How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks
How to submit product suggestions
- Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
- Enter your feedback
- Add any relevant screenshots/videos
Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

Pre Order Kamigawa Neon Dynasty bundle disapeared
I pre-orderred both Kamigawa bundle. There showed up in my pack tab as unoped and able to be redeemed on the 10th of Feb. One of them is not showing up anymore (the one with the draft tokens)

PLAYNEO redeemed but didn't receive anything
I think you enabled the code playneo too early. I tried keying it in out of curiosity and it accepted it. However, it waited for the server and eventually didn't do anything. I went to the packs section and alas there was nothing there. After retrying the code it says it was already redeemed.

Daily Deal (for STX lessons styles ) is not a good deal
Common lesson styles were on store (Daily Deals) on 22 April 2021 with -75% off price.
Common lesson styles were on store (Daily Deals) on 29 January 2022 with -25% off price only !
I suggest WOTC to be vigilant to daily offers.1 vote -
**Billing problem: overcharged for gems
**Problem: Tried to buy 1600 gems for AUD$14.99, was charged AUD$60.97

Bonus for pre ordering both kamigawa bundles
In the past players have received a bonus for preordering both bundles. I intend to preorder both $50 bundles for kamigawa as it looks great, but I'm disappointed there's no bonus for it. In the future, for sets I'm less interested in, I will be less likely to get both bundles.

Alchemy Rares and Uncommons replacing all VOW rares and uncommons in boosters
Opening 3 booster packs from Crimson Vow resulted in all rares and uncommons being from Alchemy 22 instead.
I understand the WotC is trying to push Alchemy on everyone, but come on. Opening Crimson Vow packs last week did not do this, and I wouldn't expect that in 3 packs of crimson Vow I didn't get a single crimson vow rare or uncommon despite not even having a full set.

Purchased Card - Gem transaction occured but did not get the product
As title said, I bought a card with gems that was on sale the other day. It was an Orcus card, the transaction occured but I do not own the card.

Gold missing
40k gold missing from my account and I haven't made any purchases lately... it was there yesterday and I logged in today and it's gone. Nothing to show where it went.

Missing Pets
I am missing my Blue Green and White dragon pets from the mastery set. I just went in to change today from my winter fox and only the Red Dragon is there. Return the pets please multiple people are missing them and we spent money on them.

Add store option to buy multiple packs with coins
Please add an option in the store to allow the purchase of multiple packs with coins in one transaction. Each set release I buy 50-75 packs with coins but can buy only ONE pack per purchase, requiring 3 mouse clicks per purchase. WTF?
