2. Gold pack progress not made when buying 7 packs

3. OTJ Mythic packs don't give Big Score mythics when 100% OTJ complete

   I am 100% rare and mythic complete on OTJ, with MANY Big Score cards left to get. However, when I buy mythic packs (spending even MORE gems to buy 4 MORE packs as shown in an attached screenshot) I almost always get a pittance of gems in return instead of any of the multiple Big Score mythics that I still don't own. Is this intended? If so, that's absolutely miserable - if not, it really needs to get fixed, I cant imagine the sheer number of gems wasted due to this.

4. Euros(€) instead of Pounds(£) on Steam

   For some reason Arena has the store locked in Euros for me on Steam instead of GPB even though I am a British citizen.

   At first I just figured we were waiting for Pounds to be added the same way Japanese Yen was recently so put up with foreign currency charges but recently I looked in the store on mobile and noticed it was indeed in Pounds.

   This then begs the question why I'm stuck using Euros on Steam instead of Pounds like on mobile and if this bug can be fixed.

   No puedo realizar compras en la arena. Me da error 1093 y me dice que debo aprobar al banco emisor de mi tarjeta. Yo no tengo ningun inconviente con mi tarjeta de crédito ni mi banco. Es en el primer lugar que me da este mensaje al comprar. Agradezco información para solucionarlo

7. Didn't recieve card after purchase

   Platform: PC, Epic Games launcher

   I purchased a card from the daily deal section of the store last night, and I never received it. It was for 1,600 coins, it was "Ojer Taq, Deepest Foundation" and it had that moving, active background style to it. When I purchased it, that blue tutorial ghost orb said "let's go unlock your pack!" and floated to the packs tab. I click on the packs tab, and nothing is there. I check my collection, and the card is not there either, not even the normal version of it. I figured "oh maybe the server is processing the purchase and it has to deliver it. I'll give it some time". Got home today and still nothing.

    Problem of not being able to pay bills via STEAM in Japan.

13. Improvements have been made on store packs with MH3, but there are still issues

    I very much appreciate the recent announcement regarding Modern Horizons 3 on Arena that the commanders from the EDH decks will show up in store packs when a full playset of all Mythic Rare cards in the main set have been collected. I like the direction you are taking with this. That being said, the current Premier Set, Outlaws of Thunder Junction, introduced 30 new-to-Standard Mythic Rare cards in the form of The Big Score, and I am rather displeased with your handling of it in store packs. I think that this further access via duplicate protection when a full playset of Mythic Rares have been completed would have been the right step to take with this product. I'm primarily a player of the Brawl format, meaning the copy of a card that matters most to me is the first one. I'm currently buying only Mythic packs of OTJ from the store despite owning multiple copies of every Mythic Rare in the set but still missing four Rares from the main set because I'm trying to luck out and get a BIG card every 6,500 gold spent (1:5 chance of a Mythic Rare being replaced with a BIG card in a store pack). I would have gladly bought 21 more Mythic packs if it meant I would then start getting a BIG card with each Mythic pack opening, but it appears to me that once that threshold is reached, I'm actively shooting myself in the foot 4:5 packs, because I will just get 40 gems for my trouble along with 1% Vault progress. My question is why should I have to commit myself to such a masochistic and Sisyphusean struggle to get a single copy of each card from BIG? Is it corporate greed, or simply mismanagement or a lack of innovation? What about those Standard players who want full playsets of these cards? Do they truly have to commit to burning all their Wildcards for playsets of these cards as if they were trying to build a Timeless deck? Don't you think this implementation leaves much to be desired? I already have to spend my Mythic Rare Wildcards each set to get the Special Guest cards or any Mythic Rare cards from the List. This is asking too much of me. I use all of my free money on Arena, and it feels like I'm punished for being bad/inexperienced at Limited and not being able to afford to spend even more money on the game to shoot my shot there. It's not too late to change this. Arena is getting a big update with MH3's release, and you have demonstrated that you have the technology to integrate BIG into duplicate protection after a full playset of every Mythic is collected. You would get a lot of brownie points with the community if you made this move as an act of goodwill to players, and it really is such a small concession on your part that wouldn't make much of an impact on Arena's economy, but would provide players the ability to actually collect these Mythic+ cards outside of Limited, rather than pretend like a viable means of collecting them has been provided. Nobody should have to buy thousands of packs just to collect some Standard-legal cards. All I'm asking is that you consider this change, but I cannot stress enough what a positive change it would be.

18. Store Daily Deals disappear before the posted expiration time (<24 hours)

    Daily Deals in the Store disappear before the 24 window of opportunity has elapsed. This is not the first time this has happened, as I also missed out on 200 gems becase that deal disappeared 30 minutes after it became available. Technically this is fraud. Also, I know buying packs that don;t count towards the Golden Pack are not a good deal, but I can't help it.

19. Loading Store in iOS app causing program to force close/crash

    1 May 2024, 09:20PST: when attempting to load the store in the iOS app game app crashes/force closes with no error code given. Have tried multiple restarts of both app and device with no change in result.
