How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Lost 2 Booster while open the packs with a error message see attached hardcopy

    I stopped now with opening Booster Packs, because I got several times the same error as shown at the attached screenshot. When I go back after reconnect to the server I lost a complete pack!! The pack is deducted but I receive no cards for it. First at all. Fix the error permanently so fast as possible, because I want to open my Booster without any issues and loosing my boosters where I paid for. Please inform me when the problem is finally fixed.   2. perdida de sobre de cartas

    Compre un sobre de cartas, fui a abrirlo pero salio error, me llevo a la pagina de inicio y cuando fue nuevamente a abrir mi sobre ya no estaba, por lo que fui a ver mi maso para ver si había cartas nuevas, pero no había nada.

  4. Pack Redemption Error

    I open a lot of packs ( 10 stacks per open try) and every time it loads and gets an network error. i hear the soundfile for opening, but get no cards and the packs are gone. I also dont get the wildcardprogress for the packs and no wildcards. just lose the count of packs.

    After some relogs it seems that the cards of the pakcs now in the collection. and the wildcards too. not sure if there are some still missing.

  5. Lost 2 packs of Zendikar Rising boosters

    After using the promo code to acquire 3 packs of Zendikar rising, I opened one pack, then the next one failed. When I returned all my packs were gone, and the promo code was still used up.

    I bought both Zendikar Rising sets. I had 55 packs, but after opening one, the next reported an error, and one pack was then missing from my available. The same thing happened as I was trying to open one of 6 packs of M20.

    I would like both packs credited.

  8. Waiting for Server while opening Boosterpacks

    so I just bought 18 booster Packs of the new Edition with my saved Gold... While opening them i had to wait for the server several times, after refreshing because it chrashed again while opening the pack, my remaining Boosterpacks where just gone o.O ?!?!? i had 6 remaining packs to open and now they are just not there anymore.....

  9. Missing boosters zendikar rising

    Hi,
    I was opening up 10x Zendikar boosters I recently got from the store (I had gotten 50). Then it said failed to open boosters. However when I checked again I had lost 10 boosters (40 left) and I did not receive any cards.

  12. Daily Dial Bugged

    Hoje, o daily deal da store era um style de Fae of Wishes.... Bastou eu clicar para vers os deals e automaticamente a store descontou 500 gold da minha conta em troca do style. Se possível, gostaria de reaver esse dinheiro. Isso vale meio booster e um sexto de um wild raro e não estou em condições de gastar recursos com cosméticos.

  13. Wrong elemental when buying mastery pass

    When you buy the mastery pass, you get the ondu elemental (pale rock w/ purple crystal), but it show the guul draz one (skull & dead plants) when all the stuff you get pops up.

  18. When I click on pre-order bundle, I get broken link message

    I have less than 24 hours left to purchase bundle and I'm not able to do so because of a dead link message when I click on either Zendikar pre-order bundle. This has been happening for 2 days now. HELP!

  19. jace pack bundle

    I ordered both the Jace and Nahiri pre-order pack bundles, and have the Rock pet active from that purchase, however the Jace Pack Bundle is displaying as not purchased on the game screens wherever it appears, and when i click on the Jace bundle to attempt a repurchase, the screen says "Store Error".
