pack. I have a glowing indicator that there are packs available for opening. But I got to Packs and it is empty. So there's some stateful variable that says I have packs but no corresponding packs.

  8. No Booster shown which i got from a code

    Hello, I got a Arena Booster from a code, it showed, code sucsessful, and at "Packs" is a point glowing for i have an unopened booster. But I can not see the booser an therefore i can not open it because i can not see it. Please help me, thanks and regards.

  9. problem and glitch while redeeming a code

    I typed in a redemption code for free arena packs from my commander legends balders gate pre release packs. from the main menu i can see the light shining above the packs icon saying that the packs are there but when i click on the packs icon the packs are missing and my get packs icon is also missing.

  12. My Cards Disappeared before I could open them!!!

    I went to my local LGS and participated in the draft... I got a promo code that gave me 6 booster packs.... I was told (in Arena) I couldn't open them till the 7th... so when I logged on on the 8th and couldn't open them I thought it was funny, but maybe I had to wait till the set officially dropped, on the 10th.

    Now its the 12th and the cards just disappeared. I still have a glowing signal Notification saying that I have booster packs to open in arena,,, but when I click... there is nothing... there just…

    I had a code for 6 packs d&d I got it at a draft and I used my code and it said I couldn’t get packs till July 7th but today I went to my packs an nothing was there at all

    A few days ago i activated a code in the store giving me packs for the yet to be released expansion.
    Although the Packs tab still has a shiny dot under it, the packs themselves are now gone. Or invisible.

  16. Could not find voucher for lookup

    I redeemed a Baldur's Gate Prerelease code in the MtG Arena Store today. It said that it was successful. But nothing appeared. Also, the Packs tab is lit up, but no packs are being displayed. I looked in the Player.log file and saw these two lines:
    Could not find voucher for lookup: VoucherCLBPreReleasePacks
    Store display for voucher "0acc98d6-ea71-4ec4-8c0c-d53992f753fb" missing!

  17. Appstore Regional issue

    I'm living in Thailand and really need MTGA to be available in IOS appstore to be able to play. I'm a long-time mtg player and collect many paper magic. Recent development of pandemic make drops in LGS attendances. I see no reason why after claiming MTGA is globally launched there won't be one for download in Thai Appstore. I don't like grinding so there is a high chance I will make monetary contributions to the game. Please, give me a response so I can decide on my device and games I will be investing in.

  18. freeze the game. Need to close the game = mastery orb + shop

    1- Go you mastery tree
    2- Reclam a orb
    3- Go to the store before the reward card style appears
    4- the game freezes. You have to close and open

    I did this process 3 times and the result has always been the same.
